Beautiful place. Clean and well maintained. Lots of room for the family. Parking garage right outside the door. Will return.

Location could not be better!! The beach is perfect. Our group included my kids and parents and everyone enjoyed the week here! Indoor pool and hot tubs are fantastic. Condo is clean and spacious. Beds were VERY comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

we were pleasantly surprised at the roominess of the condo. Perfect for our group. Wish return guest were offered discounts and rates were more accessible for those of us with flexible schedules.
Also I would suggest a link for 'last minute' availability.

My husband and I brought our young granddaughters during spring break and we had the best time. The condo is huge with all the amenities of home. The heated indoor pool saved us during rainy days. The water slide and lazy river were great also. Beds were very cumfy. Security guards are very strict which is a good thing. Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets. There are zero negative things that I can say about this place. We have stayed in alot of condos and this one was one of the best. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Phoenix West II. We love this place! Lots of great emenities and close to everything. Great staff, great security! Very safe and clean. Our condo was beautiful and spacious. The maintenance staff were very quick to fix our leaky ice machine. Absolutely one of our most favorite vacation destinations. We will definitely return again and again!

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II 1110. The room and property were very nice. This was a great location for a large family holiday. We were excited to use the pool and had a good experience with the pool the first couple of days, but later in our stay the pool became unreasonably cold. We made use of the workout room, but were disappointed in the amount of equipment that was not maintained and did not work. We found a fish hook in the bedding of one of the beds and had internet issues the last day of our stay. While overall, we had an amazing holiday, I did not expect the hiccups from this type of property.

From beginning to end, Julia at Phoenix Rentals helped my group have the best trip ever! She followed up, answered questions in a timely manner, and has the sweetest genuine disposition. Great condo but complex had too many rooms with a small amount of beach space. Inside parking was great but no ventilation and took minimum of 10 minutes to go down or up. Elevators were never available - waited over 15 minutes one day to go down from floor 11 to main level and finally decided to walk. A lot of money for a week with so many inconveniences within the complex itself. If this is typical of a Phoenix ... we won't stay at a phoenix in the future.

Our condo was not a disappointment at all. We walked in and the condo was so clean and smelled clean also. The kitchen had all you needed for cooking. So much room for our whole family. The only issue we had was the two guest bathroom tubs were stopped up but when I called to let you know you had someone there to fix it in no time and they were so nice . We would recommend this place to everyone.

Condo was clean and the photos accurately reflect the furnishings. Parking is within a few yards of the door making unloading and loading a breeze. While hurricane restoration work continues, the work had no negative impact on our stay. The beach was free of any trash or storm related problems.

The overall property is cleaned and hand sanitizer located throughout the complex including the elevators.

My only complaint is that I saw a number of heating/air conditioning technicians in and out of the complex and on the elevators not wearing protective masks. They did not simply have them pulled down, they did not have them.

Likewise a cleaning woman with her cart got on the elevator with us and she also did not have a mask.

I have taken all recommended precautions and insisted my family do the same to protect us and you. Having 8 to 10 techs and a cleansing woman not wear masks leads me to question the posted mask wearing requirements.

I do want to note that every security guard, desk employee and complex employee DID have and wear their mask.

Condo was overall good but needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Disappointed with our stay due to being so filthy.

We had a great time and really liked the condo. It was as advertised, and would recommend. We will definitely be back sometime soon.

The condo was exactly as described! Parking was a few steps from the front door. The condo had great windows so the view of the ocean & beach was incredible! Great location to restaurants. We also loved having 4 bathrooms. The only thing I would change is the sofa. It was somewhat uncomfortable. Thanks for a great vacation!

Condo was beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen which was nice! WiFi could be better. The condo itself was wonderful....staff not so much. Parking is ridiculous. You rent a 3 bedroom condo and you are expected to pack 5 people and luggage in one car for your trip. Two parking passes that you PAY for, for a 3 bedroom condo that occupies 10 people is absurd. It would be ok if they had public parking nearby...but they tell you to park wherever you can find off property at your own risk. As much as we loved the condo itself, the parking is a dealbreaker for me.

Very nice place. Extremely clean and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Love that you can park on the same floor and walk right in! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

It was our first stay at a Phoenix West property and there are So many great things to be said about this unit! The convenience of being able to park on the same level was great since we had two babies with us and the amenities were wonderful! Will be back!
