Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful 3BR 3BA on the beach. Spacious and welcoming. Plenty of bath towels provided. Rental Agent, Michael, was very helpful and responsive. Sad we lost the sun at the pool by 3:30 pm but then went to the beach. Floors could be cleaned/mopped better but overall we would rate a 5 of 5. I would highly recommend and would rent again in future.

We have been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach over 40 years and this was the most we have paid for a room. However, it was worth every penny. The large rooms and baths, extra-large balcony, nice furnishings, and indoor heated pool for our toddler grandson. Extremely happy with entire complex/unit. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. The only downside was we were unable to access the boardwalk area due to Hangout Music Festival takedown but that was not any fault of the Phoenix Gulf Shores property. The takedown was still going on the 5 days we were there.

1202 at Phoenix Gulf Shores is a wonderful condo. Comfy beds, great view, clean, nothing missing. A great location for those Hangout attendees and an all around great stay. Staff at front desk were amazing. Loved the coffee and sitting areas in the lobby. Pool and slide were perfect. Will come again for sure.

It was the first time that we decided to rent a condo in lieu of a hotel room and it was the best choice ever! Aside from a perfect location, it was immaculate and the views were gorgeous. We were also pleasantly surprised that it was quiet- we didn’t hear much from any neighbors surrounding us. We look forward to renting from Phoenix again for our future vacations.

Wonderful vacation. Property is clean and well maintained. No issues with the elevators or parking. We wish the pool was heated; too cold to enjoy. We had TV issues the first few days because the prior guests mixed up remotes. The service lady took care of us right away. The recliners were a plus. Overall a great trip.

GREAT PLACE TO SPEND THE WEEK WITH FAMILY, PLENTY TO DO NOT ONLY ON THE BEACH BUT THE WHOLE TOWN OF GULF SHORES OFFERS SO MUCH WITH RESTURANTS, SHOPPING, AND THINGS TO DO WITH FAMILY.

Gulf Shores was awesome this year after Labor Day. There was not a huge crowd. The ocean water was clear and sun was shining bright. Our 3 bedroom condo was clean and has all the things you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Easy peasy from booking to closing. Condo & amenities were perfect for our family trip

The condo was great, there was everything we needed. Although the frying pans could be replaced. Besides that our vacation was fantastic. The condo is located close to all the attractions and restaurants. We would love to stay here next year.

The property is ver well maintained and super convenient for people with young kids. The front bedrooms are noisy as they are right by the elevator and you hear all of the foot traffic. The condo comes with MINIMAL supplies so be prepared to go shopping for even the basics (hand soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, etc).

My husband and I took our son, daughter in law and our two precious grandsons. The room was awesome! Our grandkids loved the slide in the pool.

Outside of the horrible bedding, full sheets on king beds, our stay was great. Condo was not fully clean, I have been renting a condo for 30 years and when you go with a nicer condo you expect the quality you pay for.

Our family really enjoyed this property for our daughters 4th birthday getaway. Everything was clean and relatively new. Easy access to the beach. The indoor heated pool & hot tubs were put to use. We would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!

Amazing view. Staff was helpful, our host Michael Roberts was great, our toaster didn’t work he took care of use immediately bringing a new toaster. The property and condo were very clean and beautiful. Many excellent restaurants with great seafood.

The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. It was outfitted with virtually everything that we needed, had phenomenal views, and felt very secure. The building was also nice and clean, and the amenities were fantastic! The only complaint that we had was one that I cannot even call a complaint really - we were there in Sept, and a couple of the nights got quite chilly. This caused the outdoor pool with the slide to be absolutely freezing - so much so that almost no one went in. At that time the indoor pool was also cold, but we believe someone contacted the front desk, because the next day the indoor pool was much warmer and extremely pleasant to be in! If you decide to stay here and the pools are cold, we recommend telling the people at the front desk as they seemed to be very accommodating! We plan to go back to Gulf Shores in the future, and we would absolutely look to stay in this condo again!

From booking to checkout we could not have been any better. Very professional and courteous staff made our family getaway stress free.

Great view and location. Had issues with our bed being dirty and bathroom. Owner was quick to respond, slow response from housekeeping which is not on site. Arrived at 4:30pm and they did not come until after 10pm. Would stay again but recommend they get a different cleaning company.

We have stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores before so we knew the location and building would be great! Unit 1202 was beautiful! We had never stayed that high up and the view was amazing! The unit was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked with the essentials we needed. The balcony furniture was also very nice which is important to us. The only complaints we had was there were no hangers in any is there closets. When packing for a week long stay with small children, hangers are not something else I wish to bring and I hoped they’d be there. The jetted tub also caused some problems. It did not work at first. When we did get it working it shot out black filth all over my daughter. Then the water was shooting out of the tub and caused a small amount of water to be on the floor which also seeped down to the unit below us. Had we been told the tub wasn’t working it would have been a disappointment but we’d get over it. It had to be known it wasn’t working and we should have been told. A drying machine had to be placed in the room for a couple days after this happened.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. And though the condo we rented was superb, it was far surpassed by the level of service we received from Mike (the person we rented from). Will certainly seek him out for future stays in Gulf Shores.

It was a beautiful place, easy to get to the beach, views from balcony were amazing. The pool was close to the room, was disappointed there wasn’t a lazy River with our condo but that was minor. The condo was easy to walk to the little market too. Great time!

This unit was beautiful and provided amazing views of the beach and the coast. The unit was clean and well maintained. Property management was helpful when there was a small maintenance concern - addressing it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

The view from the balcony was amazing abd the condo was spacious. The ice maker in the condo was extremely convenient. There were some minor downsides. The condo could have been cleaner on arrival (Cheeto dust on the couch, sand on bath mats, questionable linen cleanliness), and we could have called to have it cleaned. But maybe we are too nitpicky. The walls are thin and at night you could the residents above move chairs and furniture which made it difficult to sleep. A few nights you could hear the beach parties at night which also was annoying. Some of the wall outlets didn't work. For the most part though we were quite satisfied with our stay.

Great vacation!

This condo was fantastic! We always vacation with another family, so this 3bd/3ba condo was perfect. Very spacious, clean, well furnished, etc. And the best part...the VIEW!! Great balcony overlooking the ocean and the location of the condo was close proximity to all local establishments, yet just far enough away to provide reprieve from any crowded public beach access points! Would definitely recommend this condo and will be back very soon!

We experienced Hurricane Sally while staying in beautiful unit 1202. The unit, as well as the complex fared well during the storm. We found a couple of personal items that were left in the unit by a previous tenant and would love to reunite them with their owner. I contacted the rental office, but haven’t received a reply pertaining to the items. I left my contact information with Charlotte. I can be contacted by FB messenger-Dana Carlin Hooper. Again, we want desperately to reunite the owner with these special items.

Had a great stay in this condo. very comfortable and updated. Great patio furniture and a fully functioning kitchen with everything needed to make dinner. Highly recommend this condo.

Very convenient, clean, and accommodating location. One of the best vacations our family has ever taken. The view was incredible and the place was immaculate with the feel of a 5 star hotel room.
