Gorgeous, Upgraded Premium Condo that is North facing, but with incredible sunrise and sunset views from the balcony and front room. Rare to be able to have both in a condo. But nothing about this condo is "ordinary".
You'll feel pampered from the time you enter this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, 3 and a half bath condo. From the gorgeous decor, to the luxury linens and spa grade towels just added, no expense has been spared to make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star resort. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a new 65'' SMART TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. This is the most unique, best decorated condo at The Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. The wet bar is top of the line with an exotic wood top, hammered copper sink and onyx backsplash and a wine/beverage fridge will enhance any party. The detail in this condo will make your jaw drop.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has one Queen bed, there are two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and 4th bedroom has a twin bed, also there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the Living room. The elegant foyer by the entrance is spacious and cozy, has a unique handmade boat bed docked that not only allows a special experience for your little one, but also offers incredible sunrise view from Orange Beach to Perdido Key.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more. This condo provides luxury linen for all beds and plenty of high quality spa towels.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo sleeps 12.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The condo was phenomenal. Comfortable, roomy and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area for adults was really nice and it was easy access to the beach. If you need to go anywhere and he on time, leave 30 minutes to an hour before you need to be there because you will wait FOREVER for an elevator. There are only SIX elevators for a massive complex with 26+ floors and hundreds of rooms. It really was ridiculous. I saw two ladies almost get into a fight because one felt the other cut the line to get on. The cleanliness of the elevators left a lot to be desired. They smelled sour because wet people are getting on and off of them all day. They did seem to swap out the carpets when we told them about it and it was better

We vacationed during peek season (July 23-30). We thought the condo was very cute and spacious. The elevator situation was terrible the day of check in, which is of no fault to the property owners. The only thing I would suggest is adding more towels. With 10 of us, there was just not enough towels. The master did not have a hand towel and the kitchen only had one dishtowel and one dishrag. It was nice having sand toys and beach chairs in the condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2413. We had 4 adults and 4 kids under 5. It was perfect! It even had a little playroom. I loved that we could see the sunset and sunrise from the room. Having a plethora of beach toys/floats was a happy surprise! I had planned on buying a few beach toys for my girls once we got there, but there were plenty! Even a couple beach chairs. It was clean and had better kitchen pans than most rentals I've stayed in. I would definitely book this room again. We also thouroughly enjoyed the amenities of the Phoenix West II. The gym had decent equipment and the water slide was perfect for the kids! I had seen a few reviews that the elevators were slow, but I don't think I ever waited more than a minute or so.

Very nice space with plenty of room. The elevators are a bit of a struggle in this unit. Only 6 elevators for 32 floors. The facility itself is perfect has everything you need right at your fingertips. My only complaints are the cleanliness of the master shower, washing machine, and of course the elevators.

Our 21st family vacation was a success..Normally we go to Florida but our rental company cancelled our reservation due to us being from La. We booked this beautiful unit as a last result and were so pleased. Other than a 40 minute wait on the elevator on check in, all was absolutely wonderful. Any problem was handled immediately. Im sure we will be back one day The only drawback was not beachview.

The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen is stocked very well. Our daughter really enjoyed the swing-bed. All of us had a great time. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Would consider this unit again in the future. The only negative is the living room sofa is getting a bit tired and uncomfortable. A large sectional or multiple sofas would be a great addition.

The unit is located right on Orange Beach, with ample parking. Upon arrival you are given the option to go ahead to your unit to unload, or to stop at the 2nd floor check-in area for your parking pass. We chose to go ahead to the unit. Upon finding a parking
space (parking garage is from levels 2-12) on level 6 we unloaded some stuff into our beach wagons because there were no carts available. The line to get onto the elevator was long. We expected since it was 4 pm, which we figured was check in time for most
units. Once we finally got an elevator, we entered our condo and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was pristine. The place is HUGE and perfect for our party of 8. The balcony does face the bay side, not ocean. I mistook the photos when I looked that
the balcony was a wrap around and you could see both sides. You can't. You can see a small strip of the gulf and that is it. It was still a beautiful view though. We did decide that if we ever rent at another "high rise" unit, we would rent a condo that is
on the same floor we could park on. We spent a lot of our vacation waiting on elevators. For this reason, we always packed our lunches for the beach instead of going back up to the condo to relax while we are. I'm sure it's because it was a busy time, a few
of the elevators were out & remember this place goes from floors 1-32! Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend unit 2413 to anyone. It was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly.

Thank you so much for your review. The balcony is regular size with ample sitting and a gorgeous sunrise - sunset view. The elevators tend to be busy during the check in and check out times, which is mostly on the weekends and only during the high summer

We had a great experience at this condo and it is absolutely beautiful. It is also kid friendly with kid size chairs, tables, beach toys, etc. The beds were also extremely comfortable. My only complaint is the listing says it is a 4 bedroom, however, the
4th bedroom is in the foyer of the condo. It is not a real bedroom. By the pictures and description, we thought we were getting a whole other 4th room with its own doors, closet, and bathroom. Other than that, it is a very nice place to stay with a great view.

This is an absolutely magnificent condo which was thoroughly enjoyed by our group of 7 moms and 2 teenage girls! The owner has spared no expense. Each room is expertly decorated and the condo will comfortable sleep up to 9 adults in a comfortable BED. And did you notice the precious swinging daybed? We enjoyed our morning breakfast and coffee on the northern facing enormous balcony which had seating for up to approximately 12 adults. The great thing about a balcony facing this direction is the ability to peacefully enjoy your breakfast without the morning sun shining directly in your face. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine for cooking and dining...including a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There is also a homemade ice cream maker and a really elaborate wine opener. The master bathroom is fit for a celebrity and the other 3 bathrooms are more than adequate. The central unit works great and keeps the condo very cold; and the beautiful tile floors are so easy to keep clean. The seating is plush and the TVs are all very nice and in great working condition. The refrigerator quickly cooled all our food and drinks and also offers filtered water and ice in the door. The location is central to EVERYTHING in Orange Beach. The pools are gorgeous and the lazy river is big fun (even for adults). It is super easy to get back and forth to the beach via the boardwalk and this particular condo offers a ton of beach chairs and a few floats for your use! We rented during a very busy Fall Break week and the elevators were very slow, so patience is recommended! Parking is plentiful and easy to access; a $28 parking pass is required for each vehicle. All in all, this was one of our group's very favorite rentals (and we have been traveling to the area multiple times per year for the past 14 years)! Pick this condo if you need a break from reality and an opportunity to live like you're starring in an episode of "Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous!"

When we noticed the description said north side, we researched farther and found the condo Facebook page. After looking at all of the beautiful sunrise, sunsets and full moon pictures shown, we had to book it and see it ourselves! Best decision ever in

We loved the condo. It had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was kid friendly and so comfortable. The only thing for me is the north faceing balcony. But we didn't spend a whole lot of time on it. The kids swim areas are amazing and the slide
was so much fun...even for adults! I would absolutely go back to this unit. The beds were so comfortable and that was a plus. And the welcome bucket was so nice. Thank you for checking on us and treating us like family. Hopefully we will see you all soon!

What a wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated and furnished, yet homey and comfortable. Communication during our stay was an added benefit - touching base to see if we had any questions or needs was above and beyond! If this condo had been beach facing, I might not have left!
We enjoyed the Oasis Orange beach. The complex is just steps from the beach. There is plenty of outdoor pool space. The Adult pool was not crowded at all. The snack bar had good quick food and drinks at the pool. Complex is well kept and updated.
