We had a great time staying at this unit. The place was so clean when we arrived. They had everything you needed to start your vacation off right. I’d love to rent this unit again for our future vacations. There was enough room for everyone! The AC had a hard time keeping up. It was very hot when we went so when you opened the big beautiful sliding glass door the hot air came rushing in. Nothing we could really do about it though. The front desk was very accommodating with the parking. It’s says only 3 parking passes but we were able to purchase the 5 passes we needed.

From the moment we arrived our stress level went down several levels. We had one rainy day, and as it turned out, watching the rain from the balcony was one of our favorite memories. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and there were 6 good sized adults and had plenty of space

This was a perfect place to have a girls vacation! The condo was spacious for the 7 of us! Teens shared a room and each mom got their own room. Had most everything we needed to make dinners at home and if there wasn’t something, Michael had it brought to us! This condo is right on the water but close to little shops and restaurants that you could even walk to. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I would suggest it.

We couldn't believe how perfect the condo was. We were thrilled with the views, location, cleanliness and so much room for our families! Can't wait to come back in the future!

It was a great place love it . But wished the pool was warmer. Out side pool was cold. Inside pool was warm at times . That’s the only problem I had .

Great place to stay. Online pictures reflected Unit 2101 very well. This space accommodated our group of eight perfectly. Elevators had very minimal wait times. Great access to the beach, parasailing, jet skiing, restaurants and the Hang Out. Uber services were faster on a holiday week than we expected. Due to the size of our group and restaurant wait times we elected to eat in more often than going out. Kitchen provided all that we needed. I would suggest better pots and pans. The three bathrooms were perfect for our group. I would highly recommend this unit to any large group expecting all the comforts of home. Great accommodations!

This is the first time we have strayed from our normal vacation resort but this unit did not disappoint!

It was a great location. Was a bit disappointed that you didn't cover the cost, of at least toilet paper. People spend a lot of money and then you have to run around for toilet paper and coffee filters. I am sure you thru the coffee filters away we purchased. Also, the fridge had broken shelves on the door. And the headboards were not attached.

Family of 8 adults and 3 small children staying for one week. The layout and space of the condo was a good fit for our group. The complex is very nice and the beachfront is gorgeous. Unfortunately the rest is not so great. First of all, the condo was very dirty. We needed to sweep and wipe out cupboards before we even brought our stuff in. There was food in the couch cushions and under furniture was very dirty. We also did not realize we were suppose to bring our own beach towels so we had to go out and buy them. The kitchen is very poorly equipped as far as pots and pans, dish towels and dish rags. We purchased a decent frying pan and dish towels and cloths. Several lights were burned out and the property manager and maintainence came up to replace those. The manager did return our cleaning fee when we showed him how dirty it was. I would rent from the condo again, but not from Phoenix rentals.

We enjoyed this property, great location and beautiful views.

We had a great experience on our vacation, the only one thing we would do different which is to book a lower floor. We were on the 21st floor which was pretty high for us, but, we did choose it so that one is on us.

As far as the condo that we rented, it was great, we had 3 families (10 persons) in the unit and at no time did we fell we were in each others way. The only thing I would tell the owner is to invest in an adult sized broom and good dustpan, the only broom we could find looked like it was part of a dollar store set you would buy a child and the dustpan was broken, on a beach vacation with four kids this is a a must.

The rental unit was great!! We were disappointed with the cookware available. The pans were limited and in bad shape. Other than that, the place was clean and enjoyable.

Condo as amazing. We had a couple of issues when we checked in on Saturday. Called the office and left a message. Michael retuned my call immediately. Issue was taken care of early Sunday morning. Great customer service. We had a great vacation with family and friends.

Our group included 9 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. Interior of unit looked like pictures on the internet. The ocean view and view of Beach Blvd were wonderful. Nice building amenities too including hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, tennis courts, fitness center, lobby. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Christmas Celebration for the family!
Beautiful condo, beaches and weather.
My grandchildren, daughters, son-n-laws and I so enjoyed our stay at the roomy four bedroom condo on the sparkling white beaches of Gulf Shores. A perfect stay for a family Christmas celebration.

Overall the condo was nice, one of the bedrooms there was no where to plug up the lamp, the nigh5 stand hadn’t been dusted or the lamp. For what we paid for the condo they didn’t furnish ant beach chairs and umbrella.

There was not enough pans . There was only one dish towel and dish cloth.
For a large family you need to have a large pan for bacon and a large one for eggs.

Easily accommodated our group of 14. We usually stay at Phoenix but this was first time in corner unit with view of the sunset each evening. Zero complaints on this unit. We will be back:)

I'd give the place 4.5 stars if that was possible but due to the owners cheapness, I have to give it 4 stars. The place is great, amazing views with easy beach access and nice amenities. Plus its in a great location of Gulf Shores, easy walking to fantastic places like Bahama Bob's and The Hangout. Biggest issue I had is that the owner has cheaped it up, with only providing minimal things like towels, (no wash rags in the kitchen, which we bought some and left) hand & dish soap, plus the only paper towels and toilet paper were the ones on the roll. Disappointing and annoying to spend that much on a place but yet having to bring your own toilet paper. Also, the sheets on the bed are very low quality, possibly consider bringing your own. I will say though, that we loved it despite those issues and its something that the owner of the unit could easily fix. I'd recommend the building and stay again in a heartbeat but probably a different unit.

The condo had all the amenities you could ask for. Great location-take the elevator down to the beach or pool and you can walk to restaurants and shops. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 kids.

A great condo for our group of 3 couples. Very clean, nicely decorated and views that can't be beat!

The condo is very spacious with large bedrooms which are very pretty. The beds were comfortable. The view was great. We had a light go out and it was quickly replaced. i wish there had been a few more chairs for the balcony. And the living room furniture was low and soft which was a little bit of a problem for the older ones of us to get up from but young folks will be fine.

The condo and view are out of this world. We could could not have asked for a better place to stay. The cleaning service, however, was not up to par. When we arrived the condo had not been swept and there was no broom so we went out and purchased one to leave there. We also found a can w cigarette butts in it on the patio and the condo is supposed to be no smoking. Other than that, we have no complaints.

I loved every minute of our experience here!!! The beds were very comfy!

It was very large and great location. Not very clean and light bulbs were out. Called and put in a work order the first day. Nothiing.
