Phoenix Gulf Shores 1801

THE CONDO WAS AMAZING. GREAT LOCATION. GREAT SIZE. WE ARE PLANNING ON STAYING HERE AGAIN.

We used this great condo for a week with 8 adults and 6 very small children. The unit sleeps 14 per website but the rooms were portrayed with some sort of wide angle lens but in reality are very small other than the master bedroom. We made it work but could not really spread out at all and unfortunately it rained for 3 days of our stay making it more difficult to remain inside with all of us. Had one maintenance issue but Michael handled it quickly and efficiently.

We stayed at 1801 as an extended family for spring break. It was a good location for a family with young kids. The indoor pool was a hit but I wish the outdoor pool would have been heated. The beach was so close which made it an easy walk with all our beach gear. While the beach was crowed there was room to spread out and best of all, it was a well behaved crowd of mostly families. The unit was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The cabinets need to be sorted out and organized and we would have appreciated a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors which obviously had not been mopped. We are a family that takes their shoes off when we go inside and within minutes the bottom of everyone's feet were black. One other negative was that the beds made so much noise when you moved in them...not sure why this was. We mostly stayed on the property and cooked our own meals but we did get seafood from S&S Seafood Market which was great. There are lots of miniature golfs places and arcades nearby for a break from the beach. We will consider this property again for future trips.

our stay was great. Unit was as presented. Amenities were great. we could have used more freezer space but was not an issue. Owner and team were very responsive to our questions. Everything went smoothly.

Very nice condo located in the perfect location! We could not have picked out a better place to stay. Walk out the door and right onto the beach! Very clean and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

My family brought my 70 year old mother with mobility issues. The parking garage was convenient, and the elevator was fast! The pool was accessible, although the indoor pool deck gets super slippery. We rented a motorized beach wheelchair and a shower chair from Beach Power Rentals. Both items were amazing, and really allowed my mother to enjoy her time. The chair rental guy even put extra sand at the bottom of the ramp to the beach to make sure she would be able to use it.

This unit has amazing windows, and the outdoor furniture and kitchen items were just right. I felt like we were in a good location, convenient to all GS has to offer. I would stay in this location again.

Phoenix rentals so effecient in tending to our needs. Lots of stuff to do from shelling to Parasailing with Ikes to seafood and more galore!!

WE had a great week. Weather was really good this year. The condo was beautiful, we had a few issues but they were delt with. Michael is great to work with!!!! We love it here as was our 6th year in this building. Been coming to Gulf Shores since 1990.

Beautiful unit with nice amenities. 4br3ba. Property is well maintained and great pools, jacuzzis and exercise equipment. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and views. plenty of parking

Had a great family vacation, condo was fantastic, did get a hard time with property management when we had a complaint about a dirty bed and the response we were getting was I do not think anything I can do will maker you happy when all the we asked was the bed sheets be changed because they were dirty with stains

WE absolutely loved this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed! There was plenty of room, the view was amazing and the kids loved the tennis court. The owner was terrific to work with! We spent everyday at the beach, the pool and hot tubs. We love going to the Hangout, Pappa Raccos and FloraBama. We also utilized Sandcastle University which was a great activity for all of to learn how to build some pretty awesome sandcastles. Thank you for all of the great memories!

Great condo for family of 10. Beautiful oceanfront view from spacious balcony.. Property Manager outstanding response to any concerns! I will suggest an upgrade in bedding and mattresses. When staying for 7 days, comfortable bedding is a must. Needs improvement in that area.

This rental has it all. Great views, amazing space, and a one of a kind beach decor and calmness about it that has a person wishing they could stay year round.

We absolutely had a wonderful time at the condo. The condo is absolutely gorgeous we loved everything about it. Very updated and clean will definitely rent again . Michael was very nice and attentive to all our needs . We had a great time at Flora-Bama and Lulus can’t wait to come back. Thanks Beachin Girls of Tallahassee .

Cute place perfect for our stay

Two families of 4 stayed here for one week in early May. The stay was very easy. Fully stocked kitchen was wonderful (Keurig and coffee maker, Ninja blender, loads of dishes, etc.). Ice maker was extremely helpful. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathroom space. Jack and Jill bathroom was nice for one family sharing two rooms. View of ocean was beautiful. Sitting on the balcony was a great way to start and end the day. Easy to get to the beach and pool! Down elevator and straight out! Bring your own portable cooler. Helps with limiting the short trek from beach to condo for drinks and snacks. Check in is made easy with hotel style carts as well as grocery carts to move things up and down. There is a small grocery right across the street, a larger grocery within 5 miles and shopping and activities within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Everything there is high end and comfortable for a week's stay or longer! Enjoy.
