Phoenix East 302

We stayed in this unit for a five-day fall getaway, which was perfect! The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works GREAT, and the unit is very clean! This is a third-floor unit right above the pool, with a beautiful beach view. We did not use the pool, but it is spacious if you are a pool person. We liked the complex as well as the condo - we will be back!

It was good the ice maker barely made ice and u could not long onto any TV apps check in at 4pm pay for day then check our at 10 am seems backwards and paying for parking was nor ideal the condo last yr gave us parking pass and coupons was our only complaints otherwise nice place and great location

We had initially booked this condo at the start of a holiday weekend. We had a family emergency and needed to push our stay back two days. They worked with our last minute change in our schedule.

There are several items within the apartment that need maintenance attention. Shower water controls need attention. The apartment could use a deep cleaning (corners, around door jams). The various items within the apartment are fine.

Vacation was generally great! Would suggest they modernize the bath-shower

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. The shower faucet needs to be replaced. A total replacement of the tube surround to a walk-in shower would make it even better.

We had a wonderful experience with this vacation condo in OB. Loved it being on the 3rd floor with easy access to the stairs and elevator. Beach and pool view from balcony was beautiful. Chair and umbrella rental easy right in front of condo complex. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in easy and timely. Would highly recommend Phoenix Rentals to any vacationer and we will return back. Hopefully soon.

I stopped by the security shed when I got there at 1 am. He asked if I was in building 1 or 2. I said all I got was 302. No building number or nothing. I would mail it more clear in the check in email what building or more information to get help. I finally found the address of the building on the elevator certificate inside the elevator before I knew I was in the correct building. Not a thing on the main entrance door or nothing. Sorry to people in the apartment I tried to enter first.

This was an awesome beachfront condo. Had all the amenities, easy access to beach and local restaurants.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. The property was just as described. One question to the manager was answered within 15 minutes. It was close for shopping and ample parking. Spent time on the patio watching the beach and taking in the sunshine. Indoor pool was super and joined some of the building activities. Everyone was welcoming.

Best experience I have had all the way from check in to check out. We had just a small problem on the Sunday evening we arrived. I emailed Phoenix rentals to see if something could be done, not really expecting a reply until earlier in the week. Well Clark called us that evening and a solution was given at that time. Remarkable customer service you really just don’t find now days. I have already recommended Clark and Phoenix Rentals to friends. Will definitely book through them again.

Overall great vacation. Right on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Nice pool. The rental staff and the staff onsite are super nice and responsive. The condition of the condo and the building itself could use some TLC. The couch in our condo was extremely stained and yucky, but we threw a blanket over it and problem solved. Also needed some maintenance on the door and the shower assembly, but everything worked. I'd go back in a minute.

Everything was perfect. Except the sheets are badly stretched out and the fitted sheet wont stay in place. Not even for 5 minutes

Overall the condo was nice. Very overpriced for an older 1 bedroom condo. Condo was clean except for stained couch. Amenities other than fridge & dishwasher are dated. Property is dated but seems to be pretty well maintained. Great location. Probably won't stay here again due to excessive price.

This is the third year we have vacationed in Orange Beach. It’s our second year staying in a Phoenix condo....actually stayed in the same one! The only things we have a complaint about are, the couch is stained terribly, and the mattress needs replaced. The extra pillows had awful stains on them! Also could have better lighting in the bathroom, and another mirror to use outside of the bathroom. We did enjoy our stay, and plan to return!

We called a few days before our stay with one concern and a request for early arrival. The concern was met and because the unit hadn't been occupied, we were able to arrive early. We appreciated the attention to these requests. Nice kitchen too.

The location is GREAT! The property is beautiful; however, the bed is very lumpy and needs to be replaced. The couch is also very old and so incredibly uncomfortable. The shower plate is not attached to the wall and my husband had to keep reattaching it so that we would not flood our neighbors below. If these 3 things get addressed; new couch, new bed and bathroom fixed; definitely 5 stars! If you have a place like this; you HAVE to put money into it to make it great for guests! I have rented MANY properties now and this one needs some upgrades/things fixed and 100% GREAT! Also, I believe due to covid; there was not supplied the way condos used to be (no basics that we are used to having (salt, pepper, vegetable oil, extra tp, staples) That was no biggy; just so future guests know. THANK YOU!

