Phoenix Gulf Shores 403

Unit 403 never fails to impress, providing cleanliness and spaciousness. We enjoy the picturesque sunrises daily and beautiful sunsets nightly. The kitchen offers ample resources for in-home cooking. Michael consistently exhibits professionalism and graciousness in our interactions. Will book again!

The condo is so nice and spacious. I have stayed in tons of condos and nothing has compared to how big this condo was, even with 15 people we never felt cramped. It has a keurig (I didn't see that on the info.). I do wish it had a vaccuum of some kind to get up the sand when it gets brought in. It had a closet full of beach toys, floats, chairs- this was so great!! One of the beds had a chewing gum wrapper in it when we got there. Other than not having a vacuum and the dirty bed it was AMAZING!!!!!

This has been the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. We decompressed and reunited with our kids. We enjoyed several beautiful sunsets over the gulf from the balcony and had some awesome meals. The condo was very nice and the Mgr, Michael was all we could asked for.

dresser in the master bedroom was of poor quality. drawers fall out onto the floor unless you hold them while moving clothes in and out.

Condo was very spacious and with two young children it allowed them room to play. Pool areas were great from them as well.

We were at the location for a week. Great location and beautiful property.

Overall a great experience. Had a small issue with but the property maintenance company handled it quickly.

This rental is very comfortable and perfect for family get togethers. This is our second year renting this condo and we have booked it for next year.

Wonderful experience, as usual! We always try to stay here and this is the first time in 3 years we were successful. Kids love the pool and we like the accommodations as well as the parking deck. With a handicapped spouse, this has been a blessing.

We were satisfied with the rental. We got overbooked for another chondro and we were scrambling to find somewhere to stay, when we found this last minute. It was handy to be on the 4th floor, with the parking garage right outside. We could come and go to shop, eat etc without needing to ride the elevator. We had little contact with staff, as check in & out info was sent electronically. They were very pleasant when we did ru man into them. The condo has a separate ice maker for your coolers and also had plenty of beach equipment in the closet. Some of which we left, because there wasn’t room to pack it in the vehicle for the trip home. Lol. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay at the area again.

Michael was amazing and went above and beyond to help us with our needs! The condo was perfection with the most gorgeous view and easy accessibility straight from the parking garage on level floor directly inside to the door. So nice!! ... We will definitely be back and will only choose this condo. Loved it!

Location was perfect, condo was nice and clean with all the needed amenities, 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of space. Parking on the same floor was an added bonus! Appreciated the security and staff as everything was well kept and monitored.

The best property we have stayed in at Gulf Shores. I am trying to book for next year but am having difficulty.

This place is the best place to stay! It comfortably housed 8 of us. It has breath taking views. They have everything you need!

Enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful, 403 was easy access & plenty of room for our group. Furniture does need serious attention. A few pieces should be replaced, now. Michael was easy to reach and very helpful.

The property is very nice, and the rooms were nicely arranged with a great view of the Gulf. The kitchen was nice sized as was the balcony. We loved the indoor parking. Loved the location. Near restaurant and other activities.

We were a group of 9 (3 families) and we had plenty of room. Loved the large kitchen/dining/family area. Parking on same floor as condo was wonderful since my Dad uses a walker. Great balcony that you could easily see the pool area. Pool chairs were not hard to get. Walk in pool was nice (no steps) and kids loved the slide. Loved the ice machine in the wet bar area! Ike's chair rentals on the beach along with parasailing! There were 4 elevators and they were very fast. They also provide nice luggage carts and grocery carts for each floor. Great location, close to everything but not too close. Refrigerator does take a while to get cold, don't overload and keep door shut the first day and it catches up. The kitchen had appliances but very little other stuff. They are over the top to check for wrist bands at the pool but that is to keep all the extras from across the street away so I'll take it. The pictures to the beach need to be updated. There is not a long bridge but a very short ramp with no steps! It was great to have a short walk to the beach and great to be able to quickly go between the pool and beach.

We loved the condo. The beach was amazing! Only issue was the wait time at the restaurants in the area. Plan on a late lunch early supper and you will be successful.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. The room was clean and over looking the beach. The facility had 4 large elevators and every floor had a shopping cart to push in your groceries to your room which we found ingenious. Brilliant idea!

