We really enjoyed our stay here. It was with my family of 5. Three adults and two kids. The perks are garage parking (but it does cost $45 per stay), Spacious quiet isloated condo style room, beautiful view of the beach (especially since you are over the high rise entrance to the beach), lots of amenites and more. The home had everything you needed.

It was Amazing only complaint was indirect pool was way to cold however they did have it better by my last week. they are adding and making new changes and that could have been a part of problem. i absolutely love staying here this was my second year and i am already booked for next year. i can not wait. Highly recommended

We had a very good time, the condo was amazing. The great grandsons loved everything about it and did not want to leave.

If you love the beach and ocean view then it’s totally worth the price you pay for this property. Don’t expect anything and you’ll be happy. Place needs to be totally renovated and new furniture and fixtures needs to be added at this property. In my experience of travel when you especially pay good chunk of your hard earned money, this property totally disappoints.

The place was clean. Views were great. Employees were kind and courteous. Only complaint is that the beach chair rental takes up the entire beach in front of the hotel and the one on each side as well so if you don’t rent their chairs the. You have to either sit practically out in the water or walk a little ways down the beach for an open spot. Isn’t a bad walk unless you’re pulling a wagon full of beach chairs and cooler. Overall, it was a good experience.

Beautiful condo with great beach views. Definitely our favorite condo we have ever stayed in. Definitely will be back!

Everything was awesome! Julia has always been so accommodating! We had another awesome time at th he beach. As always some of the best accommodations at the beach.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean. The only negative would be the owners need to upgrade to Smart TV’s. There are 4 tv’s in the condo and none are a smart tv. We went to WalMart and bought one to use for our stay. Other than that, it was magnificent!

We had a lovely long weekend in this rental. The rooms were clean and spacious, many extra pillows, and the TV’s were all working and easy to use.

Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need, though the main pan could probably use replacing as it is worn through. The kitchen trashcan was also filthy, so we just used grocery bags. Oh, last thing was my son tried to use the tub jest and ewe... made us all gag what came out.

Weather was glorious for this time of year. So much breeze. And the jellyfish ‍♀️ Otherwise we loved our trip. Having breakfast and dinner on the balcony.

Will absolutely stay at this resort again! Booking was a breeze. Communication was on point. Never needed or wanted for anything. Check-in instructions sent a few days prior, so no last minute stressing. Absolutely zero complaints!

The condo was spacious! Plenty of open space for adults and kids. Kitchen had everything necessary available. Beds were a little better than expected for beach rentals, but then again, we've slept on some really cheap mattresses in rentals and assume that's the norm, so these were better.

The pool and lazy river were awesome! Our toddlers loved the splash pad, but they're both less than 2 years old. Would have loved this closer to the lazy river since the older child wanted to be there and the slide, but they're on opposite sides of the pool. For older kids, not a problem, but ours is only 7 and I'd prefer to keep within eye sight.
The beach was a little crowded, but tis the times. Not packed like PCB tho. And the crowds are more respectful of each other (more family oriented, not spring break teens).

Fantastic food so many places nearby! Just wish this resort had a beach-side bar for a pina colada or daiquiri. If that were the case, we'd never leave.

We had a wonderful time. The convenience of 3 private bedrooms with baths is worth a million. The quality of furnishings and equipment in kitchen was excellent.

Let me start with the positives! Great size unit for two families of 4; beautiful views, great amenities, we loved the lazy River, easy check in and great location to restaurants and grocery store. Being right on the beach is always a plus! A couple of nuisances: elevator situation, for a bldg so large elevators should work better, waited 45 minutes to get up to our room and only after calling security to allow us up the staff/owner elevator. Wifi is awful if you plan on needing to work some while away don’t count on it, isn’t possible with the unaccessible wifi. Dishwasher wasn’t unloaded, it was FULL of dishes, and at least they were clean but considering the cleaning fee we already pay i would have preferred not to have had to unload someone else’s dishes. Again minor nuisances overall loved our stay! Side note, if your expecting ocean water like Pensacola or Destin, don't. Doesn’t even compare.

Pros: the boardwalk was not long so it wasn't a far walk from pool to beach. The place was clean, and maintenance fixed everything within a few minutes that was broke.
Cons: The balcony is where everyone else on that floor can see you. It was strange.

We had a family vacation over Christmas. The condo was exactly as described and property manager was excellent to work with!
