Great gulf views. Spacious. Clean and functional. Nice decor. Had a great stay.

Condo is beautiful, stayed on the 15th floor which is the top floor, views were beautiful, and weather was great. Condo is close to all attractions, more restaurants and stores than you can ever think of. The area is pristine, clean, very family oriented, quiet and relaxing. We normally travel to the Myrtle beach area but NO MORE. I have found my new favorite place. It's HOT in Alabama, we went in August and it was 108 and the ocean water was 88 but it's Alabama, that's what happens. We are going back in December for another visit, we were there for 5 days, this time it will be 7, that's how much we love it there.
The condo was great, lots of room, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms both with king size beds, great balcony, awesome views, great loaded kitchen and nice dining room facing the ocean. There are just a few things that we didn't care for. food and drink still left in the refrigerator, sand on furniture and floor. sand all over outside furniture. I know we are at the beach but cleaning could be better. The living room TV, BE AWARE! TV says press TV button and then SAT button and TV will come on, well we tried for 30 minutes and it wouldn't. The bedroom TV's were fine, well the TV box in the living room is behind the TV stand door and the remote will NOT work unless the door is opened...DUH! felt stupid on that one but owners should put up a note to let people know so they don't call and say the TV is broken. The washer and dryer were AWFUL!! Dryer will not dry your clothes unless you run it for 2 cycles and washing machine was worse. it will wash and STOP full of water and you have to hit the sweet spot for it to drain and spin. it took hours doing laundry because of these problems and it didn't matter which setting you have it on. Some of the people that live there would give our husbands a hard time because they would fish out front from 6 am till about 10 well residents thought it was too long to fish. I would stay there again and again; I loved it there!!! Tha

Great experience. However the master shower was extremely dirty and the second bath shower curtain had mold on it.

My family loved this rental. It was perfect for us and our preteens. We particularly liked the easy access to the beach, the view from the balcony, pickle ball court, spacious condo and outdoor pool when the water was too rough!

wE HAVE A VERY NICE VACATION. FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND QUIET. OUR CONDO WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND HAD PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MY HUSBAND AND OUR TWO CHILDREN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO A FRIEND, WE HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR!

We had to leave after 1 day of stay and still paid $1300. We never went into the 2nd bedroom or bathroom.

The condo was a bit dated. The fridge was not clean. There was a used bar of soap and 2 used hairbrushes in the 2nd bathroom. The washing machine had a lot of liquid detergent splattered about the tub. The 2 maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. The location was nice.

Great unit for two couples. The only issue we had was mold growing in the shower and on the shower curtain in the other bathroom. Also one of the lamps in the living room was broken.

Very nice condo, covered parking garage and inside furnishings. Weather was not on our side a couple of days, so the inside was a nice retreat. The patio furniture is in dire need of replacement...disappointed it was in that shape considering the price for the stay. Will definitely visit Phoenix IX again on a future trip.

Great views, nice furnishings in the living/dining area. Nice location.
Kitchen is stocked with some very well worn equipment. (pans etc)
A previous renter complained about the patio furniture being unsafe (n January). I asked the property manager if it would be replaced and he said yes. I rented in May and the same unsafe severely rusted furniture remained. His response was that it was on back order. At the very least the furniture should be removed and replaced with plastic furniture so guests can enjoy the patio.

The whole process of paying, checking in and out was excellent, very smooth. The condo was awesome! Roomy, beautiful views, great location! We Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! One critical comment though, the patio furniture on the balcony should be replaced as they are rusted out and not safe!

We asked before we got there if it had been replaced and was told it was only surface rust and it was fine. The chairs were so rusty the legs were not the same length and was not comfortable to sit on and sketchy if it was going to hold our weight. We did not use it. The rest of the unit was fine.

Our rental at Unit 1503 Phoenix IX was fantastic from start to finish! The views from the 15th floor were breathtaking! The unit was clean and very roomy. We have stayed in numerous condominium complexes over the years in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores, but I think we have found a new favorite!

The condo was exceptionally clean, very well maintained and was a perfect location. Everyone was friendly and checking was easy.

The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. The balcony furniture needs to be replaced due to corrosion but still useable. We were comfortable and I would certainly book this condo again.

The condo was great, not overcrowded and right on the beach. The only downfall was the chairs on the balcony, we like to spend nights out on the balcony and the chairs needed to be replaced. The metal of the chairs were deteriorating and chipping off the whole the time and made for an uneven sit. Other than that the condo was great and would rent again for next year if they upgrade the furniture outside.

The master door doesn't close and also had mold in it. Mouse dropping in the silverware door. The ice maker at the bar, filter was dirty and light was on to change filter. The chairs on patio were rushed out couldn't walk on patio without shoes due to rusty dropping on floor.

