This place was a great all around spot, great for kids of all ages as well as a great relaxing place for adults.

Condo was great and beautifully decorated. There were small items to be addressed. There were lamps with out/burned out lights. They should keep extra batteries for remotes since there are 5 tvs. Two of the toilets had broken flushing handles. The ice maker indicated that a new filter should be installed. The major drawback are the elevators. Only 6 for the entire facility. Moving in and out days are disastrous. We waited an hour in the hot
area by elevators for an elevator. They need to add more or stager elevators; one side for floors 1-16 and the other for 27-32. That was a discouraging ending to an otherwise great stay

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very well kept, incredibly spacious, and very nice. The only negative I would have to say about the stay was the master bed mattress is a struggle bus. Almost, no give left.

However, everything else was incredible. The blow up bed in the large closet was perfect for our 5 year old also.

I would come here again for sure, IF, there was another mattress in the master bed. If not, I don't know that I could do it again.

Our family from different states get together once a year and this year we chose Oasis to stay at in Orange Beach. Our condo was big enough for all of us which was awesome! We were impressed that each bedroom had a bathroom PLUS a community bathroom with a shower! Compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at, the pools/lazy river were pretty busy but that’s hardly a “complaint” when we knew we were coming to a family friendly condo. The pool was closed quite frequently during our stay which made the lazy river busier but it didn’t stop our fun. When checking in the first day, the wait to get to our room took 45 minutes plus due to everyone using the elevators at once. It wouldn’t have been so bad but we couldn’t find any bathrooms to use. After that initial wait for elevators, it was no problem! The condo was very clean. If I needed to “complain,” the small trash cans around the condo were hit and miss on having liners but it wasn’t a big deal. I did have questions and was able to text the property manager and got a quick response which was helpful! Overall, the amenities, the spacious condo, and plenty of awesome restaurants and attractions nearby will definitely bring us back again!

There was 7 of us. We had a great time. The only issue was i thought the pool seemed very cloudy and the hot tubs were not working very well.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West II 2416 - the condo was beautiful and spacious for our part of 8 adults. Wanted to give a should out to Julie @Phoenix Rentals- she was on top of customer service. We had a few issues with the washing machine that were addressed immediately as well as a few other minor issues.

Only negative of our stay was the elevator situation. Two elevators were broke and wait times were extremely long.

Rental was easy. Directions clear and well communicated for check-in and check-out. There were some minor issues with shower heads in two of the showers. They were cracked and water sprayed out from the stem/head. Other small issues - light out, handle off closet door, batteries dead in remote; were all fixed the next day after notification. All in all a great stay! Loved the large master/master bathroom. Only missing a on the beach view.

Checking in was efficient. Parking was a bit crazy but ok once you got used to it. The weather was perfect! Rental was clean and spacious. We loved this unit.

Our family visited in early August and did not experience the long elevator wait times that other guests have noted (max wait was ~10 min on a day when it rained and everyone rushed inside at the same time). Parking was relatively easy and we were fortunate to be able to obtain a 3rd pass. The unit overall was well done and very spacious for our party of 8. Lots of dishware and utensils; ice machine was much appreciated; beds decently comfortable; water pressure strong. The reasons for not giving this property 5 stars: wifi was unreliable for basic streaming; the unit is fairly close to the elevators and in two of the bedrooms you could hear a lot of elevator traffic; several light bulbs throughout the unit were out; screen door on the deck was off; some remote batteries were dead (we ended up replacing a disc battery to be able to adjust volume from the sound bar); floors were sandy (we expected this to a degree since we're at the beach - but on our first day it didn't feel like the floors had been swept at all). To be fair, these were all minor inconveniences, sure. But as a family who visits this area annually and has stayed in a range of properties, there are more convenient and less crowded places to stay for a similar rate, and where you don't need to worry about things like elevator wait times and navigating a parking deck. We don't mind crowds (everyone really was pleasant at the beach) but at night the condo seemed to turn into some kind of pre-teen party-central and all the condo amenities would be taken over (e.g. fitness room, sauna, hot tubs). Again, not a dealbreaker by any means, but for those of us who only get 1-2 weeks a year away from busy work schedules to go to the beach, these details can start to matter and may influence a decision to book this property. We loved our stay at Phoenix West II. Everything was great, the room was great, all the facilities were great also. The only thing was sometimes you had to wait on a elevator.

The only issue I have with this complex is with the elevator wait time. Plan accordingly... There is ALWAYS a long wait for the elevators and when they do arrive on your floor they will be full. Many of the guests rode any elevator that came up or down to have a chance of getting to the floor they needed. With people using the shopping carts to carry coolers, groceries, luggage the elevators fill up quickly and are probably over weight limits.
Would also recommend on an onsite store or snack bar. They would make a fortune!

Great condo -well appointed - plenty of everything!

We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect for us. I wish somehow the check-in times could be staggered because the elevator traffic is terrible with everyone checking in at same time.

We stayed here for vacation to celebrate my 40th birthday. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Enough space for everyone and no one felt cramped at all. Fully stocked with everything you could think of. The indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad and lazy river made for a great time with the young kids. Would love to stay here again when we come back next year for vacation!

My family and I had a great time. The only problems were limited parking and the lack of enough elevators.

Loved the condo. Not so much all the people. Elevators were had to get at certain times (10-11am & 4-5 pm).

This was our son's senior year graduation vacation and it was supposed to be in Mexico but due to Covid we had to change our plans. We are a family of 5 adults and were very satisfied with our stay.

The condo was great. Enough room for all of us. We will be back.

Large room, fit three families comfortably. There are FIVE full bathrooms in this condo. The amenities were luxurious. The view from the balcony was amazing. It is no more than a five minute drive to restaurants and gift shops in Gulf Shores and Orange is about a Two minute drive to the state park and pier. Parking is covered and your car never gets hot. Six elevators made getting into your room a breeze. It was just a short trip to the beach. The pool is open late for your enjoyment. Just can't say enough great things about this place!

I did not like the beach area - too crowded (too many “blue chairs/umbrellas”) and not much room for our chairs. But overall the renting and our stay was absolutely wonderful!! Hope to stay there again.

Phoenix West II was one of the best stays we've had in Orange Beach..Our condo was very, very comfortable and quite roomy...Besides the sometimes extensive elevator waits, everything was great! Definitely plan to vacation here again...

The unit was spectacular! Even my daughter-in-laws said it was a "dream kitchen", so well equipped. We even found the Turkey platter and pumpkin muffin tins for our Thanksgiving feast A never ending supply of dishes, glassware and utensils. Stickley Furniture, what a treat!
