Ice machine does not work. Mattress are very uncomfortable

The room was just OK. The furniture & look is VERY dated. The beds are not comfortable. It was clean-ish, but could have been swept & mopped better.
The ice maker didn't work.
The Phoenix X, however, was a nice place & we liked the location.
The Phoenix Vacation Property Rentals were very good to work with & I would definitely book through them again.

This condo is nice but was not cleaned well. There was a dirty washcloth hanging up in the bathroom and the sheets felt like they had sand in them the first time we got in our beds. There were splashes from drinks in the wall beside the kitchen. The balcony was not swept off. We were thankful to see there was a coffee maker and filters in the room.

The condo was not the cleanest, floors and tubs were dirty. The couch looks like it came from goodwill. Seemed dirty old and right arm was broken. The worst was when we stepped out on the balcony and the floor was so dirty that our feet stuck to the floor. There were stains on the floor. There were three different type of cheap and very worn chairs. One was broken and the others looked worn and starting to rip. Much needed updates no. Oh and the sheets in the double room don’t fit the bed way too big. We stayed in this condo a couple years ago and it was not like this. Last year we rented another condo thru a different company and the condo was gorgeous. Will not rent this again.

Located on the second floor, it is very convenient to the parking garage and accessing the the 1st floor but for us a little too close to the pool. It was kinda loud at night with people partying and their music. BUT...that was our only complaint. Nice views, everything you need in the kitchen (bring your own coffee filters and seasonings) and nice bedrooms. Always nice to get away to the white sand beaches!

It was the worst condo when we arrived. The maids had cleaned and the condo was filthy. The bathtub was so filthy and the soap was left in the tub that the previous people used to wipe their body. This wa ridiculous we could not even take a showe after a long eight hour drive. Sand was all over the floors and had not even been vacuumed. The furniture was even dirty we had to put sheets on them. Very disappointed for as much as we paid. I feel you could comp us for the charges.

Nice for families with young children who use the pool often. Unit is right above the pool and is very loud all day and night. No privacy at all, you better be fully dressed when the drapes are open. No drinking morning coffee on patio watching sun coming up with constant flow of people going to beach.

Wonderful location, great accommodations, and easy beach access.

Clean, spacious, family friendly, good view, easy trek to beach and parking garage. Covered parking is a big plus and the pool is very large/clean. Easy access to all the fun spots along the beach. Beach is not too crowded.

Some of the bedding had not been changed so we washed before use. Toothpaste and hair on pillow case and sheets! Other than that things went smooth, great weather , water and sun!

We stay at the Phoenix X every year and loved th location of this unit. On the 2nd floor and in the middle of the building. Great views!

We love Phoenix X! The unit is furnished comfortably...e cent for the master bedroom bed.
Kitchen is great, very comfortable living area, extra bedroom has two beds which is so nice, and the layout works.
The bed in the master bedroom is extremely hard. This works if you prefer very firm mattresses. Probably the one BIG negative would be the linens on the bed. These sheets were either stained or just dirty but it colored our stay. And the bed has a very dated and worn spread that we just put in the corner. It, too, seemed either stained or dirty. We don't stay on the beach to hang in the condo so overall we were just fine.
Be aware that the balcony is right above the main walkway and pool. It was not noisy at all but if you enjoy quiet time in the morning with your coffee on the balcony, you will not have any privacy.

First I will say Julia was a pleasure and was very easy to work with. She was helpfully with our early arrival. The room was great at first glance when we arrived. We did have an issue with the wifi and it was restored promptly but it still was not very good. Had a hard time staying connected. The kitchen sink needs some attention. You really have to be careful with it so that it doesn't leak everywhere. The grought around the sink was nasty. I wiped it down with colorox wipes and it was black. My daughter pulled her bed back around 10 pm and there was sand in her bed. We ended up using the extra sheets for the sofa bed until we could wash the next morning. Yes, I could have called to report off of this and had them come over to clean again, but we were not going to be in the room and I am not a fan of anyone entering our room without someone being there. I would rent again but I would also do a full inspection upon arrival.

The condo was very nice and perfectly located. However, the advertised price per night did not include the cleaning fee ($130) service fee ($140) administration fee ($40) taxes ($170) or parking ($55). Then they expect you to do the dishes and put them up, take out all the trash, put everything back where you found it, what's the cleaning fee for? What is the service fee? How is it different from an administration fee? And, come on, parking should be included. It made the trip way more expensive than advertised. Orange Beach has also passed a new law about leaving things on the beach overnight. Anything left out will be thrown away an hour after sunset, including canopies. Phoenix X has implemented the armband to access the facility and the "armband nazis" don't play. It seems they are trying very hard to make vacationing less fun and more expensive. I have been vacationing on the 'Bama Gulf Coast my entire life, I don't want to go anywhere else, but I'm starting to consider it.

We love Phoenix X. This was our fourth time to stay here. Julia is great every time. The only negative thing I would mention is that the outdoor pool is never heated. It was 72 degrees, way too cold. The indoor pool is always warm and the hot tubs are great! We will for sure return.

Overall, a good experience. Julia from the property management company addressed any concern we had in a timely and friendly manner. Very noisy first couple of days due to jack hammer use in apt. next door.

The Phoenix X is located directly next to the Florabama, which was a huge plus for us as we were there for a February girl's weekend getaway. We loved being able to just walk over. You are also a very short drive from Publix and several other stores and restaurants.

The unit is on the 2nd floor and conveniently close to the elevators but not so much that you hear them if you are sleeping in the 2nd bedroom. The view from the balcony is amazing. You are so close to both pools and still able to see the beautiful beach.

I would also recommend this unit for a family vacation. There is a wading pool for the toddlers, another pool that is 2.5 feet deep for the younger kids, a waterfall and then a regular pool. There are also 3 indoor hot tubs and a large indoor pool. I know my four year old would've had a blast here.

The condo was clean and we loved having large screen tvs in the living room and both bedrooms. I have no complaints about this unit and we will definitely be staying again! Julia was also so easy to work with. I highly recommend unit 211 at Phoenix X!

We escape once a year and we have stayed at this condo for 3 years in a row now. We love the location & facilities. It was supposedly cleaned right before we got there, but the bed looked askew & questionable. The condo is so great, but in need of repairs/updating and the dvd doesn't work - couldn't find the plug in or cables connected anywhere
