Condo was in a great location. The pools are perfect for family fun. We were able to bring our little multipoo with us, which was a plus for us. Our only complaint was a couple of things needed repairing. These things should have been fixed before our arrival.

We enjoyed our time at POB II as we always do. We love the lazy river/pools and the bay. The landscaping is always perfections and enjoyable. The dog areas are always clean and well kept. We have stayed in this condo a couple of times and it is always clean and maintained very well. We are very thankful that there are some condos that still allow small dogs to come with us. Phoenix Rentals is always very helpful and easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix. The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Parking on the same floor as the room was very convenient as well. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here last year and decided to come back. The view is fabulous and plenty of room in the condo. There is a lazy river pool which is great. Owner is very responsive to any requests we made. There is plenty do in the area and the beaches are beautiful. We saw the Blue Angels practice show in Pensacola which was at the naval museum. Great time and thanks again!

I am a former property owner so I understand the challenges of renting. With my properties, I never put the best furniture or supplies in them because they would eventually get broken or stolen.
This property definitely fits that description. Older furnishings in need of replacement. General supplies that are either older or lacking in quantity. This looks and feels like a rental unit, which it is, but when I am in vacation, I want something special for the money I pay.
The location is not ideal, making you feel more like you are in the woods than at the beach.
The major issue I had was the cost of my dog. I chose this unit because it is one of the few complexes and units that allow dogs. However, I could have rented my dog it's own place for what the association and the owner charged.
Sorry, but I won't be back.

I rented this condo for family vacation to celebrate my parents 50 th Anniversary. We loved the unit and all the amenities. It was easy getting our parking pass and the gentlemen told us exactly how to get to the unit. It was nice and quiet everyone was very friendly. The door code box battery died and Julia was on it had it fixed promptly. We loved the lazy River, pool, and indoor hot tub. The view is beautiful from the unit. We will definitely be back!!!

We love coming to POB II - especially love the lazy river! The complex is very nice, always very clean and the landscaping is impeccable. Everyone there is always so friendly, inlcuding the on-property staffing.

Overall the unit was as described/pictured and my family enjoyed our stay. There are opportunities for improvement. We had a couple of maintenance issues (i.e., broken smoke detector, clogged sink drains, light bulb replaced) that were quickly resolved when requested however better preventive maintenance would be preferred. Another major concern IMO was public access WiFi only (no option to use the password protected owners WiFi) which is a safety issue. Some items in the unit were dated and should be updated including no smart tvs (and one CRT TV!) , old filter style coffee pot (no capsule coffee maker), and kitchen did have limited items such as silverware, pans, etc. which would be a bigger challenge if you had the max of 10 people as the unit advertises. The unit could also use a deep clean - for example ceiling fans were caked in dust and sent dust bunnies flying when turned on. As for the property itself, everything was as advertised except for in the listing there are photos of a water slide at the pool- that has been ripped out unfortunately. We were also told by building staff that although our unit accommodates up to 10 we could only have 8 wristbands. This created a bit of an issue as I had members of my party coming and going at different times during the week so keeping track of and transferring bands was a pain. This should be made more clear in the amenities description.
Having said all that I do also want to highlight what was great too. Property manager response to my questions was prompt and appreciated. Beds in all 3 bedrooms were soft and comfortable. Having a dedicated ice machine in the condo was great and being on the 8th (top floor) meant we had amazing views. The lazy river was also great and it wasn’t too crowded around the pool area any day we were there.

We always have a wonderful time at Phoenix On the Bay II. It is a nice, clean, facility,quiet, comfortable, beautiful views. Just wonderful. We will definitely be back again!

Loved this condo and was thinking of booking next year, but it is already booked. Beautiful area and centrally located to explore east or west. The area is not too busy.

Overall we had a good stay, property was clean and quiet. Balcony view was a nice vista of the bay. Pool and public areas looked clean and well maintained. Some maintinence issues in the unit celing fan blades in need of good cleaning, at least one light bulb burned out in every fixture many just missing, lights over wet bar and dining table did not work. kitchen was clean bed linens clean but worn.

