First time in BAMA!! What a great place, beautiful beaches, great food, friendly people. All I can say is wow.. The condo is all it should be, great amenities, very comfortable. We would love to come back.

Where do I husband and I have grown children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We needed a condo with large living spaces, large kitchen, pool and on the beach. To say we were pleased with our stay is an understatement! This condo was AMAZING! The decor and furnishings were beautiful, and it was immaculate! There were more than enough dishes and cooking utensils; the kitchen was large enough for many to be in there cooking at the same time. The bedrooms were lovely, and the beds were amazing! An added feature was the "Beach Closet" where the host had beach chairs, sand toys for the kids and many other items we could use at the beach during our stay. The slide at the pool was a hit with our grands and great grands!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely re-book!

The condo size was perfect for the large group that we had. It was a great location!
No complaints except for the booking agent that I had to call to check in (not the people in the lobby). He was very rude!

The condo, the facilities, and the view were top notch. The furniture is in great shape and very comfortably fit our party that was staying. The owner was exceptional with communication, I was able to text during our stay with questions and they were answered promptly. My only small/tiny complaint because overall our stay and the condo were amazing would be the amount of essentials provided, it was bare minimum to say the least. We arrived early evening and barely made it through with the amount of toilet paper, paper towels, baby bar soap to wash hands to the next day when we had our grocery pick up. Leaving two rolls of TP, a bottle of hand soap in the bathrooms, a few trash bags, and a weeks worth of dishwasher pods is a small gesture but will go a long way. Overall the stay was great, and we can’t wait to go back.

Overall rental was good. The property, location and views were fantastic. The condition of the unit overall was good, however the beds could use replacing - soft and lumpy. Spreads/comforters were worn and old (especially in the master suite), sheets were a bit worn, some had spots (though they seemed clean), were not overly soft and didn’t fit well. No blankets were provided. Rental could have provided a few more kitchen trash bags (only had the one in the can) and more than one dishwasher pod. Especially since renters are requested to empty the garbage and run the dishwasher upon checkout. A few minor maintenance issues that had gone unnoticed - one of the handles on a dresser door was missing, a light bulb was out in one of the bathrooms, we had to tighten a door handle that was quite loose in the master bathroom, and a couple of lamps were unplugged. Although not expected, but a small complimentary welcome basket (with maybe a couple microwave bags of popcorn, a packet or two of coffee and creamer, list of local restaurants/attractions/shops, etc. would have been a nice touch.

This was our second time in Gulf Shores and this condo was a huge upgrade to our experience! The condo was super clean - parking was convenient and the location was great! Loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was perfect for kids of all ages. The company was really responsive and easy to work with and check in was seamless. Already planning a return trip next year!

Everything was great- from location to amenities. Condo was clean and had everything you need for a great stay. Including a closet full of chairs, toys etc. The only downfall was when it stormed they had to shutdown the inside pools.

Overall, we had a great time. Phoenix Gulf Shores was well located and easy to find. Property was well maintained. Condo was beautiful and we enjoyed many hours on the balcony looking out on the Gulf. We were even entertained by dolphins playing in the ocean. Condo had everything we needed. Management was very responsive to a couple of problems we encountered. On our last day, we were enjoying a late lunch in the condo. After some time, we heard a voice in the distance that kept repeating. At first we thought it came from loud talking on the beach or another unit, but upon further checking, we found it was a warning in the stairwells directing people to evacuate the building. A fire alarm was pulled on the 23rd floor. We were on 14. Three in our party have some mobility issues, so it was very challenging for them to godown 14 flights of steps anxious as to the nature of the alarm and that we did not hear it for some time. There needs to be a better system in place for emergencies. There was no alarm in the condo unit and we were never notified of an emergency other than the warning in the stairwells. This was disturbing to us. Other than that one instance we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

It was a comfortable place and view was great. Nice balcony overlooking the pools and the beach. roomy for7 people to cook, and eat at the table and watch TV. sometimes tables don't have enough chairs to dinner or TV watching, but this one does. I didn't really feel like the reno was complete since there were no shelves in shower or hair dryers included. Also, not enough flatware to accomodate 2 meals for 7 people before washing dishes. Some beach chairs were included which we appreciated. I would recomment this condo.

Wonderful condo with magnificent oceanfront views from an enormous deck. The condo was a perfect size for the eight family members that were there.
We had several minor issues that were resolved in a very short period of time.
Some of the linens need to be updated but other than that we were extremely pleased.

The location and view from the property is amazing! It’s a very spacious place to stay and everything is in close walking/driving distance in the area. When we checked in the front desk staff did not tell us there was code for the fitness center or beach gates so we had to wait till the second day after the desk opens at 9am to get the codes. The dining room table is also a little unstable and could easily be flipped. Overall I would definitely stay at this property again.

The only cons I have is: some of the ceiling lights didn’t work, there needs to be shades on windows in the 2 smaller bedrooms, we couldn’t figure out the Dishwasher, needs more skillets in unit.
We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

Our rental provided plenty of room for our group of 7. The balcony was large and a beautiful view of the beach. The closet of beach stuff was a nice surprise. The kitchen is stocked with the basics (including 3 coffee pots!) and you can throw together a meal easily. Bring charcoal/lighter fluid if you want to use the grills.
Property was clean and management was very helpful. It was our first time to Gulf Shores and we will be back!