Considering it's covid time we're making the best of our stay. Very nice unit and very clean. Wish the indoor pool was warmer, very cool. Personnel at desk are very friendly and helpful.

The location was great beach front, pools available if jellyfish are too bad in the ocean. The condo rental was very nice, and clean. The only downside to the room was the shower/batch had a draining issue that totally sucked for showers. Also the resort only provided one roll of toilet paper and could not even buy at resort had to go to store and buy! Chair and umbrella rentals were 40$ a day! Higher than other surrounding rentals. So if driving pack some beach chairs! We really liked the resort will hopefully be returning!

Overall, our family of 3 had a fun and relaxing vacation. The views were amazing and the beach was beautiful as always!!

Very nice condo. Nicely decorated. Appreciate the high rise toilet and the safety bars. Seniors need that. Toaster could be replaced. Mattress is high in middle and saggy on outside. Other than that it was fine

Phoenix East 302 is a beautiful 1 BR condo with an absolutely perfect view of the Gulf. The unit is very well stocked, has a nice balcony with direct view of the Gulf & pool. The condo’s also have an indoor pool & twin spas for those cooler weather stays. The owners & onsite staff are great....we will be back again!

We had a nice stay. The condo was relatively clean, although the foldout couch's mattress was covered in sand, as though the sheets had not been washed before our arrival. We loved the huge, updated fridge for storing all our food and beverages, as well as the nice patio furniture on the porch.

Totally enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfy condo! Everything you need for a great beach getaway!

This unit was perfect for our little family. Our little one loved the water amenities. There is nothing better when you have a child than being right on the beach.

It was just right for 2 people. Older but very clean and bed was comfortable. Always enjoy balcony overlooking the ocean. My favorite place. Have used Phoenix Rentals for several years and they are very professional

Lovely condo! I was down for a conference held next door to the Phoenix East making this condo a perfect choice. The condo along with the salt, sand, and sun made the perfect combination!

We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay at Phoenix East again. This 3rd floor condo had an amazing view of the ocean and pool area. It was steps from the beach and had lots of amenities (racquet ball, tennis, hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pool,charcoal grills, outdoor showers). The condo had all the basics. Our only complaints were the dryer and the bathroom faucet. Both need repaired or replaced. The condo had one of each of these items to get you started: trash bag, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, TP, papertowels, hand soap, etc. Plan on going to walmart or a local grocery down the street to get supplies and cooking items. Bring beach towels, coffee filters, spices, TP, papertowels,laundry soap, trash bags, etc.. that you will need for the week. There were a few boogie boards, beach toys and crabbing nets in the outdoor closet which was great for the kids. The condo worked well for our family of four using the sofa bed. For larger families it would be pretty tight. Lots of activities in the area: zoo, dolphin cruises, fishing charters,etc. Best grocery and fresh seafood was Rouses. Walmart is close by for the basics. Doc's Seafood was wonderful.The balcony with it's amazing view was the best! We enjoyed our time in the condo out on the balcony either drinking our morning coffee or a evening glass of wine with fresh gulf shrimp. We often saw the dolphins from there as well. The front desk offered racquets and balls for the racquet ball court. The condo was clean and the bed was comfy. We paid $25 for the parking pass and always found a good place to park. It felt secure and the condo was quiet for anyone wanting to sleep in. The kitchen had all the basics pots/pans/utensils needed for cooking. We had most our meals there and bought fresh seafood at Rouses. The TV's, DVD player and wifi worked well. The dryer not working well made laundry a pain and the bathroom faucet needed repair;otherwise would definitely rent again. Orange Beach was lovely.

Overall our getaway was great. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. There were a few minor problems. When we tried to close the drapes they came off the rod. The end caps were missing. Someone had replaced the stove drip pans with the wrong size. It was difficult to cook. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans and utensils.
Not sure who is responsible for keeeping the beach clean, but there were dead fish everywhere and of course they smelled. We have stayed in this area for years and the beaches are usually raked with a tractor at least once or twice a week.
Phoenix East is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy seeing the ships go in and out and we have always seen dolphins on a daily basis.