We had a great ten days in south Alabama. The unit had a great view and the weather was outstanding. The unit had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The location had easy access to all of the great dining facilities located on Canal Road and Orange Beach. If given the opportunity, we will surely return to this unit.

The entire Property is very well maintained. They staff was friendy and helpful. We brought our boat and our dog. Great off leash area for the pup. We were able to dock right at the condo. Condo was lovely with a great veiw of the Bay. It was clean and well stocked. The only complaint I have is it could probably use a deep cleaning to dust ceiling fans, blinds, etc. I have dust allergies so it's kinda a big deal to me. Otherwise, bathrooms, beds, kitchen, and sofas were very clean. All in extremely enjoyable stay.

Have not been disappointed yet. They always go out of their way to help. Will definitely keep coming back!

The condo was spacious, very clean and perfect for our family of 5 adults. A quick drive to everything, yet the property was quiet and relaxing when staying there. Loved the lazy river and taking walks on the docks. Docs seafood had the best shrimp in the area. The bedspreads were very worn out and need replaced.

We really enjoyed the view and amount of space for the 10 of us + 2 dogs. Very well decorated
with very nice furnishings! I've stayed at many Phoenix condos over the years and this was my first on the bay and might be my favorite. We will be back as soon as possible!

This pet friendly condo exceeded my expectations. The furniture in the living room was updated. Both king bedrooms had a couch. This was great for teens and sleeping arrangements. New carpet had been installed in the two back guest rooms. The views were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meals. The mattresses in all three bedrooms were very comfortable. The smallest bedroom with the full bed had an older TV that would not hook up gaming devices. This was solved by moving a TV from another bedroom that was not being used. It definitely wasn't a huge problem. The property was clean and well maintained. Our access code was emailed, and having a code instead of a key is a great amenity. One small negative is if you have small children that are looking forward to the pool slide, it is not working. Other than that, I highly recommend this property, especially if you have a furry friend that likes to travel with your family.

Absolutely wonderful. It was clean, well equipped, wonderful view, and roomy. We were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay. Liked the building and amenities. The condo was laid out well and had comfortable mattresses. It was clean. It could use a decor update. Several bedroom lamps did not work though we moved bulbs around. The love seat was well used, though other furniture seemed in good shape. Wish the two bedrooms had tile instead of carpet. Overall comfortable.

The unit 2805 was in a great location and very clean upon arrival. Julia with Phoenix Rentals was always helpful and quick to reply on any question I had before arrival and during stay. It was a definite plus for us to be able to have my daughter's fur babies with us and not having to board them.

Unless I missed it somewhere, we were unaware that floats for the lazy river were not provided. That was a bit inconvenient, so it would be helpful to be listed.

We love Phoenix on the Bay 2. We stay here often and normally book through Brett Robinson but this booking experience was super easy and exactly the same quality experience as booking direct. Loved that this condo was pet friendly. The only negative was the beds were super hard and uncomfortable, the mattresses just need to be updated.

We had a wonderful time & we loved Phoenix On The Bay 2 & our unit. Unit was very clean & very spacious! Beautiful views from the balcony. We also enjoyed the grills & the table set up that was there. We meet lots of new people.Everyone was so friendly, including the staff! The lazy river & pool area was very clean & it was the highlight of our trip since the since the ocean had very strong rip currents & lots of jelly fish, we enjoyed hanging out at the lazy river/pool area! We had a wonderful time & didn't want to have to leave. We will be back next year, for sure!

We were never over crowded and each family had their own bathroom. We had a boat slip so it was easy to get to our boat. There is a large balcony off the LR and MBR with a spectacular view. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Due to Covid19 pandemic we didn't venture out to restaurants or attractions other than boat riding. We cooked in the kitchen and grilled out on the property. We hope to do this again next summer.

