Oasis 3110

The Oasis Condo was a wonderful fit for our large family. The unit was spacious and full of light. The extra large balcony became another hangout area for our teens when the adults gathered inside.
We found the beds comfortable, and appreciated having two refrigerators in the kitchen/dining area. It was well decorated.
The unit was great but the building, pools, were disappointing. The pools and elevators were insufficient for the demands of the large building and many guests. Do not check in at 4:30pm. Wait until much later in the day. Be sure to rent beach chairs right away for the week. Otherwise you will not be close to the water. The outdoor family pool was murky and packed.

We had a great time staying in Oasis 3110. The balcony and views really set this condo apart from others. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again. Only downfall is the wait time for elevators but we were able to figure out the busiest times and plan around it so we didn’t have to wait as long.

Great Condo, great location! Plenty of room for two families - loved that both couples had King beds. Ice Machine was a great touch ... definitely one of the largest balconies on property!

Absolutely stunning property and our unit was amazing. The one knock on the building has to be the elevators. Only 6 elevators to service such a large building was a huge mistake. It took us 45 minutes to get from the 4th floor to the 31st with our luggage. Other guests I talked to said it took them 2 hours to get an elevator with enough space for them and their luggage. Be prepared for check in day to be a mess. But once we got that part out of the way, it was the best beach vacation we’ve ever had!

We had 3 families in this 4 BR unit. The unit is THE nicest condo we've ever stayed. It's HUGE - 3000 sq ft - but the deck is also huge thanks to the way the building was constructed. You could host a 100 person cocktail party on the deck!
As we waited to "move in" we learned that the previous week's occupants had made a real mess- broken the dishwasher and ice maker. The owner was very quick to respond and had people in the unit working to fix things right away. The cleaning crew did a great job & the unit was spotless when we moved in.
Overall the ONLY issue is getting an elevator during "Prime Time" - otherwise, this place was excellent!

It was unsafe and rude and a constant issue. I would have appreciated it if the staff had at least requested that people cover their faces in public areas, both as check in and as they encountered people during the day. The pool area was also very crowded and no attempt was made to provide space between parties.

The unit we rented was very nice, clean, with great view of the ocean. Spacious and open with a huge balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with essentials to make family meals. The unit is big and roomy to accompdate our big family of 14. However, unfortunately during our stay there, 2 of our new Tommy Bahamas chairs were stolen when we stored them in the storage area by the pool in the facility. There were 3 other families who experience the same with their beach belongings stolen. We reported to the security and they said there’s nothing they can do about it, except filing a police report. This is a bit disappointing for a nice facility such as Phoenix to not he able to secure saftey of guests belongings. If the management isn’t going to fo anything about situations as such, then they should have signs up to let guests know that they store things in that area as their own risk. At least, that way guests can have some kind of expectation and make decision more informed. Besides, this unfortunate incident, overall it’s a nice and clean facility to enjoy a beachfront vacation with family friendly amenities.

My family and I had an awesome stay at this condo. Several of our days included cool and windy weather but our huge spacious balcony allowed for us to lie in sun protected from wind. We had meals on balcony and rooms of condo were very roomy and luxurious.

Our rental was very spacious and accommodated our needs. The view was amazing. The rental had everything we needed and was in excellent condition.
