Phoenix VI 712

Stayed in 1151 at Phoenix I and it was such an amazing stay with fantastic views. Highly recommend this condo group. And already planning a trip with my family to come back to this group

It was a wonderful experience being away from my home in Tennessee for that 6-day period. The room my sister and I had rented was very good. It has a decent sized kitchen, a nice lounging area, good sized bedrooms, and a really good balcony for viewing the beach. However, the showers in the bathrooms need to be renovated. They have old dials that are hard to turn when turning the showers on and off. Other than that, the room was fine.

The rooms were clean. The Master bed was comfortable. There were 2 beds.. maybe full size?? In the guest room. Our adult son and wife slept there. One of the beds was very uncomfortable, being very saggy and no support at all.
The kitchen had an electric hand mixer, but no beaters that I could find. There was not a rubber/silicone spatula. Otherwise kitchen was equipped ok. The 2 living room recliners were what prompted me to rent this condo over a 3 bedroom one. Thanks owner for those recliners!!! Toilets and showers worked well. The disposal did not turn on, but I called our agent and very soon a repairman came and fixed it. I would stay in this unit again. The refrigerator makes a lot of ice. The oven works well.

Overpriced and tiny - we booked during the off season for a couple of nights around new years. WAY overpriced - building was old, really low ceilings and tiny rooms for the cost. Drains all slow to work. Shower head in bathroom master so clogged with mildew it would barely work. $55 add on to park your car. We’ve stayed at a lot of sites on the gulf coast and this was our first at this Phoenix. We won’t be back.

No issues. Condo was as advertised, clean and ready for check in. No issues other than one of the screen doors on the patio was broken. Didn’t impact our stay as in November the weather wasn’t warm enough to leave the door open.

My overall complaint is the additional $55 that is charged for parking for this unit. With our trip only really for one full day that is a little excessive to not be included in the cost of the reservation.

Great location however the property was just, ok. Furniture in living room was pretty dirty. Water flooded the master bath through the ceiling, which we had to clean up. Maintenance gave us a pile of towels and a bucket. It was a-lot of water and it didn’t stop pouring in till maintenance shut off the supply to the unit above us. Not the property owners fault, but it made the experience disappointing. The owner did offer another room but we we’re leaving soon, so we chose not to relocate. Overall a decent stay in a great location for the money! The water issue was disappointing and I wish the furniture was cleaner.

Unit floor was dirty/needed to be mopped. Balcony was not clean and the balcony windows not clean. Bedding in the master bedroom not clean. Had trouble with cable as well. Besides that Phoenix VI was fine.

We had no issues but the unit we stayed in could be upgraded. Like painted. The whole place needs a new paint job for sure. The bed was very comfortable. Not enough blankets at all. Lots of pillows. The view was beautiful and we had an awesome time!

The floors in the condo were not clean. I had to mop them twice to keep our feet clean. There was a head wrap hanging on the back of the master bath door and the floor there was very dirty. The furniture is very worn and dirty looking. Would not stay in that condo again!

Appliances were dated, master king size bed needs replaced, living room furniture was dingy, balcony furniture needs replaced. Needs sound proofing, we could hear everything from people upstairs. Overall beach experience was great.

You should probably remove the remodel that was done, this place was awful. Floors were dirty, popcorn kernels everywhere, check under the tv. recliners were filthy, i scrubbed both of them Scrubbed bar stools. washed and ironed dining room chair covers. light fixtures hanging over sink and laundry area. Company did fix these. walls are dirty and need painting. Windows need washing. We fixed smoke detector hanging from ceiling. would not stay here again

Phoenix Rentals was pleasant to work with before and after booking. The condo itself was bare minimum but met our needs. It desperately needs some updating. Floors are slick with any type of moisture because of the old tile type, showers fixtures are old, and the couch was very uncomfortable in any position. In the kitchen, there were very few utensils to cook with (for example: no spatulas) and there was no vacuum to clean. Again, it was bare minimum and met our needs but many things could have been done to enhance the guest experience. The owner needs to invest back into the property a bit and would make a world of difference. The view and proximity to the beach were great and the facility itself (although older) was always clean and the staff was friendly.