The condo was clean. However, the three bed were almost not usable. They are thin, cheap beds that are too firm. It felt like we were sleeping on a very hard uncomfortable surface not a bed.

It was awesome. We had family ranging from age 9 to 70, and none of us wanted to was spacious and had a beautiful view. It was very convenient to restaurants, beach, and other activities.

Well i knew this was comming and to b honest with u i was very disappointed this year.. this is the second year in a row that we stayed here. One thing we noticed when we stepped foot in the door.. was not one pice of decor had changed from last year.. not one single thing.. $2,600 for 6 night stay and it would b nice to see some kind of different decor or decoration or something.. but im telling u.. it was exactly like the room i left a year ago.. I noticed that most balconies the owners change the patio furniture and change the deck up... but not ours.. the furniture mats were the exact same ripped moldy furniture with rusy bolts working there way out.. so..we wanted to have a lil get together in our $2,600 condo one of our 6 nights there.. well half the eletric outlets didnt work last year and guess what.. they still didnt work this year.. so we couldnt even listen to the radio or charge multiple things cuz we only had 4 working outlets in the whole house.. just like the year b4.. but i sure figured all this stuff would have been fixed this year.. but i was wrong and i guess its time to find me and my family a new favorite place on the beach... and i also gotta mention.. when i took my first shower after getting there.. i grabbed a towel that had more hair and lint stuck to it than i ever seen.. we had to completely redo all the clean towels and wrags.. becouse the were not clean.. the water park is the only thing this room has going for it.. and the view.. but thats it..

We came down to OB to visit family and had a great time. The complex is very nice and we really enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The unit is in a great location and has a lovely dining and sitting area. Bedrooms could use some updating. We were very grateful to find this beautiful PET FRIENDLY complex.

I rented this condo for my family and I to enjoy a couple of days together and children and there children came along. When we got there we just feel in love with the whole property.Our unit was beautiful and spacious had plenty of room for everyone. We relaxed by the pool and in the lazy river!

We enjoyed staying here. The balcony view is center over the pool/lazy river and bay. Plenty of room. Big closet space, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved this property! Our family of 5 adults and 2 children were more than comfortable in the 3 bedroom condo. Everything was clean and made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools and that we were able to walk down to a cozy little beach to look for shells. The public access beach was not at all difficult to get to, so we didn't mind not being directly on the beach. We were so happy to be able to take our pet. Julia was incredible to work with and so accommodating. If you're thinking of booking this property, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

Very enjoyable in a very nice property. Everything was great and we really had fun in the Lazy River. The pool was great.

The only knock I had was that I had to wash my son’s feet every night from the first night on after he crawled around on the floor in the evenings because the floor seemed to have not been mopped.

My family and I go to POB2 twice a year and we love it! Overall, great experience. The couch cushions in the living room need a good cleaning though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The room was totally as pictured on the website and more. It was great being able to take our fur baby with us. Otherwise, I'd have to stay home and keep her and miss this fabulous place. Although the view here was nice with the pool and boats in the bay, if this place faced the beach, it would never be empty! Honestly, I've never stayed at a nicer place. I really liked the coded entry (no keys or cards to keep up with). Nice pet walking/potty area as well(maybe add another waste can and bench in this area). My only complaint is we didn't get to stay long enough!

The grounds were lovely as was the view from the patio. The lazy river was extremely relaxing however a bit over crowded on the weekend. The interior was spacious but much of the furnishings were a bit shabby with stains. When we arrived we found pieces of cereal on the floor under the dining table and behind the couch. The tv console was very dusty. Our over all stay was enjoyable. I did feel that having to pay for parking was a bit much after the cost of the 7not, pet fee and pet deposit. There was ample parking that at least 2 spaces could have been included. There were 2 hot tubs that did not work the entire week.

Beautiful place, great views, only negative thing indoor pool was broke for 2 days so our kids could not swim, but overall we will stay here again
