Oasis 3104 formerly known as Phoenix West II 3104
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. This is a custom kitchen unlike any other in the complex. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and full size bunk bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 14.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

This was a family of 11 vacation. We all enjoyed the condo, beach and lazy River. It was so nice to have everything you need there on site. The small children loved the splash pad and pool and the older ones lived the beach and lazy River. It was also very handy to have a food court and gift shop on site. Our condo room 3104 was super and had the best views. No complaints from any of my group.

Everything was easy from check in to check out. The view was amazing. The only thing is that the heater in the indoor pool wasn't working and the heaters & bubbles weren't working in the hot tubs. But, the condo itself was great!

Overall the condo was great, plenty of room for 13 of us. Only minor thing was the master bedroom does not have a couch as shown in the pictures, which is where we had planned for our daughter to sleep, she ended up staying with her cousin in one of the bunk beds and it was fine, but wanted to let everyone know just in case they have the same plan.
All the reviews about the elevators are true as well, on Saturdays and Sundays at check in and check out the wait can be overwhelming, several of our group took the stairs down a couple of times while others waited over an hour to get an elevator, but for the majority of our stay during the week it was much more reasonable.

We stay here every year at the same unit... 3104 and love everything about the unit! Only thing that I wish it had was a Keurig!! We usually bring ours but forgot it this year and I hate dealing with a regular coffee maker. So yes definitely needs a Keurig or equivalent pod Brewer

The condo was better than expected. The views were amazing. There was so much room for our whole group and were in awe of how tall the ceilings were. There are several elevators available to cut down on any wait time. The outdoor pools were a bit chilly so we mainly used the indoor one. The full kitchen was perfect for our family meals when we were not checking out the local restaurants. The condo is right on the beach. Conveniently located by a lot of main attractions and restaurants. Our whole group was blown away by this condo and are already planning our next trip.

Only complaint is the high floor can mean long waits for elevators, but a little timing and planning ahead and the issue is taken care of on its own.

Really is a lovely time of the year to visit. The condo is truly as comfortable and well layed out as one could ever request. This was the first time I’ve done any real food prep while in the area and if you plan on this, you might want to grab a pan or two of your own. The selection is not unlike that of most rentals as one is rather limited in that area. Overall, A+++ and I’ll be back again I’m sure.

We loved the condo and will be back! It felt just like home away from home only with a Beach View. The only thing I would change about the whole place is the rug in the hall had a ton of dust coming from it. My 4 year old has bad allergies and stayed sick while we were there the whole time on vacation (we had to go to the dr while we were there). I really didn’t want to put that bad review on here but I just wanted to let y’all know for the future because we really did love the condo.

My family had an awesome visit at Phoenix West II Unit 3104. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Having 4 full bathrooms was a great feature. Views of the gulf from the balcony were breathtaking. We really enjoyed the lazy river and being on the beachside of the condo and on the beach level was a major plus!!!!Our only gripe (no fault of the owners) were the elevators. Although there were 6 elevators to serve 32 floors I do not think they were programmed properly. Most guests on lower floors had to go up to get down - which meant completely full elevators and long wait times. On 2 separate occasions we waited over 20 minutes for an elevator.

We absolutely loved this condo. We vacationed with 2 other families and this condo provided enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The view is amazing, the condo was clean, and the master bathroom was unbelievable. The pool and lazy river were perfect for windy days when we were not able to make it down to the beach. We were very close to Walmart for groceries and restaurants for dinners. Dealing with Cayce was pleasant and easy and the front desk staff were very helpful. We definitely see ourselves staying here again in the future!

For the most part everything was great with our stay. The biggest complaint on the room was that the beds aren't very comfortable. That is the reason for the lower score on property condition. I did have a little trouble on the check in. I forgot my printed out sheet which is my fault but since we booked it through the owner the Phoenix front desk had none of my information and couldn't help me any. I think they should always be able to check me in with my ID.

Met many people on our trip to Orange Beach, many had complaints about cleanliness, gulf views and building amenities. Not in our case, condo was very clean, had great views and the building was like staying at a resort. Kids loved the pool (in and outdoor/lazy river/waterslides/hot tubs) tennis, basketball and beach. Our condo was great (31st floor views) and their management company was very good at responding to our needs. We will return.

Perfect condo for an amazing getaway. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is very well furnished, the linens are quality, beds are comfortable--really couldn't ask for a more ideal location. I can't think of anything we could have hoped for that this unit didn't deliver. Will most certainly be back in the future.

This condo was well appointed and had comfortable beds. The finishings are nice and it was great having 4 full bathrooms for everyone. The view is great as long as you enjoy being so high up. I would have liked a few more incidentals. We stay in many VRBO listings, and they always have things like plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and at least a couple of coffee filters to get you started. And the kitchen supplies are lacking for a place that accommodates 10- a cutting board the size of a napkin, a tiny crockpot, and small bowls and pans. Front desk people definitely left something to be desired. I'm pretty sure they don't enjoy their jobs. Thankfully we only had to encounter them at check in.

We had a wonderful stay in room 3104. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was lacking some basic necessities such as a cookie sheet or a skillet big enough to cook for more than 2 people. One of the men at the check-in desk "big man to big man- this armband probably won't fit you." This was highly inappropriate and offensive. Other than that unfortunate event, all staff was pleasant and helpful.

We have loved visiting the gulf shores and Orange beach area for many years. This year was terrific at PWII. The unit was perfect new, clean and comfortable. Amenities were better than expected. I even had fun floating in the lazy river and the gulf waves with my nephew. The view from our balcony beautiful, daytime and nighttime. I know we will coming back again. Fun an Family it just goes together here.

Went to a Phoenix in orange beach 9 years ago and it was a perfect experience, this time was ok but not as good. The lazy river and pools were only seen being cleaned out once, constant layer of debris . A couple of times making it too much to ignore and just leaving. The moths were so weird. Never in my million beach trips have moths covered my towels I’ve got drying on my balcony chairs. Literally covered. Our room was great except some dishes were still dirty, the remotes wouldn’t work. I’m not sure if we just didn’t know how to use them or if batteries were dead. We stayed in a 14 person room with 14 people. It was way too crowded for us. Would have been a great unit for 10-12 people.
