Phoenix Gulf Shores 704

We loved this condo. It was clean, roomy, and in a great location. Our ONLY complaint was that there was not enough lighting in the unit. The bulbs either didn't work or there was only one lamp in the living area. (2 are pictured but there is only 1). Not all bedroom fan lights or lamps worked. Not a big deal but as I said that is our only complaint. We will definitely rent this unit again!

What a beautiful clean condo at Gulf Shores! The unit was just as described and the layout worked well for our family of 7. We were on the 7th floor just above the waterslide which we all loved, and great views of the beach and Gulf Shores. The Phoenix at Gulf Shores is a wonderful place to stay with pools, easy beach access, quick elevators and roomy parking! We would definitely stay here again,

Family vacation was perfect at the Phoenix Gulf Shores. We had a beautiful view from a corner 4 bedroom. Will definitely stay here in the future.

We had a wonderful time on our beach vacation. The condo was perfect. Clean, roomy, beautiful view, right on the beach! Kids loved the pool and waterslide. Pickleball court was an added bonus. Several places to eat within walking distance. Owner went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when we left an item behind.

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. (7) women and we all had our own bed and 3 bathrooms was wonderful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue we had was there was only 1 roll of T paper in each bathroom, 1 dishwasher pod, no extra trash bags, no laundry soap. So we had to make a trip to the store. Other than that, great place. Would definitely rent again!

Love staying at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Have stayed in a few different condos the past 5/6 years. This one was our favorite.

Spacious and clean - great location

This is one of the best condos my family and I have ever stayed at. It was very clean and had everything the 10 of us needed. I really like the fact that we could park on the 6th floor and go up 1 floor to the condo. I highly recommend this place to anyone who asks me. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 13

Condo was In great location, the view from the balcony of the sunrise was incredible. Master bed needs replacement so does the couch but loved my stay there. I will definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean and well decorated. As far as the check in process goes, not sure why if you cannot check in until 4.30pm why was there no one there to issue parking pass or the code for the pool and exercise room(had a warning ticket on my window when I went down in the morning)

This place was absolutely awesome for the 14 of us! Parking was perfect, being close to so many places was an added plus! Beach was perfect, pool was nice too! We had every thing we needed in our rental. I definitely want to stay here again with my family! Wish I was there now!!

It was so clean, in a great place and close to everything!!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our vacation!

I called Michael and had a new Keurig and blankets the next morning. Towels arrived in the afternoon. Pools and hot tubs were clean. A couple days in, the indoor pool was cold, asked a security guard about it, he checked and within 10 minutes responded that the heater and been shut off, but was back on. We parked on the 6th floor and could either walk one flight or use the elevator. It was a great experience. We loved the beach and would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was only a few blocks from the main road that leads in gulf shores. The works there was so helpful. It was just a few wonderful steps out of the building and you was on the beach. The room it’s self was super clean. I will be telling all my other family and friends that this is where they need to be renting a place to stay for the week if they are planning on going to gulf shores. Overall my family and I loved this place and will probably stay again in the future!!

When we arrived at the property, there were a few maintenance/housekeeping issues which needed to be addressed which is why I didn't rate everything fives.On the plus side,issues were resolved immediately.Management was excellent; the property great, & I will rent it again if I return to the area.

We've stayed at this Phoenix before in a wonderful property. We did book a little later this year and had to take what was available. This unit, #704, was definitely worn out. Bedding was torn, kitchen utensils were worn out, etc. We've never stayed in a property that only leaves an existing roll of toilet paper for the guests. Same with the paper towels. This unit just needs some refreshing. Of course, we always love the location and the Phoenix properties, as a whole, always looks nice and clean. Unit 704 is just not up to par as the rest of the building.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and well-maintained. Lots of room for sleeping. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

The condo was a great size for our family of 16. It was very nice and clean. I think it needs some new kitchen pans. New kitchen chairs. It had a lot room for all of us to enjoy each other and move around. I would come back and rent again .

Such a beautiful place to stay with great views all around. Very easy access to all the entertainment and restaurants. The management, front desk, and all the other staff personnel were outstanding. Everyone in our party was impressed with the condo. If I could give a recommendation though. The need of a new bed in the Master Suite and one of the other bedrooms. My wife and I felt as though we were going to roll out of the bed opposite sides, like it was raised in the center. All in all, though I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay for our 1st not last Big Family Vacation.

We were extremely pleased with our condo. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to a family member being hospitalized while there. The condo was perfect !

What a beautiful place to stay, the views are perfect! We loved the pool area, the slide adds another level of fun for the kids! The beach is gorgeous and well maintained. We were impressed by people's kindness! Everything is close by and something to do for everyone! The unit could definitely be cleaner but it won't keep us from staying again. It was by far our best vacation yet!

Condo was great and had as much space as needed. Could have a few more utensils in the kitchen. we thought about cooking dinner but didn't because it would have been had with limited supplies.
location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall would stay again. Had plenty of room for the 6 of us.

It was overkill for us size wise (3) but an opportunity that I am glad we didn’t pass up. A great building with a wonderful combination of beach and heated indoor pool. Sized for a much larger group, we wanted for nothing and what an extraordinary view!

Gulf Shores isn’t much to write home about but who cares when “ home” is great. We used carry outs exclusively and why wouldn’t we? Good choice of seafood joints nearby and non could top our view!

Sleeping arrangements here are not democratic, it is best if you are not trying to share costs. Best for a family gathering but be aware of the doubling up and shared bath. However, it is good if your are the host and get the master bedroom!

Best floor plan. Wonderful location. Beautiful beach. One downside.....Beach was closed on our last day due to the Cov-19 manufactured pandemic. Upside.....several golf courses near by still open! Only legit complaint.....there is no real people readily available from Vrbo to answer questions or concerns in person.
