We had a wonderful time. The condo was gorgeous and everything was perfect. Top notch amenities. The staff was fantastic

1404 was very comfortable giving us the homey feeling. Overall, it was welcoming and we were able to get the much needed relaxation. The only thing we noticed was there was some food and other trash left under the couche and recliner. Other than that, it was perfect and clean.

We were there in may just after Memorial Day. This was perfect for our family of 8. Having 4 full baths was wonderful. The couch had room for everyone to just hang out. The best thing about this building was we never had to leave for the kid’s entertainment. The water slide, splash pad and lazy river were all there. Pickle ball courts too. Would highly recommend staying here. Parking is available for extra cars if they have space.

Parking passes have always been included in the cost of the condo rental in the places I have previously stayed. Also, the worker at the desk where I paid for the parking passes needs a crash course in customer service!

We loved this condo! It was very comfortable and well equipped! We were given a heads up on needing extra paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper as well as soaps and cleaning supplies so that helped. There was a slight odor when we arrived. I suspect it was cleaned with vinegar products that caused a pungent smell, but it was tolerable and seemed clean. The amenities of the building were great!

Enjoyed staying at the Phoenix West 2, our rental property was not clean, the ceiling fans were dirty with black dirt noted, very dusty, floor not clean, the appliances are outdated and scratched up, very disappointed. I've stayed at a Phoenix condo for the past 10 years and have never been to one as dirty as this one.

Had an amazing time! Was just my husband & I with our 2 young children & we had more than enough room in this place. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Next time I think we will pack less because the laundry in the suite made all the difference! My kids loved the water slide and being close enough to be able to hoo from pool to beach to room when needed was a major plus. The food trucks on site were a nice convenience! If there was maybe just one more food truck option would be even better! We miss this property already & can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed the facility and especially our room. The 3 BR/ 4 BA condo was perfect for our large family and the view was amazing. Very clean and well kept! The only downside was how long the elevators took each day, especially on check in.

Overall......excellent vacation rental experience. I have rented from Phoenix properties many times in the past and am usually well pleased. We love P2W! I have stayed there 4 times now. Location is close to gulf shores and many fabulous restaurants to choose from. I had 2 disappointments from this specific condo. First disappointment was check in time at 4:30. This is way late in the day if you ask me considering they want you out by 10 am. Second disappointment was the couch and loveseat. All I can say is they are WELL USED! I understand it must be hard to maintain furnishings in these condos but this was a little too much sag for me. Otherwise, well decorated and love the view.

The questions on this review are about the condo itself. The condo itself was fine. The rest of the entities were horrible. Horrific parking horrific elevator waiting and way way way too crowded in the lazy river and that was in the off-season. Will not go back.

We were happy to find such a nice home close to home while waiting for power and electricity to be restored in our hometown. I would have liked to give higher ratings, but it bothers me to see evidence of prior tenants. Crumbs and wrappers under tables and beds. Hangers left out. The only other issue we had was only ten bath towels and wash cloths. This meant doing laundry every day. The balcony view was beautiful. The beach service was excellent. Nick made sure our chairs were set providing the transition from condo to beach with ease. Many great restaurants close by. Cobalt is our favorite. We will definitely return.

A perfect vacation! We stayed in unit 1404 and This condo is beautiful. There were six of us, 4 adults and 2 children, so we had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the ice machine. If we needed anything we just called Julia and she was on it right away. Also, the lady who checked us in with parking passes was awesome. The balcony furniture was so comfortable. I had my coffee out there every morning. We were delighted to see the beach chair, pool floats and beach toys in the condo! Our favorite place to eat was the Hangout because of the atmosphere and second was Docs Seafood.

Very nice condo with lots of room and nice accomodations. Only negatives were several light fixtures had burnt out bulbs and the oven door facing was in need of repair. Easy to access and great location.

Wonderful vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious and perfect for our group. (2 seniors, 2 adults, 2 children).

We will all always remember the lovely condo, which made our vacation so enjoyable. The blenders and huge ice machine inside the condo were not expected, but we used them everyday!

The remodeling also eliminated access to bathrooms on the first floor, which meant a trip upstairs. The smells / vapors / fumes from the remodeling were horrible in the lobby.

The lazy river and slider are awesome. The outdoor pool is perfect. The beach access with shoe storage and several spray off stations was great.

Appreciated the luggage racks and carts on each floor for easy transport of our stuff to and from the condo unit. The elevators were fast and we never had to wait long for an elevator.

I would highly recommend this property for a family visiting Orange Beach. We had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean.The view was exquisite. The lazy river and and slide were icing on the cake for my grandchildren. We made memories that will last a lifetime! Although it was a bit more than we usually pay, we found it well worth the extra expense. We will definitely plan to return to Phoenix West ll! Thank you!

The unit was just outstanding. The Phoenix properties are clearly built with the ease and enjoyment of guests first and for most. Unit 1404 is just perfection. The best layout, function, beauty, decor, etc. etc. beach toys and supplies in the room too! We added to the community collection with new water wings, swimming noodle, and beach chair. This was our first time to the area and we already booked next year. Thanks to the owners and our agent Julia. First class all the way.
