We had a great week vacation and the views from this condo are unbeatable! The convenience of the elevator serving only your floor is great. The parking is tough since you only have two spots for the entire party on your floor but its just a physical constraint you can't avoid, so its understandable. Overall, we loved our experience, but there are a few items that need to be repaired to be top notch. Some minor repairs that should be made are: The dispenser for ice on the fridge doesn't work, the wooden toilet seats need to be replaced (some aren't attached properly to the toilet), one of the tall chairs on the balcony are missing a bolt and the seat is not supported (farthest one to the right when on the balcony facing the chairs, its the right front bolt is missing), several of the pots need to be thrown away (the teflon is almost completely scratched off), several broken globes for pendent lights, one of the showers didn't have a clear liner inside the cloth curtain (so we bought one and installed it), the latch for the door leading out to trash shoot doesn't let you back in, if the door closes you can get trapped out there (it works sometimes but most of the time it won't let you back in from the outside), the table with the journal on it is very unstable and about to fall down, some legs on the chairs around the glass table were super loose.

with a little more TLC this condo could be perfect!

We went to Gulf Shores for a tennis tournament but added a few extra days for the beach. The condo was in a great location and was very spacious. Needs more than 2 parking passes or parking accommodations for a condo that sleeps so many people.

Great place for our family vacation! Lots of room for everyone - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We visit Gulf Shores often and it has been a dream of mine to stay at Oceania. We rented the condo for a special birthday celebration. The condo was great and the views were magical. It was so nice to gather 10 family members in the living room for the birthday celebration and to have us all together. We loved it!

We loved the size of this condo. Plenty of room for a group of 13. Having to pay to park an additional vehicle across the street should be covered by the rental company, as there’s only 2 spots for each unit on property. There are badges you have to use to get everywhere on property. Key code access to everything besides the actual unit would have been so much more convenient. Not sure we will be back to Gulf Shores, but if we do, we would stay here again.

Our family had an amazing stay! We love how you have the entire floor of the condo and it’s so spacious - every bedroom with its own private bath. Very easy access to the indoor/outdoor pool and the beach! We highly recommend!

Accommodations were as advertised -- very spacious with a great layout and bedroom suites. Simple beach access. Our group of three families was very happy. Hosts went out of their way to help with a couple of minor issues during our stay.

The market across the street has most everything you'd need, which was also a nice convenience.

Overall very good. Great space for 10 extended family. Great location. Plenty of space as a group on the living area and dining. Great space with bedrooms and private space. Key cards need replacing- some took several times to operate. Could use a deep clean on the floor, under furniture (trash, food under furniture, baseboards)
Plenty of parking in off season but had to pay $25 a day for 2 other vehicles to park across the street. Can understand parking issue in busier times. But most of our stay there were no other vehicles in the lot. At most one other vehicle. Phoenix website says 3 spots for 4 bedroom or can purchase more if available, then told doesn’t apply to this property. For this size property and number of other spaces available (I.e. all spaces!) there should be flexibility - esp. for the cost of the unit.

the TV's in the bedrooms did not work other than the master bedroom. Issues with several beds, one being very hard no one would sleep on it and the other very worn and tilting

From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The living room had plenty of seating and the kitchen was nicely furnished. We had great days at the beach and enjoyed the pool. There are plenty of great places to eat and shop close by. We will definitely be back.

The condo was everything as stated in your post. It was beautiful and very roomy for several people to enjoy. We do wish they would have wristband fobs instead of the lanyards. This was easier at another location we rented. Also, a brief information cheat sheet with Wi-Fi login, where the trash shute is located, etc.

Ease, good response time, easy check in and check out.

We vacationed at this property in July and can not say enough good things about it. We booked the condo in May and the management company told us the owners had just bought it and currently making renovations. They did an amazing job. It was so cool having the elevator open up directly into the unit, we felt exclusive, lol. The properties grounds were well kept and the beach not crowded at all. After staying at several complexes in Gulf Shores I believe we have found our "forever" condo.

Beautiful condo. Nicely decorated and incredibly clean. Close proximity to all our favorite beach stops. Will be returning asap!
