This condo was everything we were looking for in our beach vacation. It was right on the beach and just as described! You cannot ask for anything better! You park right on the same floor you are staying on and walk right in and there is your condo! So easy to get to and the check in and out process was so easy! Plus there was a storage closet full of beach accessories for our use that was a huge added bonus! The huge balcony is one of the greatest features of this condo. I could sit there for hours and listen/watch the ocean. Definitely would stay here again. Close to lots of restaurants as well. Great location!

Location was amazing. Loved the pool options and the slide was a huge hit. The condo's furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The bedroom we stayed in had loud beds (every time you moved). The ac was rather loud as well - like an airplane taking off, which was way more noticeable during the night. Even with that, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week at Phoenix Gulf Shores 602. The unit was a huge size and accommodated out party of 6 with plenty of space. The cleaning crew was the only piece I would detract from the experience. The floors were not very clean. Feet would be dirty after walking around for a few minutes. The rental company was super quick to handle any concerns. We had a broken microwave and dishwasher when we got there. Although they were fixed with immediacy, the cleaning team should have reported them or someone should have seen on a walk through before our arrival. The amenities were great at the location and you couldn’t beat the ease of parking on the 6th floor. Just able to carry out things to the car without an elevator was awesome. I would recommend and give them 4 out of 5 stars.

Spacious and clean. Each room has their own bathroom, which is nice when you have 10 people staying together. Kitchen is clean and spacious. Balcony is huge, and master bed has access. Super close to the Hangoht restaurant area. We walked everyday down to that area. The pool was cool, they have an indoor and outdoor pool and two hot tubs. I would definitely come back again.

Beautiful condo. Well appointed. Great view. Easy parking. Pickleball court and tennis court in great condition, and could check out equipment for "free."

We are staying for 6 weeks, so we like a unit that feels more like home than a week of fun in the sun. This unit was as shown. It is clean, and doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary nick nacks such as artificial plants! The balcony is wonderful, large and side walls to block cold winter winds. Had a few issues initially but the management company had them fixed much more quickly than we could ever expect. Our only complaint is with the fitness center... no exercise bike! This Hoa should take a lesson from other Phx fitness centers.

Overall not a bad condo. It was roomy and the beds were comfortable. This condo is not unlike others we have rented. The big things are good but not enough attention is paid to small things and very inexpensive things that make your experience much better. We went out and bought a Keurig coffee maker and left it. This is something that should be in every condo these days. Nobody wants to bother with coffee, filters, etc. Very inexpensive. There should be more plastic bowls to store food while you’re there. This condo needs more pots and pans also. It was well equipped with glasses and bowls.
One other BIG thing is that the tv’s were very hard to figure out and get to work right. If my kids struggled them there’s a problem. The instructions need to be much better and clear. The sheet just says call the cable provider but that does nothing for you if the problem is using the remote.
Still overall would rent again when rates return to levels that are not insane like they are now across the gulf.
Also leasing office on main floor needs to stay open later. You can’t check in until 4:30 and the office closes at 5:00!!!! That’s ridiculous.