Location is great, condo needs updates and repairs. All minor but broken cabinet doors, latches etc are a bit annoying. As the unit is now priced similar to those in better shape its OK, but will pick a different one if one is avaiable for the dates I need going forward.

Perfect location on the beach! We had dolphin shows every morning, from our balcony! My only complaint is that it wasn’t very clean. The vents had black mold on them (the maintenance man did come and clean those, but overall the unit wasn’t cleaned well. There was a foot print on the wall and hair clogged all the drains.

The owner of this condo was very friendly and helpful with a few issues we had during our stay. The condo is very outdated and a lot of the furniture had stains also. The pantry was very dirty from where people had thrown away their food in the trash.

We have stayed at a few Phoenix properties in the last three years. This one needs some TLC- from rusted fixtures to holes in the door, exposed wiring in the kitchen, loose faucets, and dirty upholstery. Beds were creaky and non supportive. Facility was nice as are all the Phoenix properties. Close to the beach and easy parking. Easy access to restaurants and groceries. And the beach was beautiful! We will just will choose a different unit next time as the cost for this unit wasn’t much less than the larger three bedrooms at other buildings.

Unit was a little tired, and decor and condition were not at the level of other rentals we have stayed at in the area. To be fair, the price was also lower. Kitchen was nice, wifi was strong, and the deck was great. Had some issues that needed fixing. These were addressed, but it was still an inconvenience to spend vacation time dealing with issues.

From a 1-5, I would give this unit a 3. I have stayed at many Phoneix units. The furniture wasn't comfortable. The light over the sink didn't work.The guest bathroom needs painted(pictures 's obvious the owner doesn't keep the unit up to par.

This condo was very cute ,beds were super comfortable and very cozy ,this was a short walk to the beach ,wonderful view .only complaint was very chilly in the condo and when I turned the air up it caused the condo to become very damp and the floors became very wet and it just smelled pissy,so had to freeze the place back out to dry it up so I recommend bringing a warm robe and house slippers .Other than it was great .kitchen stocked well with dishes also ,I do believe maybe a couple burners on top of stove not working but we didn’t cook a lot .Definately recommend ,we enjoyed our time !

We showed up to a very clean and accommodating room. We had an absolutely beautiful week of weather and spent long days on the beach! The room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Excellent view of the gulf as well!

The location of condo was great. View was great. Unit was not clean upon arrival and when asked to have it recleaned, it wasn't done very well. Hair in bathrooms, makeup on pillowcase, sand in beds. A little disappointing.

Room was nice and clean, as expected based on pictures of unit. Elevators were quick enough, no long waits to speak of. Only down side is tiny space in master bath for tub & toilet, but not a deal breaker for a weeks stay. Beds were nice & comfy. Internet was quick enough for my son to work on some schoolwork when needed on his laptop.
We had a great, relaxing week here!

Great condo in a good location...close to everything. Love walking to the jetties in the mornings. My sister, niece and myself had a great time.

First time at Orange Beach after many years in Seagrove Beach FL. This Phoenix property was well worn, and wasn't what we expected. It was a bit disappointing. We love Orange Beach, but won't be returning to Phoenix VI.

Yes, the pictures describe an updated condo however, the condo was updated a while ago. We arrived to several unpainted patches on both bedroom walls. Mold/mildew in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs, and showerheads. Sheets on the king bed were dirty and I re-washed them. Sink in the main bathroom didn't drain well at all and the vacuum didn't work. The beach was pretty and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking was atrocious. I won't be returning to this property.

