This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and water!!! On the East corner with incredible sunrise views!!!
Newly remodeled, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, and excellent decor! The beds and mattresses are new as well.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunrise views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom has a king and and the 4th bedroom has a queen.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It was so big, spacious, clean and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The views are spectacular. The only concern we experienced was there were no assistance bars in the bathroom shower area for the elderly or handicapped.

Went with a group of moms and daughters. (12 of us). It was the perfect amount of room for everyone to gather. Great corner balcony. Only downside is that it’s on the 27th floor so took a long time to get elevators and go up/down. Other than that we loved the condo and beach!!

Awesome! Condominium was very nice with great amenities. Grandchildren were with us ages 2 and 4. They enjoyed the slide, lazy river and splash pad. The adults loved the lazy river also. The condo was very spacious making it big enough for the 7 adults he had.

I was very disappointed with the elevator situation. There are not enough elevators for the number of occupants. We had to wait hours until we learned to get into the elevator no matter whether you needed to go up or down....you just road until you could get to your floor. The parking garage was another story!!! We had to use the stairs because we were on the wrong floor. When we reached the 6th floor the door was locked, we tried 6, 7, 8 and 9th floor and all of the doors were locked. We went back to 6th floor and beat on the door until someone heard us to let us in! Very Scary!!

This is a beautiful condo on the beach. However, it does need some updating and deep cleaning (carpets, drapes, chair cushions, washing machine). There are some minor repairs needed: leaking faucets, hair dryers. The management company is very helpful whenever we needed something or had questions.

The layout of the condo was fantastic. Plenty of room and clean. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Living room table was missing a few screws and one of the legs on a chair in the living area was very questionable. Location was perfect. The view and balcony was one of the best features. We were very disappointed the indoor was not available. Some of the management was very rude. We had questions regarding why the pool area was closed, due to high winds. The previous day had stronger winds and it remained open. Ask to the the policies regarding these issues and were told it would talk to long to gather that information. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Phoenix West II.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II !! The condo itself is really nice, lots of room and it has an absolutely fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. To top it all off, the weather could not have been better.
There are plenty of things to do right there in the condo complex. We grilled out one night, went to the pool and jacuzzi, the lazy river and, of course, to the beach. Due to the time of year, there were no real crowds. We didn't have to wait for anything.
There are many restaurants just minutes away. Publix and Walmart Marketplace are just down the road. Everything is really convenient.
We highly recommend this condo, especially if you have a large family like we do. The extra space is welcome. We didn't feel cramped at all.

Our party of 10 went from ages 2 - 72. The condo is beautiful! It is much more spacious than it appears in the photos. My favorite spot was the balcony - I was eye level with the Blue Angels when they flew by on our last day! We had a birthday party for my 2 year old niece and had plenty of room for family from Pensacola to visit. We had no problems with the elevators or parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was a great set-up for the extended family vacation. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. The unit is very nice with a great balcony and the views are awesome. We also preferred that the balcony was in the shade during the afternoon.
Everything was as described and with the actual space being bigger than expected. The property was also great with the pool, lazy river, slide and splash pad.
The only drawbacks were the parking garage and elevators. Although there was ample parking, it was just a bit frustrating to go through the gyrations to get to the spaces. The elevators were great 90% of the time with no delays. However at peak check-in / check-out, there was a significant delay (20-30 minutes). When you are on the 27th floor, the idea of taking an alternate route with a 3 year old is not too welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West two unit 2711. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and unit was very clean with furniture in great shape. On the negative side: strong smell of cleaners/disinfectant when we arrived. Almost overwhelming. All of the pillows in the unit were very small and deflated. You definitely want to bring your own with you if you are particular about that sort of thing. Beds are very soft – so if you are in need of a firm mattress this may not be a match for you

This condo is the size of a small house. Very large open living area. The view is spectacular. It is very high up. The kitchen is a nice size, but we were disappointed that it was not very well equipped. Our first 2 days were a bust on the beach with bad weather and jellyfish, but we were saved with the lazy river and the slide. There was also a huge area outside our door that we called our playroom. We were able to keep our two granddaughters entertained during thunderstorms playing ball and running races. the girls also enjoyed the 4 hot tubs and the indoor pool. The only real complaint is the elevators, they are very slow, even with six!

When we checked in there was a lot of things wrong . Dirty bath mats in bathrooms. I picked up the one in the master bathroom and had to clean under it. f ilthy. Shower stall was so dirty. Candy papers left in bowl on coffee table. Under table in dining area was covered in sand. Chairs around tabled were not pulled out and cleaned under. No sheets for sofa bed.

Nice large corner unit condo with beautiful view of the gulf. Up to date furnishings. Each bedroom has a private bath. Only disappointment was that the kitchen lacked many common implements such as a baking sheet, hot pads, or frying pan.
