The condo was perfect!! No complaints at all. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large family of all ages! The lazy river and water slide was a hit with our 5 year old! We will absolutely be back next year!

The rental was nice, it was clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is a great one. 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed the air conditioning did not work. After the first night we called and were told the maintenance man had worked on it, so it worked again for one night and then went out again the last day of our stay.

My extended family of 11 stayed here for spring break! The condo was absolutely stunning! The views of the gulf are breath taking. The condo had everything we needed to use! Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. Close to several restaurants and lots of activities for families. Indoor & outdoor pools were both nice.

Our stay in #2308 at Phoenix West II was awesome. We are a group of college friends from 1966-67 get together and have stayed here for 3 or 4 years. The condo is equipped with everything needed and everybody has there own bed. The gulf view is perfect to watch dolphins early in the morning. Even saw a shark this time. The lazy river is so relaxing and always the highlight of our stay. Julia is the greatest with reservation handling.

The size of the condos are great. There was room in the garage, but they still only allowed us 2 parking passes for a 3 bedroom condo. This was inconvenient and unnecessary. The pool had so much chlorine! The first 5 days of our stay, you couldn’t see your legs in the pool. They finally emptied the pool and the water was clear. The kitchen was well equipped with everything anyone could need.

This is our second trip and stay at Phoenix West II. This time unit was very dirty lipstick on glasses and cups food still on silverware counters dirty waste basket was totally disgusting. I know finding competent help is tough in our current world we live in but inspect what you expect.

Had such a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Loved the building. All the neighbors were so friendly. This condo was stocked with all of the kitchen dishes, utensils, pots & pans and more. I will definitely be back!

This condo was the BEST. The walk out to the beach was easy . Spotless condo .. The property was very clean also.

Working with Julie was such a pleasure. She was very accommodating and helped make the stay perfect. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and in great condition!

Nice Condo. Had everything we needed. Everything was clean and worked well. One sink in the master bath didn’t drain well and one remote was missing. I was very disappointed with some of the amenities. Most of the hot tubs didn’t work. The lazy river stayed packed, not a bad thing, though. Overall a great experience and fully intend on going back.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West II 2308. It was so spacious, wonderful view, and my family loved all of the condo’s amenities. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Easy access to the parking garage, the pool, the amazing lazy river and the beach!!! We were very thankful for the 6 fast moving elevators... the condo itself is exactly as the pictures showed — very very nice

Condo was wonderful for 6 adults and 3 children. Elevators were super fast!!Beaches are white powder soft.

It was a perfect set up for our family Christmas getaway. There are 12 - 5 adults and 7 kids. The kids loved the indoor pool. The host was very responsive to all questions and concerns throughout the process.

Stayed in same condo as last year because we liked it so much. Loved it this trip also. Some interior could have been cleaner. I'm not being nitpicky and not knowing who was there before me I thought it would have been cleaner. One toilet was not working properly but once I reported it the problem was fixed promptly. But overall us 6 seniors lived our stay and will probably be there next year too. Love the lazy river! I highly recommend Phoenix Rentals!

Again we stayed in this is nicely equipped and furnished.The building was painted during our stay and was an inconvenience in that the balcony furniture was removed.Water leaked into our master bath. The last three days of our stay involved having fans and a dehumidifier in the bathroom making it nearly impossible to utilize. The mold that was in shower in the laundry room was taken care of by the repair man.The rug in the living room abraids easily and the fuzz gets all over.If it were up to us, we would replace the mattress in the master bedroom.

The unit was exactly like the pictures showed. The only issue we had was that none of the electrical outlets in the Kitchen and Wet Bar worked upon arrival. I contacted Julia at the Property Management company and she made some suggestions for us to try. We tried to no avail. She came out on a Sunday to bring us multi-outlet extension cords so we could use the countertop appliances. While she was there checking on the situation, the outlets began working. Crazy! But she was so helpful in trying to get the issue fixed for us since it was Christmas and we had family coming in for the week. I would rent this unit again. It was so comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. It is a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for a big group. The unit was clean. We had a great time, loved the amenities and short walk to the beach! We did have some concern regarding only 6 elevators available for a max capacity building, and really needed a third parking pass since there were 3 families in our party. There was a constant concern for the vehicle that had to be parked off the property. Otherwise, we loved the roomy, comfortable feel of our rental and put it at the top of the list for next year!
