Oasis 1111

We have been coming to this same complex for 10 years. Its a yearly family trip with our grown children and grandchildren. We have stayed on the 22nd floor all but one of these years in another 4 bedroom and loved it This year, we could not get that unit so we booked this one and we are not sorry. The 11th floor is great. We parked right outside the door and had to use the elevators very little. I admit at first, it didn't seem like home because we had always stayed in that other unit but after a couple of days, it felt more like home. We love the sectional couch so we can all gather at night to watch tv, love having all the bathrooms, LOVE the view. We wish we had a griddle in the unit but we had lots of other appliances we didn't use so thats just on us. We did have a wine fridge in the old unit and we did miss that, not for wine but just for drinks to take to beach. We have always loved the location of this condo, its close to restuarants and stores, you can't go wrong and we made use of the new restuarant on site, used that more than one night and my group really enjoyed the food. Easy to book, easy check in, easy check out and I hope to be back next year.

Unloading was a dream at this condo... so convenient!! Everything was as described, & there was plenty of room for us. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed their rooms... comfy beds, great bathrooms, & privacy!! There were plenty of seating options in the living/dining/kitchen areas for us all to be comfortable. And the corner balcony was perfect... loved the outdoor furniture!! We highly recommend this condo if you need to accommodate a large group!!!

Could not have been any better other than a couple days of cloud and wind but hey, we take the good with the bad. The Condo was super duper, clean, spacious and we loved the morning sunrise on the balcony!! Fabulous vacation! Thank you

My family had our annual vacation in Orange Beach and we loved this condo! It's on the southeast corner and the views of the Gulf were spectacular. It is beautifully decorated. We had enough space and didn't feel like it was crowded at all. The management company was professional and friendly. We love the Phoenix West II building and are already planning our trip for next year.

We were group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). The property is lovely and the location on parking level is fantastic. This is our second year staying in this unit.

This condo was perfect. It was newly renovated and beautiful. It was so clean and the view is amazing. The beach access was so easy and parking on the same floor as the room was so convenient and so close to the door that you didn’t have to even find a cart to take your luggage to the room. We never waited on an elevator longer than 30 seconds. The condo is fully equipped with everything you would need to make the stay great. I would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back next year!!! Overall it is above a five start rating!!!!

This was our second visit to Orange Beach. We were so impressed with this condo. It was very clean and it was decorated fabulously. Loved having the unit so close to the parking garage entrance. We hope to be back in a few years!!

The property is beautiful! Decorated very coastal in color and theme.Each bedroom had its own theme in color,home decor and views of the ocean. Kitchen well stocked with small appliances. Beach chairs umbrella and boggie boards. The balcony was large and relaxing. The 9 of us had plenty of space and opportunities to be along. The grandkids enjoyed all 3 pools. Easy to get to the beach. Elevators fast we were on 11 floor. We will be coming back to this condo.

The condo was perfect for our family of 8! Plenty of sitting room and all the kitchen supplies that anyone could need! Would definitely stay there again!

We chose this location for the view looking over the Gulf and were not disappointed. It was well appointed and comfortable for the eight of us. The unit was clean and functioned well. What we did not anticipate for this multi-story condo building was the large number of people and the inadequacy of the elevators to handle the rush of people moving in and out and leaving the beach at the same time. The parking garage is small and tall. Driving around and around for eleven floor got tiring. The only contact with property management was a text upon arrival and again upon leaving. Highly recommend the Gulf Shores Steamer restaurant.

The furnishings are as depicted on the website but are starting to show wear from the continuous use of the property. The biggest need for this property is a deep cleaning. The kitchen countertops and the stovetop were sticky and required our cleaning prior to use. We had to sweep and clean the patio before use as well. The patio tables were unsteady as the wooden legs were deteriorating from the weather. The large windows are great for viewing but they were in need of cleaning. Thankfully a prior guest had cleaned the bottom portion of the windows. The floors were dirty and needed cleaning and some of the rugs needed to be replaced as they were beyond cleaning. The owner of this property needs to have a discussion with management about the maintenance and cleaning of their beautiful Orange Beach property.

