Relax and enjoy your stay in this newly renovated, beautifully appointed, and professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Step inside and experience seaside luxury at its finest. Careful attention was given to every detail and no expense spared when creating this unforgettable beach getaway. Custom woodwork accent walls, hand-selected artwork by local artists, and unique decor are found throughout the property making it truly one-of-a-kind escape for your family and friends.
The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views from the 18th floor. After a long day of exploring all Orange Beach has to offer, a large section couch is perfect for curling up with the whole family while you watch TV or enjoy the ambiance of the built-in fireplace. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the beach and miles of ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops, and a kitchen-adjacent wet-bar and icemaker will enhance any gathering.
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 6 and features 2 queens with custom-built loft beds above. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area providing total sleeping accommodations for up to 12. The living room features a large 65 inch TV and additional TVs include a 55 inch in the master and 40+ inch TVs in the additional bedroos.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br or 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

This was our second time to stay in Phoenix West II. Love this resort styled condominiums! This unit was beautifully decorated, spacious and included everything we needed. The master bed was great but time to replace the other king. The built in bunk beds are genius over the two Queen beds. The grands loved them! The owners knocked it out of the park with the professional decorating! It was exceptionally clean and all the seating was very comfortable. Julia does a fabulous job checking in to see if you need anything and if all was to your satisfaction. She is wonderful. Hope to return soon!

Our family stayed at Phoenix West II (1806). It is a beautiful condo, everything was clean and comfortable. Our family of 9, this includes 3 children, had plenty of space to be together in the living area but also there’s room for privacy, too. The lazy river and slide were fun for the whole family. Julia is so easy to work with and very responsive if you have any questions. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing but needed 2 weeks rather than just one :(
The only complaint is that the toilets smell like urine. Same in different units that we’ve stayed in previously as well. Idk if the toilet seals aren’t sealed or what but I have to hold my breath everytime I go into toilet area.

We are not new to Pheonix West 11 or any of the Phoenix properties and know we can depend on Julia or Cayce to be of assistance if necessary!
It is perfectly located to any place we need.
Rooms were clean with great bed.
The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen! No complaints or even suggestions for improvement!!
The lazy river is a plus as I have arthritis. Walking in it helps so much and yes since they have cameras the lively youth are keep under moderate control and since we go on fall break that is amazing!!!
Already looking forward to our next trip!

This condo is very roomy for a family. However the queen mattress in #2 bedroom is horrible! It’s is so broke down desperately needs replacing!
The coffee pot is at least 15 yrs old .......it works but does not keep coffee hot!
The garbage can in the kitchen has a step on lid to raise and it is broken and falls off every time you try to raise the lid.....only bare necessities are furnished
like 1thin garbage bag for kitchen........now for the plus + . .......very roomy.
Master bath is awesome.
