Everything was great with the room. My family had a great time.

Very nice. Clean and no major issues. Few scrapes and such on walls, furniture, etc. but overall a great place. The one complaint is the elevators - impossible. Consider staggering times for people to gain access. It literally took hours to get to our room and get our belongings - so starting out was frustrating. It was a holiday weekend, but still way over the top in terms of a problem.

would recommend a good overall cleaning of linens, living room furniture and more kitchen items to cook with. Very minimal.

The week was rainy but we managed to have a great time.

Only issue was checkin. Only one person at the desk.

Great location, convenient beach access, pools and lazy river were a lot of fun! The unit was not in the best of shape, stains on the rugs, furniture visibly worn to the point it looked dirty, a lot of scuffs, dings, and holes in the walls from pictures/decor that was removed. There were cheese its under one of the beds left from previous guests and not cleaned. Towels were very dingy and old, mattress protectors were ripped to shreds. For 4 bathrooms plus the kitchen there were only 2 things of hand soap.

Our party of 9 had a wonderful time. The condo was equipped with all things needed. Although the room is not beach side, the walk to the beach and pools was super convenient. Just minutes away from eateries and shopping. Highly recommend!

From the moment we set foot in the condo, we felt "at home." The place was spacious. The refrigerator was sparkling clean (seldom happens at most rentals). There were tons of towels. The location was perfect. The folks who worked in the security check-in were always helpful and courteous. We would most definitely ask to rent the same condo (2115) at Phoenix West II the next time we are in the Orange Beach area! Plus, Julia was a DELIGHT to work with--prior to our arrival and during our stay.

The condo was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. Our only negative impression was that the desk staff could have been friendlier. Learn to smile! Also, we expected a kiddie pool that didn't seem to exist.

Entire family stayed in one unit and several other friends rented others. The condo was nice and the pool and lazy river were nice. Condo was perfect for us however the wait time for the elevators especially check in time, lunchtime and mornings was terrible. Everyone was complaining on Saturday and Sunday. It did get better during week but not at those peak times I mentioned. If we go back to Phoenix west ll I will make sure we are on a very low floor so maybe it won’t be so bad. When checking in we had to hunt for buggies to be able to unload vehicle and then it took over 30-45 minutes just waiting to get up to our floor because so many people on elevators. That was the only negative thing other than that condo was great!

Very family friendly and all areas were clean & safe. The decor was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable.

I didn't pay attention that this condo wasn't on the beach so that really disappointed me but after the initial shock was over we all had a great time. Condo was perfect-- except for the view.

I took my daughter, daughter in law, and granddaughter on an all girls birthday trip.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8. Having the 4th bathroom, a separate ice maker, and plenty of seating made for a great vacation. The complex itself offers luggage carts and grocery carts to help haul your stuff which was very convenient. The amenities were fantastic and we could have stayed longer. The unit was clean and beautiful. I think we will definitely return!!

My family had a fun time at Phoenix West II. It rained our entire stay and the indoor pool was frequently closed due to lightening. We still had a good time and the property was a nice change in scenery. The rooms were clean and the location was great.

We were very impressed with the condo. It was a beautiful place with easy access to the beach. The decor was lovely and the rooms were exactly as pictured.
