The kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals..the beds were very comfortable..would love to stay again

Excellent property. We had all 4 kids, spouses, and first grandbaby and the layout was excellent. Nothing negative to say. Plan to come back next year fall break if we can get the unit.

What a great trip to Alabama gulf coast! The condo is great, the city of Gulf Shores is wonderful. We had the best time and highly recommend the condo, its very well taken care of.

Fantastic isn't enough, we had the best time ever. The condo, the beach, the seafood, all magnificent. I would come back and you probably should too.

This is our fifth stay at the Phoenix Gulf Shores and is our favorite unit. Clean. Everything worked. Plenty of seating for all of us. A great get away with family to celebrate the new year.

The condo was spacious and the view was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Our experience was perfect. The condo was super clean and everything was in working order. The property staff was exceptional, kind and informative. The pool was perfect for our grandchild when we needed a break from the beach. Checking in and out were simple and quick. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway to the Gulf Shores area.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores and this condo was all we could have hoped for. Exactly as shown in the photos. We will be back!

The condo was nice and building amenities all well maintained. All Linens and kitchen need refreshing though. Expected a bit more for the price. We needed the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths so less choices but this one provided a good week experience.

The Phoenix was a great place to stay. You could not ask for better. Top of the line. We will stay again.

Wonderful condo, with beautiful views and great location! We enjoyed everything about this condo. The property is well cared for & the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed all the amenities. We hope to be back next year, to enjoy it all over again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, very nicely decorated, beds were comfy. And the VIEWS! We could see dolphins from the balcony, schools of fish in the water and just had a great time. We loved the place so much we want to return next year!

It was a really nice condo! The ice maker didn’t work but I didn’t contact anyone. There were 12 of us and we had a really nice ladies’ weekend at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is a great place for a family get away!! If you look past the dirt, it is everything you need. The condo is in dire need of a deep clean. Mold in showers, dust and dirt everywhere! But it’s a perfect location! The pool has nothing to do with the condo, but the pool needs to monitor the food and people throwing food around the pool. Plus they need to lighten up on guests throwing a ball. We are there to have a good time. I witnessed the security guard trying to place a child in time out for going down the slide too fast.

The amenities were fine, but the room was outdated.

Issues that need attention: Wood hand rail on beach has screws backing out someone will eventually cut themselves. The last step to sand is much to deep need more sand or concrete step added. Elevator keyboard on right (first) does not function work when pushing button to floor 12.Furnace filter in room was filthy looked like it hadn't been changed in 3 months. 2 guests got sinus infections and to had to get Z pack prescriptions. furnishings were good adequate space for 13

So much room for the thirteen of us. Kids had a blast at the beach and the pool. What a beautiful view!

Beautiful condo! Great location. Pools and beach were perfect. Amenities were nice. Disappointed in cleanliness of condo. The sheets were changed. Found blood stain on pillow. Comforters were not laundered. Had to spend 1 st day washing all linens again.

We had 6 adults, two teenagers and a 5 year old. Plenty of room for everyone and the condo was beautiful. Looks exactly like the photos. Steps away from the beach and pool. Elevators were always available.

There were several things that need to be cleaned, specifically the showers (black mold along edge), floor did not seem clean, ceiling fans need cleaning. The dishwasher was difficult to latch. The kitchen faucet needs repair. There was a nice assortment of casserole dishes and glassware but the frying pan needs to be replaced. Dining room table was large and well made. The fitted sheets on the beds were very ill fitting. Balcony furniture was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful views from every window. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. A couple of things need repair. Michael was great with the repairs. Kids loved the slide in the pool and the beach was not crowded. We would go again.

Gulf Shores is our happy place . The views from 1204 are amazing.

This was the best condo we have experienced in our trips to Gulf Shores. Family of 10 had space and great amenities including nice beds for all. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and the extra views from the side bedrooms. We had an issue that required attention. The response was prompt and maintenance arrived within a couple hours. But they spent less than 4 minutes on the issue and did not resolve it to our satisfaction. given that experience, we didn't even report it when the icemaker crapped out two days later. So a bit shy of a perfect experience.

