Phoenix Gulf Shores 1502

Our group of 5 adults and 2 children had a great week at the Phoenix Gulf Shores 1502. The unit is very spacious and comfortable, we loved the 3 full baths. The view of the Gulf from the balcony is beautiful and the pools were clean each day. The only thing that I did not like was the check-in process. I have stayed at 15 or more different condos in Gulf Shores, and this process was the worst. It would not prevent me from coming back.

The condo, the property, the location was all 5 stars. The condo had ample space for 6 of us (4 adults/2 children) and was very clean, the kids loved the slide and the sandy beach was just what we needed. We will keep this place in mind when visiting Gulf Shores again.

We had a wonderful multi-generational trip at this clean and beautiful property. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and walking distance to restaurants.

This property was great! It accommodated my family perfectly. The management is not very friendly, they answer questions but do not seem very interested. They are not needed much so that did not affect our stay. Condo was great but floors not so clean, turned our socks dark grey each time we wore them in the condo, otherwise mostly clean. we will come back!

Condo is what you see in the pictures. Balcony looks out at the Gulf. Turn the ac off and open the door and let the sound of waves on the beach put you to sleep. There are 4 elevators so getting up and down wasn’t bad. Property overall and staff was great. Not a big deal but the morning of check out cleaning crew was waiting at 8am to get cleaning thought that was kind of rude.

Excellent accommodations! Tastefully decorated, all the amenities you could want, indoor pool/outdoor pool with slide, excercise room, coffee in the morning and located right on the gulf. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable beds and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again if available. 5 stars!

My family and I had a great experience. The condo was very clean. The facilities were all very nice. The location of the building is excellent in relation to local restaurants and attractions.

Had a great stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores 1502. The accommodations were perfectly appointed - the condo matched the listing exactly. We used the pool, fitness center and tennis court and each was lovely. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. Plenty of room for our family. My daughter loved the bean bag in the living room. My kids also loved the slide at the pool. Toaster and broom were broken upon arrival. Contacted the owner who responded quickly with new ones. Can't wait to go again.

The unit had a great view and was very spacious. However, some little things bothered me about this unit. 1. Having to pay extra to park. Just put that into the rental fee. 2. The refrigerator would not get cold enough to keep drinks cold. 3. The sink wouldn’t get hot enough water to do dishes! 4. Coffee maker was super cheap and coffee was not hot enough. Small things, but, a little annoying for this price range. However, love the ice machine, that really came in handy! The rug in family room is dirty and disgusting, though

Had a wonderful stay with my family in this beautiful condo. As large as the pictures show, we al had our own space and bathroom. Beautiful place and building is great and beach was perfect.