I have stayed at several units in Phoenix West II, but would not choose this one again. The cleanliness was not up to the norm upon arrival (rugs not vacuumed, etc.). In addition, the large rug in the living room and the bathmats (for the bathrooms that had them) were dirty, dingy and need to be replaced. The living room rug has several large stains on it. The furniture is on the more worn side of all the units I have stayed in. Finally, the linens were also not luxurious like many of the other units. The pillows lacked pillow covers, etc. The location is wonderful and the balcony is well-appointed, but would not select this particular unit again.

To describe the condo as 5 Star Comfort which is exactly why we chose this place to stay at. Everything is as advertised and we will be back.

Beautiful corner unit with plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The condo could have been cleaner but that did not take away from our stay.

We had our family Christmas here last week. There were 9 of us and the space was perfect! Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a great plan! The views were amazing and the beach was wonderful! Would definitely come back again!

The rental was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and clean. We were able to move right in and begin our vacation.

2 families (8 total) stayed for a week for vacation. Overall, it's a good condo, nice space and comfortable couches / chairs. You can hear everything that is happening in the condo above you (chairs moving, etc) Two of the bedrooms need new mattresses, they are the noisiest box springs (you can't sleep they are so loud) and very uncomfortable. The kitchen has lots of appliances and is well stocked for cooking, however lots of dishes are chipped. The fridge is very large which is great! We were not impressed that the condo is barely stocked with supplies - one roll of toilet paper per room (and very thin), cleaning stuff for kitchen, etc. Yes, they tell you it's minimally stocked, but only 1 trash bag for a week? It's VERY minimal. It would also be nice to have a book in the condo with things to do, places to eat, etc.

Our family trip to the beach for Christmas was amazing, and not just because of the warm and sunny weather! The condo was well-equipped, had plenty of space, and the amenities were great. We enjoyed being beachfront, having the outdoor pools, and the indoor pool/hot tubs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunchm and dinner. The location allowed us to get to stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The process for booking, checking in, and checking out was easy peasy! We are already planning our next stay- highly recommend!

We stayed a couple weeks ago. We have stayed in the particular unit a couple times now. While overall our stay was great. 1111 is one of the best condos we have stayed in at the Phoenix properties. We have came for many years.

So, don’t mishear our review. Overall we had a great time.

However, the cleanliness upon arrival was not as thorough as it had been in previous years. Food in couches, outside balcony chairs and table turned over, and bathroom sink drawers not cleaned out. Also the ice machine was not working.

These things were overlooked and we enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to mention them because they were out of the ordinary for this unit.

This was a girls trip - our third time to Orange Beach and our third Phoenix Rental- and loved the accommodations. The beach service from Ike’s Beach service is always top notch too.

We needed a four bedroom unit this year, and were so happy with this one! I think the balcony was our favorite part! It's huge, and it has a bit more privacy than the three bedroom units do, so we were out there every day and every evening enjoying it. The kitchen tools were left pretty unorganized, but once we sorted through dishes and pans, we had almost everything we needed. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows, which is always a plus! The only thing we noticed was the unit likely hadn't been deep cleaned since the start of the summer because there was a lot of dust on some of the pictures and around the baseboards. And one of the beds needed maintenance because the headboard was a little loose and the bedframe creaked.

The condo was perfect for our 10 member family. The 4 grandsons were blown away. Furnishings were very nice. The balcony was the best...great view and large enough for the whole family. Condo location just next to parking deck made loading and unloading a breeze! I would highly recommend!

This was the perfect layout for two families, everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was so clean and nice. We do not have a single complaint. It was perfect.

It was a beautiful condo and it had anything you could want. We were able to see the beautiful sunrise every morning from our deck. We have stayed at Phoenix West and Phoenix West II several times. We love the location and the beach. This place is amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Very large with lots of sitting in the living room, the view was amazing from the corner balcony, we were able to park our car right by the door and the keyless entry made it very convenient . The manager was helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this unit.
