Oasis 3010

Great place! Comfy beds, as described. I was a little concerned as I don't like heights, but managed it fine. Only complaint was the TV service. It constantly was off, but thankfully, we didn't come to stay in and watch tv. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Brought my family of 6 for a last minute stay. Condo was great. Having the extra space was great for making breakfast and dinner. Unit was in very good condition. We had 1 missing blanket in the master bedroom that was quickly resolved. Kids really liked the lazy river and pool slide. Beach was beautiful and water was very warm. Very close to restaurants shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend this unit for future trips.

The on site person that we checked in with was very rude!!!
I also think there should be a special area that could be used for a few hours with out paying $60. We parked 2 vehicles off site and asked if we could bring one in for 5 hours to pack and had to pay $60!!!!
Need more elevators. Having handicapped person I would not suggest staying due to sometimes a 45 min wait.

We have never stayed at a place this big before. Loved all the amenities like the pool, water slide, gym and the outside café was fabulous except for the drink prices $14 for a small mixed drink is just ridiculous. I watched the bartender make a drink and she didn’t even put in the alcohol, I had to say something to her when she gave it to me. (She was very busy) but the food prices were great and the food was very good. We tried several different items on the menu and they were all wonderful.
Did not like the waiting to get up to the room because of the overcrowded elevators. It took us over two hours to get our stuff up to the room because of the elevator situation. All week long the elevators were a pain. The beach was way over crowded than what we are used to. (which has nothing to do with the condo) The adult swimming area is nice, but it was also a pain because my grandkids could not come in and talk to us at all without security telling them they had to leave. One time there was kids yelling at their parents to get their attention which was more annoying than if you just let them in speak to the parents and then they had to get out of that area. Why do you have a grilling area but you don’t have any tables where people can sit down and eat, which is just crazy. We grilled food but then had to take it to our room on the 30th floor and with the elevators the way they work by the time we got the food upstairs it was cold, so the grilling area is a waste. I talk to the front desk several times when we first got there about the parking pass she was great. Another time we were talking to a man and a woman they were dismissive and rude.

Only reason giving 4 star for general condition is the sliding door was very hard to open and close. The first night there as I was trying to close it it finally let loose to slide and my thumb got slammed in the door. The 4 stars on cleanliness is due to the comforters and extra blankets smelled like they hadn't been washed for awhile. The only other thing is I wish they left more Dishwasher tablets. They only give you one for your stay. Same with toilet paper and paper towels they give you 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen. They do tell you in the email they send the week before you get there that they just give you enough to start. Loved the ice make in the condo! The amenities were great! The food at the bar and grill was good! I would definitely stay again!

Over all, I would recommend this place to a friend but there were a few concerns. Majority of the outlets in the condo did not work, the bed sheets had more sand in them than what I would presume normal for a beach condo, it felt as if they had not been washed. My husband and I were the last of the 9 of us to leave. Checkout time was 10. We packed all of our things up the night before so we could sleep in on our last day of vacation. The checkout instructions said to send a text message when we were out. At about 9:20am someone rings the door bell. Before my husband could get to the door, there was the man who was going to be doing the cleaning standing in the condo. This made us feel pretty uncomfortable that he did not give us enough time to get to the door, he just assumed that we were already out of the condo. Outside of those things, everything else was fine.

Overall stay was good. Stepped on a loose screw that was laying in the carpet that was dropped from someone working on the condo before our stay. There was no pot holders. Learned that the hard way. Burnt my hand getting a dish out of the oven.

Espacious place, clean and beautifull. I will definetly come back with the fam.

We had 4 families (one family without kids) and we had plenty of room. But the view from the balcony was spectacular! It's our 4th trip here, but first time in this condo. We will certainly look to book this same condo in the future!

The condo was very nice and spacious. We've never stayed so high up before and we really enjoyed seeing the marine life from up above. The elevators at check in were a little hectic but overall we enjoyed our time at Phoenix West II 3010.

The condo was immaculate and very clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and really didn't want to leave! The only negative experience would be that we checked in around 5:30 on a Saturday and the elevators were full for over am hour, which made "moving in" on the 30th floor a bit frustrating buy once we figured out the "busy" times for the elevators, the rest of the trip was seemless and stress free.

Nice location for condo. Everything was very nice. The dining room chairs need to be replaced. The kitchen lacked in some everyday dish and glass ware.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Our vacation was wonderful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated.
The only issue was all of the chairs at the table were broken, I mean very wobbly and unsafe. We couldn't use any of them ad we were afraid of them breaking all the way down. The toilet paper holder in the master bedroom needed attention. Other than that everything was great!!

This was our third time staying ion this property. We have already booked for next year if that tells you how much we love PWll Also checking in was much smoother this year than ever before!

We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and updated and perfect for our large family. The only downfall we had this time was the elevators took an extra long time. I have stayed in the facility before and elevators weren’t this bad! But condo was great. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Grand time by all guest - great place to visit for a week and easy access to many attractions and places to dine.

It was our first time at the beach to stay for more than a couple hours, and we loved it! Great customer service, everyone was friendly. The condo was beautiful, clean, with amenities. Lots of things to do on the property or in the area. We would definately recommend and plan to come back!
