Gulf Shores is awesome! We had a fantastic time and enjoyed these moments with family. The condo and the building are beautiful as you would expect. We will be back.

Great location! We enjoyed the easy beach access, hot tubs, pool, outdoor grills, pickleball court, and the fast elevators. My only minor rec was to add pot holders and a large pot to boil spaghetti. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped.

Enjoyed my stay. It was very spacious for my family and loved the view from the balcony.

Great place for family vacay! One suggestion is to supply the kitchen with larger pots, pans & cookie sheets that a family of 8 could use!

The unit was lovely, with beautiful views of the gulf. The checkin/check out process very simple. We enjoyed our stay. Two small items were a slight problem. All the patio furniture was shoved against a far wall and zip tied together and since we had invited our son and daughter-in-law over for a drink on the patio before going to dinner and were unable to and a minor thing was there were only 10 hangers in the entire 4 bedroom unit. But, as I said those were minor and we would stay there again.

The condo was exactly as it looks on the website. Very nice and in a great location for many restaurants and attractions. Parking is good as well. It had everything we needed for a family of 9 to be more than comfortable.

There were 12 of us in this 4 bedroom condo right on the beach! It was perfect for us and we were able to enjoy 7 days of the beautiful emerald coast as a family. The host was responsive and the condo was clean and pretty much exactly like the pics shown. There are a few staging items (lamps, end tables, pillows and decor) that are shown but other than that everything was great! If I can give any feedback to truly make our experience more perfect, it would be around the pots and pans and utensils avaialbe for use in the kitchen. We made due with what we had but struggled with having enough items to cook in since we were feeding 12 mouths. We ended up eating out 5 of the 7 nights. We would definitely come back and make more memories at Phoenix Towers!

Everything was as described. It was very clean, cold A/C, beautiful balcony view, easy access to beach, kids loved the slide, elevators were fast and location is close to numerous restaurants and shopping.

Home was spacious and comfortable for our family of six. Bedrooms and Bath rooms were very roomy and sufficient for all of us. I do suggest replacing the Teflon cooking pots and pans because they are flaking. The fabric furniture needs cleaning and the pills removed from the sofa cushion edges. Refrigerator did not get cold enough.
We stayed for six nights and the Home met our expectations. Building and beach were clean and shopping was convenient.
Mikee's Seafood Restaurant offered good food and service.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Phoenix condo. Description of the place was accurate. Micheal was very responsive to our questions and concerns while we were there. You couldn’t ask for a better view and location. The only things that might make it better’s would be: clean or replace the area rug in the living area. Why do you have so many plates and glasses but no coffee cups? We left a couple. A small dresser in all the bedrooms. The master suite had a nice one. I would recommend this condo for someone wanting a nice beach vacation.

The condo was nice, but I would disagree that the kitchen was fully stocked with mugs, cookware, etc. The rug in the living area was very dirty and needs to be replaced or cleaned well. Many of the remotes didn’t have batteries and the WiFi was so slow the televisions were worthless in some of the bedrooms. The facility was very nice and the heated pool was a great bonus for this time of year.

Plenty of room, clean & right on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots/pans/etc. Rooms are spacious and fit the 12 of us without feeling cramped. Check-in/out was super easy as well.

Beautiful condo and excellent location. The water slide was a huge hit with our grandson. Everything was very clean and well maintained. My only criticism is that the soaps and detergents provided were very minimal. One roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one very small bar of soap for each shower. If staying more than a couple of days with large family, these are used up quickly. We traveled by plane so it was a waste to buy these supplies that we couldn't take home with us. It would be very minimal expense to management to provide a little more of each of these.

Our second year to stay here in this condo. We absolutely love this place. Spacious, clean, love the decor, and love the view. Our family loves to stay here. We love to do the beach and then enjoy the pool and always end up in the hot tub. We have had amazing memories here.

We love dad our stay in this condo for our family vacation. The location is great and the furnishings are beautiful. The comforters/duvet covers should be washed regularly and that was the only complaint we had.

Condo and property were nice, but needed a deep cleaning.

We had to buy extra towels, as there weren’t enough for our party.

Several items should be addressed....
Mattresses very uncomfortable
Fans in bedrooms sound like they are going to come off the ceiling
Need more cookware
Microwave lights didn’t work
Possible new oven needed, as it took 45 minutes to preheat.
Problems with elevator not going to the 12th floor. The button for 12th floor never worked. We reached out to the assistant in the lobby.

- Michael was a huge help in regards to our refrigerator not cooling. He has someone there to check it for us.

My family - adult children and grandchildren visited Gulf Shores for the 2nd year in a row - we loved this condo and the location. It was clean and very roomy with very tasteful decor. The easy access to the beach and the waterslide and pool area for the kids was awesome. I would definitely return to this unit again. So I don't sound too over the top, I will leave one suggestion - could use more coffee mugs but that is it.......

Overall a good clean condo with great views.
Negative would be the beds which need replacement as they are not comfortable and creak.

Beautiful condo...spacious for two families! Excellent location!

We had a few things broke in condo 1801 when we arrived. The beds in both 1801 & 1201 were not comfortable. 2021's stay was a 5 / 2022's stay was a 3.5

This condo was beautiful... plenty of room for all 11 of us! The view is priceless! Would totally stay here again!!!

Everything you need for a vacation stay is here. Beautiful place and wonderful view. Great access to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. Exactly as described. Clean and updated. Would recommend as well as come back again.

Overall we were satisfied with this condo. The location on the beach was nice, but you do have to bring your own beach towels. Rental chairs and umbrellas are available.
The condo is nicely decorated, but the bed linens and area rugs could use some cleaning. The dust ruffle on our bed had a huge brown stain that looked like something had been spilled and never cleaned up. The rug in another bedroom was dirty and there was an exposed light bulb in the shower in one bathroom. We had 9 people stay and there was plenty of room, but we did run out of bath towels. We asked for more but were told to wash the ones we have. Make sure and purchase toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. We did enjoy our vacation and the condo was laid out nicely. Just a few things that could be cleaned and updated to make it even better.

It was so great we cancelled our plans for another beach in April to come back to this unit.

Hated paying 35$ for parking passes, YIKES!. Beach was beautiful and amenities were fantastic. We will be back!! LOVED IT!

Had an amazing stay at this property!! The amenities were wonderful and property was beautiful. Beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept on (next to our sleep number at home). Five stars from our group!! Only thing that could have been better was the oven and better quality baking sheets.

The amenities and location were perfect! A small grocery store was practically across the street, and the main strip was just a short walk away. The view was almost panoramic, and the condo was immaculate! We had 11 people staying in this space with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The beach was clean, and the waves were awesome!