Great place to stay. Beautiful ocean view and pool view. Condo is decorated nicely and was very clean upon arrival. Easy access to beach and pool. Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Second bedroom has two full size beds. We thought the description said queens. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time we ever rented a condo on-line. We had guest fly into town for a weeks visit and spent part of it at Phoenix VI 712. It was wonderful and we will be doing it again. The unit was nicely decorated, has a wonderful view of the gulf, everything you need to cook wonderful meals if you want, very clean and nicely updated. I could go on and on but suffice it to say we will be coming back for more trips in the future.

We really had a great time at the beach & our unit was clean, decorated really cute and we had more kitchen amenities & start up items (like TP, Dishsoap, etc) than I expected which was very helpful after a long drive there. Only thing that was disappointing was the long waits for the elevator at check-in & daily coming to & from the beach, etc. and that the pool was not heated & too cold to swim in for the end of March temps. We would recommend our unit to other families 100%! 100%!

We stay at Phoenix VI or VII every year and this is by far the nicest one we've been in. Owners did a great job decorating. Amenities are always great, huge pools and hot tubs!!

The condo had a beautiful view and great location. We had most everything we needed in the kitchen, so we were pleased there. The air conditioning unit was completely frozen when we got there, so we had to go overnight with no AC, but maintenance came quickly the next morning and it was fixed by lunch. The front bedroom on suite needs a complete rear out and revamp. My only real complaint would be that the condo needs to be DEEP cleaned and updated. Fresh paint, a good scrub, and taking out the popcorn ceilings will go a long way.

The condo was great! Tastefully decorated. Very clean. Good assortment of cookware (except no measuring cups). Beds were comfortable. Linens were good (minus the black hairs we found on a few pillowcases - but that would be their linen services issue). The view and access to the beach were awesome! Property was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Orange Beach!

Great place to stay for a long weekend getaway with friends. This property was updated with newer, comfortable furniture. It had a great view of the beach, and beach access was a breeze. Great trip!

Overall, this was a nice place to stay! The complex was well kept and the service was great. Our condo was for the most part clean, but we could not sit in the living room, because of the strong “vomit” odor coming from one of the chairs. There was also stains on the pillow cases in the second bedroom, where my kids slept and it looked like maybe the sheets were the only thing clean to sleep on. We also discovered used paraphernalia in the patio closet, while looking for beach toys. I would suggest that this unit get a little TLC and a detail clean. We would stay here again otherwise! Great view, nice condo!

This is the first condo that I have stayed in for years that the A/C actually kept the condo cool!!!! And the pillows on the bed were not the $5 throw away ones!

Yes we loved the Phoenix Condo that we stayed in. It was clean and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach! We will definitely go back again.

The condo seems to have gone down some since we were there two years ago. The refrigerator was extremely nasty on the outside either from rust or grime. The fan in the front bedroom - speed switch was broken. Two of the eyes on the stove did not work. The furniture was in shabby condition in the living area.

The property was great. Good access to the beach and everyone we encountered was so polite. The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, peaceful balcony. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

We always have fun when we come to Orange Beach.. We always stay at Phoenix VI if there is availability. We usually stay in 902 because it is just my husband and I. But this time it was another couple with us so we stayed in 702 a 2 bedroom.. This unit was not as clean as the other one.. While it was not just filthy it wasn't as clean as previous stays.. Behind the night stand was dirty and papers left from previous occupants.. I had to pull it out a little to plug my phone up.. We also had a roach but it was my understanding they were spraying that day so he was probably trying to escape.. Also several pans that we tried to use were not clean. And I mean terribly dirty.. But all in all it was a good stay.. Loved the little pantry!! Got the stuff off of the counter..

The building was well maintained. The condo and furniture was in great shape except for a few minor cosmetics. It was VERY clean! Kitchen well stocked with cooking items. We were very pleased with the Wifi and the Tv's were up to date and great satellite package. My contact person, Charlotte, was very nice and helpful! Beach is awesome! View from balcony is awesome! Ike's beach service was great! Zeke's deep sea fishing was great! The Shrimp Basket and Wolf Bay restaurants were very good and just 2 minutes down the road. Great family vacation!