It was Amazing! Great condo with beautiful open floor plan- lots room! Very nice and clean! The Balcony was Awesome. Parking garage on our floor was Awesome. I cant say enough about our vacay! We cannot wait to return! No complaints from us at all! Beautiful Beach!

The condo was very clean, kitchen had everything you need for a extended stay and the ice maker in the wet bar was a added bonus! The views for both sunrise and sunsets are absolutely perfect from the ocean front deck! Just steps from the beach and parking on the same floor are both extremely convenient. The staff at the lobby desk and the security were both friendly and professional. The property manager (Michael) was helpful, friendly and professional during booking, arrival and the stay. The only thing we would recommend updating would be the living room furniture. The pics on VBRO show two small recliners and there is only one and the one in the unit is broke and extremely worn down. The couch and the loveseat also are in need of replacement, not torn or ripped just worn down from daily use. I notified Michael upon our arrival and he stated he would get to the unit after our stay to obtain a list of what furniture needed replaced. I highly recommend staying at this unit and we will definitely return next year!!

Beautiful condo. Beautiful view of the beach and water. Parking was so convenient to the condo. Needs new pans and maybe replace the recliner. Other than that it was great! Would recommend this place.

We were there for a short time but really enjoyed the condo. Close to the beach and was able to watch dolphins and sea rays from our balcony. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed in unit 403 for several years, it’s perfect for us!
Close to anything we need but far enough away from the crowds. We have our 93 yo mom and 6 of us. Very comfortable and everyone gets a bed. We love everything about the unit and complex.

Everything was great and it looked just like it is pictured!! We loved it!

I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone. Beautiful Condo in a perfect location.

Our stay was ok. We liked how big the unit was along with the location. The location made it easy for loading/unloading. However, we disliked a couple of things as well. The floors were really dirty (not visually but after walking our feet were black). There were several dings/dents in walls, pans were in bad shape and the A/C unit went out at the beginning of our stay.

We brought a weeks worth of food and the fridge took three days to get cold. The condo was dirty with sand everywhere and dirty pans in the cabinet. Thumbs down!!!

Fun and relaxing. Location very convenient with parking just steps away and a large balcony for viewing & listening to the ocean right below. Property was spacious and clean.

The condo was very nice, the balcony view was awesome! I know the cost of upkeep can be daunting but the condo could use new mattress’s and pillows in bedrooms. Also in the kitchen it would be nice to have a welcome packet waiting for your guest. Overall it was a good condo for a long weekend, I would not want to stay for 7 or more days only because of the uncomfortable beds. Loved the resort pools for the grandkids and it was nice to have the option of purchasing lounge chairs on the beach. Also loved the fact they had people checking for wrist bands to keep random folks coming in off the beach that don’t belong on the condo grounds.

The unit was exactly as advertised. The area is well maintained and the security is awesome. Everything was in working order and comfortable. All areas were clean and well maintained.

The room was beautiful and we loved that it was right on the beach. Being able to park on the same floor as our room was super convenient. Having the indoor and outdoor pool was also nice when the kids needed a break from the sun.

This was a very nice condo. Very roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. All was great except the mattresses in ALL the bedrooms need to be replaced. I would rent again but only after the mattresses are replaced. Such a nice place in a great location; such a shame that the mattresses are a real disappointment.

The unit was as good or better then the pictures showed. The beach and view were wonderful. Location was close to many food venues and shops .We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

This place was very clean and had plenty of space! I would highly recommend this room to anyone with a big group of people! And the beach water was clear. My favorite part about this condo in particular is that it isn't a far walk to the beach from the condo what so ever. It made it easier on us for sure because we had kids with us!

We had a wonderful time, the unit was very clean and very spacious, the parking was so accommodating, right on the 4th floor! very easy checking in.

The property was amazing and the view was second to none. The location was perfect as we did activities off property as well. The only negative is making friends outside is hard bc you can’t bring a guest back to the property. That was the only set back of an otherwise great vacation.

Being able to park on the same level as the condo was very convenient when having small children. The condo was spacious and the views were fantastic. We also enjoyed that there is a ramp onto the beach instead of steps. That made carrying everything down to the beach a lot easier. The kids enjoyed that there was an indoor and outdoor pool.