Great views!! The condo was clean and neat. Did not have any issues while we were there.

The condo was beautiful and had amazing views of the Gulf. We loved the indoor tennis court, swimming pool, and fitness room also. Great communication with owner/manager - would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had a lovely time in Orange Beach. The Condo and Condo building was very nice. The front desk staff couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful.

Overall good but had to wash all bed sheets hair and stains on sheets. All kitchen surfaces greasy and sticky

I can't wait to come back and stay at the Phoenix IX 1503. Everything was perfect. It was very clean, great view, plenty of room. We loved the beach and tennis courts. It was quite and relaxing.

We have stayed in at a couple different Phoenix properties and this was definitely our favorite. The property was very well kept and the location didn't have large crowds. The condo was beautiful and felt very homey. Overall a great vacation!

We have stayed in 7 different condos in Phoenix IX in the past years. Unit 1503 has been the best! The furniture is very comfortable, clean and appreciate the recliners. I love the wall colors, all the pictures, and really appreciate the nice pots and pans, that had lids to fit and were not scratched up like we have seen in other units. Thank you to the owners for making this unit so perfect for us and for Charlie Saunders for checking in on us from Phoenix rentals....Our pick for a return trip for sure!!

The condo was perfect for our stay on the beach. It had everything we needed. It is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of the beach.

The view is wonderful as advertised. It was very easy to park on the lower floors and use the elevators to go upstairs. I would recommend that the cost of beach chairs and umbrellas be added in as an amenity instead of having to pay for them on the beach on a daily basis.

The condo is beautifully decorated, great location and very roomy. I was concerned because it is on the 15th floor, but it wasn’t a problem. The booking process was easy and my questions were answered in a prompt manner. We never had to wait on the elevators. It was a great vacation and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again.

We had a great time. The condo was spacious. We had trouble with the wifi, but it was quickly remedied! We loved Orange Beach and the fact that the beaches weren't crowded!

The furniture in the family room could use some updating. It was a little worn out.

While not a stranger to spring or fall breaks along the Gulf coast, this was our first time vacationing along the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores stretch. On the basis of our five-night sojourn this past week, I certainly hope it will not be our last! Our top-floor accommodations were top-shelf, to say the least: beautiful views from our living room and balcony, spacious and well-appointed rooms, as well as easy access to all that the Flora-Bama area has to offer (dining, shopping, recreating). It's as if we'd died and "Go To Heaven". ;-)

Overall we thought this condo was very nice, and you can't beat the location. It is showing a bit of wear and tear, however -- I noticed stains on the rocking recliner and on the spare pillows in the master closet. But I would definitely stay here again.

Fun for the girls and relaxing for moms. Great time and we will do it again

Great condo! Very clean & beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely book again!

The unit was somewhat clean but not spotless. There was mold and mildew in the master shower. The faucet handles for the jacuzzi tub are very loose, need to be tightened. The handle on the refrigerator is also loose and needs tightening. There was lots of dirt under the sofa. And if you moved the curtains that look out at the ocean there was plenty of dirt and bugs behind them that look like they have been there awhile.

Great location, very nice accommodations, my expectations were met and I would stay again on my next visit to Orange Beach.

My family and I got into Orange Beach on Sunday, July 2nd and stayed until Wednesday, July 5th. We had a blast - we have never stayed at a condo on the beach and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The condo was beautiful along with the view - we saw dolphins and fireworks it was amazing! The beach and the pool were both not very crowded - I thought being a holiday it would be packed but I was wrong. We went to the pool in the afternoon and the beach after that as most people were clearing out for dinner. Found lots of shells and played in lots of waves. We would definitely love to come back to this spectacular location. Thank you for making our 1st beachfront experience an unforgettable one.

Even though there was rain we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The view was spectacular! The unit was well furnished with beautiful furniture. The master bedroom bed was a little firm for us. The dryer had one corner sitting on a brick and was rather loud. However it was a very relaxing comfortable trip. Love how the front was covered with windows. This made the view outstanding! Short walk yo the beach on the boardwalk so for a disabled renter this is very appealing Thanks for allowing us to rent this beautiful place!

Staying at 1503 in Phoenix 1X was a treat beyond any expectations we might have had. It was beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable and a view from the balcony that was magnificent. We did not want to leave!!!

This unit is in a great location, however when we arrived the first thing my wife and I noticed when we went into the unit was a cigarette smell. Also there were places where the sand had not been cleaned up. The master bathroom shower had lots of mold and mildew on the walls of the shower. Some of the cooking utensils and pans were unusable. The microwave only had a couple of buttons that worked. The refrigerators handle was very loose. The patio door was not clean. It had all kinds of people and animal hand prints and nose smudges. Difinitely not one of our better stays here.