Perfect location, million dollar view, very clean and comfortable. Charlotte the manager went over the top to accommodate us. Also nice and roomy and both bedrooms had king size beds.

The room was found as described. A beautiful scene off the balcony of the ocean. All the comforts of home. It was a perfect fit for all 5 of us, plenty of room. We thought the washer may be leaking a bit, notified the owner, and she had maintenance there immediately to check and make any needed repair. The pools were outstanding and the tennis courts were very nice. Easy access into and out of the facility to load and unload. Will definitely do again!!!

Very much enjoyed our stay in 6712 . Only issue we had was in the room next-door there was a smoker so we couldn't leave our doors open to enjoy the fresh air. The facilities are nice convenient and close to everything . Would highly recommend !

We really enjoyed our stay - unit was clean and complex and well maintained.. We did however have a faucet leak that was a process to get fixed due to the unit being privately owned. They had to contact the owners to secure a plumber to fix. Also, the bedroom that faced the outer hallway - I would recommend a heavier curtain - the room never was dark. if you don't want to pack lounge chairs for the beach - plan on $30/day. We enjoyed our stay. If you plan on doing laundry or cooking I would recommend bringing more detergent and supplies. We planned for this however if you are new to renting vaca condo you might plan ahead. Unit was very well situated and close to good restaurants. We enjoyed Bahama Bob's in Gulf Shore and Hazels as well as The Gulf and Fisherman's Corner in Pensacola. If you are in Pensacola you need to go to Joe Patti's for fresh seafood to pack home.

The floors were very sandy. Even the bedding was sandy, not the sheets, just the comforters. Also not very well stocked in the kitchen. Shower door in the master bath was off one of it's track.

The pictures didn't do this condo Justice. We really were pleased with the condo During our stay. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The outdoor pool was great because it was large enough to accommodate large crowds of vacationers. And the complex had a great board walk to the beach. All staff of the Phoenix that we dealt with were very friendly. They even have tennis raquets and other athletic items you can use for free. The elevators were quick even with the large crowds. I would definitely recommend this condo!!!!

Everything was perfect and fun for our little family getaway! There was plenty of room. The floors were a tad dirty and sandy upon arrival but other than that no complaints.

We loved the view from the 7th floor. The condo was nice & clean w/modern conveniences. However, there was only 1 hand towel per bathroom - needed more - & not enough bathroom tissue, & no dish washing detergent. Maybe we were supposed to supply our own, but we were not aware of that. One other thing which was not the property's fault, the people staying in the next door condo smoked on their balcony the whole week, all day & into the night every day, making it impossible for us to enjoy our balcony.

Quality time with Daughter, Son-in-Law,and husband to celebrate daughter's transition from Physician's Assistant class work to rotations. This condo was so awesome!!! Property was well maintained, furniture in excellent condition, everything worked. Property Management company was excellent, so easy to deal with. We will be back and hope to get the same condo then.

Everything was just as described. Unit was clean. Apparently there had been an issue with the bed in the guest room but it was being taken care of when we arrived. Both beds were comfortable. Nice size baths in each bedroom. Great view with comfortable seating on balcony. Mike was great to work with! We would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff seemed quite dismissive when purchasing parking pass. The main issue was that the condo was nowhere near clean. The floor couldn't have been vaccumed/swept/mopped in weeks, bed sheets were not only stained but also filled with sand prior to our use, and there were clothes left in the dresser drawers. Won't rent this property again and probably won't use the website again.

The unit was located on a very pretty beach, nice sand, lots of dolphins. The furniture was in good repair, except the king size bed- SO uncomfortable :( The views, however, made up for that. I would suggest a letter or posted information about the check out procedure, as we had to contact agent to find out.
