Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We are faithful to Phoenix West and Phoenix West II as we have young children who love the slide, lazy river, and pool. Unfortunately the swap from a Phoenix property to Oasis leaves us with no desire to return. The property has gone from a family friendly environment to what seems like a party zone complete with a “Sunday Funday” DJ and full service bar. The smell of marijuana was present daily in and around the pool area and parking deck, and we couldn’t enjoy our balcony due to the constant presence of cigarette smoke. The lazy river was in terrible need of cleaning, and there was visible algae in the main pool. As stated above, we’ve been visiting this property for years, and we have never seen the pools in this shape. We brought friends with us this time and were embarrassed of the state of the facility after all of the bragging we had done to them regarding the amenities before our arrival. As for the unit itself, it was okay. It definitely got the job done, providing us with a comfortable and cool place to stay, a kitchen, and a place to do laundry. We do rely upon the ice maker in the unit for filling our cooler and were disappointed to find that our ice maker was broken the entire duration of our trip, the toilet in the bath of the 1st king bedroom squealed most of the time, and the bedding in the master doesn’t fit the bed well leaving the fitted sheet off of the bed with the mattress being exposed morning. Parking was convenient to the unit and the elevators were quicker than normal and for that we were thankful.

We absolutely loved the condo. The amenities and location were perfect, not to mention the view from the windows. We loved being able to be in the kitchen and looking out to the water. The condo was very clean, and when we had a minor issue with the microwave not working, they were very prompt to bring us a loaner and place an order for a new one once they realized the one in the condo had gone out. Will definitely be back!

We love staying in Phoenix properties in Orange Beach and this condo was a great example: right on the beach, several pool options, parking garage, secure property. Management was prompt to replace a light bulb, no other issues during our stay. The master suite is fabulous - so much room! And it was a bonus to have a full bath in the hall. Other bedrooms also had full baths. We spent time on the balcony watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. Condo was clean, furnishings nice, and kitchen stocked with everything you would need. We would stay here again.

The internet/wifi service was terrible. Made it almost impossible to get any work done. The tv in the family room kept freezing or the screen would go black. only a few floors of the parking garage were available for use due to concrete maintenance and painting. The dust and odors in the garage were very bad.

The condo was exactly as described. Spacious and clean. We had beautiful views of the sunrise from the balcony. Parking was easy and the elevators were speedy. The only downside was the outside pool area. Some chairs were coming apart, the pool was dirty every day and the lazy river floor and sides had some sort of algae or something frowning. We just avoided it and stayed at the beach.

Everything was beautiful from the furnishings to the balcony view to the beach, and it was very well stocked! We had the best time! It was convenient to have the parking on the same level as the condo, so we didn’t have to wait on an elevator to take our luggage and groceries up. Had a great time with my mom, and 3 grown children. We will be back again!

Fantastic place. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. My only recommendation is for maybe different bed frames as the ones in the two front rooms were quite squeaky and curtains in those rooms as well as the shutters let it a lot of light from the hall. That being said, I would stay there again.

As for the Julia with the rental company she is awesome. Condo was nice only had 2 issues. Oven door does not shut all the way and what have taken and hour to bake took 3, not good when you have lil kids hollering their hungry. Also the sink faucet is messed up some. You have to push down hard to stop the water from running. We had an issue with security for a reason we did not know about (not being able to smoke on balconies). We had to go down and out and followed rules after we were notified. Don’t think this would keep us from this property as the condo and Julia and other employees upon checking in are so nice. Would return and still recommend.

Phoenix West II is in a prime location, close to great restaurants, seafood market, Wal Mart, and gas stations. The layout of the three bedrooms/4 baths condos are great for our group of 5 adults and our granddaughter. The condo itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The rooms were nice and not cluttered with too much furniture. If you like soft beds, then this condo is for you! The balcony....BEST ROOM in the condo! We did have a little trouble with WiFi service and figuring out the electrical outlets in the living room so we could charge our phones, but just a small hassle and not a big worry at all. Overall great stay and many memories made! Thanks for a great week!

we love this property and the condo was very nice. it served the purposes of our family for a great holiady weekend. however, a few things to note - 1. it is need of a very deep clean, including some major dusting, under beds, etc. we found food and other debris, 2. cable never did work in the front two bedrooms, 3. fridge never did get cold enough after allowing it time per the instructions on the fridge, 4. could use additional pots and pans (also some were dirty)

We stayed in unit 908 at Phoenix West II and had an amazing time. First, the unit was extremely clean, well stocked and easily fit the 9 people in our party. The living room/dining room/kitchen area was spacious enough we never felt we were on top of each other. The balcony is large and has ample seating. The view was PERFECT. We were able to see the pool area as well as the ocean. We grilled out one night and the grills were very convenient. The property has plenty of amenities like tennis courts, cornhole, shuffle board was a huge hit for our party, huge super soft beach and basketball. The other thing we really loved about this vacation resort was where it was located. We were within 4 minutes of the grocery store, pier, Gulf Shores and within 8 minutes for the popular "Hangout and Florabama" bars. We loved it so much we already are planning on a trip back this year. You can not go wrong staying here. The final thing I will mention is how great the staff at the Resort was to us. They were extremely polite, and always available. The owner of this unit was very responsive, easy to work with and even made sure we had a blow up mattress ready for us when we got there which we didn't end up needing.

Me, my husband, our 2 year old, my parents, my sister and her husband, all stayed here for 3 nights. We had plenty of room and absolutely loved our time here! Overall, the condo was clean and well equipped. I loved that every bedroom had a bathroom, as well as a hall bathroom. Our 2 year old was able to sleep in his pack and play in the master closet because it was huge and had its own air vent. So he was able to sleep very well during this trip! The view to the beach is great. We loved the pool and lazy river and our son loved the splash pad for kids. It was a little difficult dealing with the armbands that you are supposed to wear at all times.

We had our 2 kids and spouses and 3 grandchildren and enjoyed every minute! My family loved the beach, lazy river and pools. The condo is large and perfect for families. The TVs are smart so at night we had our choice of network, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. We even used the TV to browse the web. Note, there are 5 remotes in the living room but we figured them out no problem (hint: the small one is for the sound bar:) WiFi hooked up without a hitch. The kitchen is nicely furnished - my son had no problem cooking a big pot of jambalaya. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, not firm, felt like a pillow top mattress (I brought my own pillow so I can't comment on the furnished pillows). Also, we had absolutely no issues with the elevators (there are six of them) - never had the wait for more than 30 seconds. One downside is the ATT cell service is not great at the Phoenix West II. My son's Verizon phone worked better. We ended up using WiFi calling and texting which worked well.

My Daughter graduated from Nursing school and her gift from me was a week at the beach. I loved this unit. We could drive to the 9th floor which made it so easy for unloading and loading. Our unit was beautifully decorated and the views were spectacular. I would recommend this venue highly. We loved the lazy river and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to go back.

The fact that my 85 year old had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to get back to our condo when the weather fowled or wait at least 2 hours for an elevator was the last time for this place

Thank you for the review but this doesn't reflect how nice our condo is. Sometimes the elevators can have a bit of a wait especially if a storm comes up and everybody rushes inside and tried to go back to their room at the same time. I would welcome the opportunity to find you another condo that may be lower to the ground for your stay next summer, perhaps our 2nd floor unit at Phoenix West. Thanks again for your review but again I don't feel this reflects how nice our 9th floor condo is.