We loved our stay. Very nice and roomy condo. Great amenities. Unfortunately the master bed was uncomfortable. Appears to need better support underneath. The condo needs more bath towels and bedding items. There were extra pillows but no pillow slips to put on them. I had to go buy pillow slips to cover the pillows. The couches definitely need a good cleaning.

This condo is wonderful! I’ve been to the beach too many times to count and I would say this was by far my favorite condo.

This place was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful full view of the ocean!!!

I celebrated my birthday with a family and friends and everything was great. We all had a fantastic time as the unit provided all the comforts of home ☺️

We really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Gulf Shores! The facility was extremely clean and surprisingly private. Perfectly located! Only negative thing we can say is that the Sofa's need to be replaced. Other than that - Excellent!!

Overall, the property was beautiful. My complaints are that none of the mattresses were remotely comfortable, cooking supplies were a bit lacking, and bathroom towels were dingey.

The check-in process was very easy and the owner great to work with. The condo was very spacious. We loved having so many bathrooms! The beds were so comfortable. I really appreciated the heavy comforters on the beds. The closet with all of the chairs, beach toys, and umbrella was a wonderful surprise! The pools were cold, but it didn’t stop the kids. (Although the hot tubs were their favorite!) The sofas could use replacing and much of the cookware is on its last leg. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The view can’t be beat! We saw dolphins, rays, and turtles from the balcony!

This has probably been the best condo and best experience that we've had - and that's 20 years of vacations and rentals. This unit was HUGE and absolutely beautiful!!! Everything was in amazing condition - I especially loved the kitchen- it was very well stocked (even a Keurig, but that's in the pantry)!! We didn't have any issues with pool bracelets, we had great weather 5/6 days, the entire building was super clean and right on the ocean. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone! So spacious- I couldn't believe it. You will NOT be disappointed

The condo itself was okay. When we arrived there was still trash under the bed and sofa. Several lights needed new bulbs. The Bonus closet was locked and the wifi went in and out the whole week. The ice maker in the wet bar did not work. We have stayed in several condos at this location and were disappointed. The location is great and convenient. The security at the pool was great. They were polite and explained rules to the kids. The kitchen had one drying towel. Elevators were great and didn't have to wait long.

The vacation rental was great. Clean, spacious, with a great view. Only complaints, no broom and only one dish towel and someone came to spray for bugs while we were occupying the room. The security at the pool during the week was intense. Be prepared. After reading SEVERAL reviews, it is evident weren’t the only ones that felt it was a little unnecessary. Supposedly they are there to ensure no outsiders came into the complex, but he was there to micromanage and his presence was very intimidating to the children. I wasn’t impressed with Brett-Robinson (property managing company), but this isn’t a direct reflection on the actual unit we stayed in.

Have stayed in numerous Phoenix condos. All are great. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

We had a wonderful week at Phoenix Gulf Shores, there was plenty of room for both our kids and their families. It was great having a separate bathroom for each family. We loved the Ocean View.
The only complaint was the couches needed to be cleaned ( we just covered them up for the week with a throw) and there was no broom in the unit to sweep up the daily sand! Thank you for a great week! We would definitely come again!

Great location!

We had a wonderful visit and the condo was absolutely beautiful. The hand painted walls were incredible and we loved the decor and modern feel. The tourism was low due to COVID and hurricane activity which made it much more enjoyable. No lines for dinner. Lol! I will say, however, that the condo was not the cleanest. The closet doors that house the HVAC unit were covered in dust, the shower had mold in the corners and hair was left in the bathroom drawers. The worst was a previous guest had thrown up in a bathroom sink. When we used it to brush our teeth the water rose and the vomit came back up into the sink. All in all, out trip was remarkable and these small problems had no effect on it. We will definitely return to Phoenix #1403!!

Most beautiful clean condo in Gulf Shores

There were 12 of us in this condo yet it was still big enough! Love that it had 3 bathrooms - one for each family that came! Loved the big balcony!! Only complaints: could use new mattresses in the guest rooms, more large size bowls in the kitchen & wish the beach had more space! Loved that there was plenty of cookware to meet our needs!

It was ok for most part. Need more outside grills and higher walls around grills so that the wind doesnt cause such and issues. Also if there was gas grills with option to rent the tanks or something that would be great. Also our unit 1403 was a little rough shape. Rougher than we expected based off pics.

Loved the Condo!! But under the beds were very dirty! The remote in the Living Room would not work because the batteries were bad! Also had to go buy a can opener! We left for the next guest! This condo should have been cleaner !

We really enjoyed our stay here, the condo was well kept and was everything we had hoped it would be. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the deck and evening with a nice glass of wine watching the waves. Very enjoyable stay!!

The property was perfect. The amenities were a great compliment to the stay. We enjoyed the pool and the beach- all with easy access. Sleeping accommodations were perfect with two queens in each guest room. The condo is well equipped and having access to the closet with beach items was perfect. A truly great place to stay.