The condo was great! There was plenty of room for family of 8 plus everyone was well spread out. The living room area had plenty of seating for everyone and chairs were very comfortable. Only complaints were a few minor items: Missing batteries in remotes, dishwasher was not operational, light was out in Fridge, and had one light out in bathroom. All of these are pretty minor in my opinion. If we had stayed a longer trip the dishwasher would have been an issue though.

We had a wonderful time! Our stay was from 8/21/21-8/28/21. This unit is exactly as pictured. I will say I don't believe the queen beds are a full queen size but they held 2 people easily. Everything you could possibly need is included in this unit. I have read there needs to be more cookware in the rooms but in this unit that isn't true. Every utensil you need is here. The room was immaculate and the views spectacular. We had no problems at all. You will LOVE staying here!

We had a great vacation at Phoenix Gulf Shores. The unit was beautiful and and the whole resort was very nice, very clean and well kept!

Beautiful corner condo with spectacular views! The balcony is oversized which gives a little extra room to enjoy the views. All bedrooms were comfortable and condo was clean. The ice maker did not work while we were there so that would have been very nice to have. An email was sent on Sunday but no response was received. The kitchen faucet needs replaced as it is not attached and the stove needs replaced as it takes too long to heat and cook. It would also be great to have some kitchen towels and potholders in the kitchen! Overall, we had a fantastic time while in Gulf Shores.

Ondo was very clean. Loved having so much sitting in the living room area. There was 9 of us. Decorator did an excellent job. Having an ice maker was great. We visited in April ‘21 & we will be back! The building is great, people complaining about the elevators in previous reviews either had a different experience than we did, or they’re exaggerating wait times.
Exactly as pictured, except the view of the ocean was even better in person! Tons of space for all of us (6 adults + 6 kids, ages 2-11 yrs).
Even though they will not respond to issues in this exact condo, (it appears the majority of the rest of the building is probably owned & operated by a single big company) the pool & building staff, & the security staff were all very nice! Building was clean & felt safe. Walmart is ~8 min away, so easy to get anything you need.
Only issue with the building/location (and apparently all of Gulf Shores?) was that the entrance & exit for the parking ramp were flooded after a full night of extreme rain. We were able to get through with our minivans, but not without a “warning” from a security guard that driving through the water would be at our own risk... which was totally fair.
Now, on to the meat and potatoes of this review...
A HUGE ‘thank you’ to Mike, the Property Manager, for going above and beyond not once, but twice to help give us the absolute best experience!
During our stay we experienced a clogged toilet. Mike came to the condo first thing the next morning, then called a plumber who addressed this and thoroughly cleaned up the area within just a few hours.
Once we were all checked out, and several hours into our drive home, I was alarmed, to say the least, to discover that I had left my wedding ring at the condo! Thankfully, I still had Mike’s number from having to call about the toilet, he answered immediately, even though he was in the middle of eating his dinner, and said that he would go over to the condo right away to find it. Within an hour he had found my ring and let me know that he would be consulting his local jeweler to determin

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The property was amazing. floor to ceiling ocean views. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Great location. Amazing beach. Perfect accommodations for our group of 12.

We were extremely impressed with the condo the minute we walked in the door. It comfortably accommodated a group of 10. The view from the room was gorgeous and the kids had plenty fun in the pools. The property gave us easy access to the beach which made for nice morning walks and fun in the sun. If taking a family vacation I would highly recommend this property.

Nice location. Floor to ceiling windows on the end unit were amazing in the mornings. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Condition was less than desirable. There living room recliners are in need of replacement and look terrible, the color is gone on the headrests. There is a smoke detector laying on a dresser, the guest bathroom door won’t shut, the master bedroom door knob was falling off (fixed personally), and many lightbulbs were burned out. Trying to buy a parking pass around Christmas with the front desk having partial hours was a struggle, leaving notes threatening to boot our car when there was no one at the front desk. Even drove to Phoenix All Suites as suggested by the phone number and they didn’t have the right form.