We've traveled to the Gulf Coast numerous times and this was by far the best overall experience with a Rental Company that we've had to date. From the moment I reached out to Jessica, she was helpful and made everything go seamlessly. This particular unit was exceptionally clean and decorated adorably. The location was perfect for quiet nights and feeling extremely safe. This was the 1st time I've felt safe enough to let my 2 girls walk to the pool and beach unaccompanied by an adult. It was a little out of our price range but totally worth it! This has been our favorite condo unit out of the 15+ we've stayed in over the years. Thank you for making our experience exceptional!

It was very clean and very convenient! I was there for a conference at the Perdido and was able to walk over. Very enjoyable!! The only issue that I had was the dryer messed up a couple of items of clothing. I reported this to the property manager and they were going to correct the problem.

Phoenix properties are the only ones we stay at.
You can always count on the best service, location and no problems with condos....

My daughter and I came down for a mini beach vacation and absolutely loved our experience at this condo. It was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and oh so convenient! Being on the third floor gave us a perfect view of the beach and the balcony provided us with some very peaceful coffee time :) We will definitely try to rent this condo again for our next visit.

Very nice unit for small family. Washer and dryer in unit means you can pack lighter. The large TV was nice for kids at night before bed. This unit was stocked with everything we needed except wine bottle opener...lol. We grilled on the charcoal grills and cooked several times to save money. There are 2 Walmarts just minutes away. The zoo was 8 minutes away and great for small kids. Don't try and sleep on the sofa sleeper unless your a small kid....thin mattress. We will be back!

Phoenix 302 was a great place to stay, very clean and nicely furnished. Wonderful working with Jessica, everything was great including the weather!

We absolutely loved this condo! I've stayed at Phoenix East in the past, and we love the location. This condo was the perfect size for our little family of 3. The bed was very comfy. The bedroom gave us enough room for the pack and play to be right next to us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the large glass windows/doors to look out at the Gulf. The keyless coded door was great to have; not keeping up with a key or dealing with picking up/dropping off is fantastic. Cayce at Phoenix Rentals was super helpful! We will definitely return!

The condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. The view was beautiful. The building itself is well maintained. The grill and pool patio and deck areas are very nice and enjoyable. The one thing that really needs to be done to this condo is for the shower head and fixture to be replaced. It is very old, half broken and provides very little water pressure.

The rental was the perfect size for two people. It was neat and clean and the location for us was perfect. I was a kilt disappointed with the shower as very little water came out and the faucet is damaged . Also the coffee maker leaks. Lastly I was surprised to find only one garbage bag, one dish towel. With emphasis On taking out trash and washing dishes I would think that would have been easier to accomplish. Those are minor but I felt worth mentioning. We will be back.

There was no personal touch in the room. An old used washcloth was hanging at the top of the shower. The elevator closed very quickly when we first arrived and I had a moment of panic since my 8 year old had jumped in before us. Luckily he promptly made it back to the first floor. There were sheets for the sofa bed, but no blankets. I notified the company we rented from and they brought some the next day, but we had to do without for one night. The room mildly smelled as if someone had smoked in it. On a positive note- it was very easy to access the beach and we loved the pool. The bed was comfortable as well.

Room not clean, needed deep cleaning baseboards microwave bathroom appliances etc. not enough dishes to cook with. Over priced compared to the other guest rooms I went in on that same facility

We really enjoyed our 9 days at this condo. The A/C was excellent (I needed a blanket while my wife was very comfortable). The kitchen cookware could use a "refresh", but was usable. We had two minor issues but the property management company took care of them promptly. The view was excellent as well as the location. Shopping and restaurants were convenient and the weather was great for our stay. We even got to see the Blue Angels for two practices at NAS Pensacola. The pictures are representative of the condo, what you see is what you get. TV and internet worked fine. We would highly recommend this condo and we would stay here again.
