Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, quartz countertops, custom art work and modern decor!. Huge convenience with parking just steps from the condo's front the ELEVATORS!!!
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!
The condo's master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king bed and the 4th bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room and two cots for sleeping accommodations for 14.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $45 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The perfect girls trip yet. Myself and a few friends decided to get together and take a mini vacation. This condo was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The view was absolutely stunning! Coffee on the balcony looking over the Gulf first thing in the morning was not only relaxing but a much needed breath of fresh air and beauty. The condo itself was perfectly stocked with all our needs, very clean and looked exactly as the photos showed when booking. The staff was wonderful and full of Southern Charm. The condo was also located close to all local restaurants and shopping. Best get away yet and already booking for next year!! Amazing Trip

I cannot even come close to putting into words how beautiful this unit was!! The interior of this unit was exactly as shown in the photos online. This in itself was a pleasant surprise. You just don't always get that when booking a vacation. This unit totally and completely lived up to everything I loved about it from the photos. Everything beach with a touch of elegance. The views are breath taking! I found myself getting up a little early, before everyone else just so i could sit on the balcony and take it all in!!! Oh, and the sunset WOW!!! I sure don't get to see it like that at home. The unit was clean and spacious!! The amenities were amazing at this property. If you're looking for an elegant breath of fresh air, with awesome views, this is your next vacation!!!! The staff was attentive and exploded with southern charm. This owner definitely put love and thought into every detail!!!! I Can't wait to go back next year!!

Very disappointed with this unit. No shower head in the master bath. Only one of the four light bulbs over the vanity worked. The TV in the room next to the Master Bedroom did not work. Pills found under the counter in the bathroom of the bedroom next to the Master Bedroom. Coffee maker quit working while we were there.

Thank you for your feedback. I wish you would have contacted us during your stay and gave us the chance to address these items during your stay. Bulbs have been replaced, shower head fixed and new coffee maker delivered.

We had the best time here in the most beautiful condo. We had a group with several condos rented. Everyone loves ours the most! Phoenix West II has so much to offer. Everyone had a wonderful time. We had a little wind storm that ruined a few beach days for us, but the property has the biggest indoor pool and we still had the best time. Minor issue that was fixed immediately. We will be back!

Most relaxing place! Clean, neat and has everything you need for your vacation home. Very spacious for three families. The view from the balcony is most beautiful and peaceful place. My only complaint is that the beds are little soft and the bed linens and towels a little cheep considering this is a luxury rental property. Otherwise it's our happy place.

This Condo was amazing and so was Charlie. What could have been a disaster turned into the most amazing vacation. Our original condo had a leak in the wall, Charlie notified us immediately and upgraded us to the Phoenix West II unit 811. It was perfect, beyond perfect. The unit exceeded expectation. The balcony was incredible with the most amazing furniture and space for 8 of us. Thank you Charlie you are amazing.

It was a great stay! Balcony was incredible! The pools and beach front were great and enjoyed by everyone! Something to do for all 6 kids and let mom and dad relax and enjoy the trip as well! 10/10
Beautiful condo looking over a beautiful beach. We loved our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Some of the mattresses are showing wear and probably should be replaced soon (the MBR is great), but that did not deter our enjoyment of our short term home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.
