This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthWest corner with incredible sunset views!!!
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, custom art work and modern decor! We've added curtains in the living room to block the afternoon sun!
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, as does the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms while the 4th bedroom has a Queen. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We have been going to this condo for years staying in different units. The location of 2801 is great. But the furnishing are sad. All the beds could only be described as horrible. The couch had gross stains on it. It was cleaner than the unit we stayed in earlier in February, but much maintenance is needed. Our bedroom door wouldn't latch, the walk in shower door would hardly close and the bedding is totally worn out. I wouldn't stay here again unless these things were taken care of. Also, this condo use to be special and upscale, now people smoke, don't obey the rules and are generally disruptive over the complex. We are looking for other locations for the future. We've had enough.

First of all the elevators are absolutely horrendous! Had to wait 45 minutes for one on move-out day, 20+ on mornings and evenings. The unit was good, but the HVAC was terrible. Two units and two thermostats and we couldn't figure out which one controlled what area! The living space would be warm (balcony doors closed) and the bedrooms would be freezing. Also, glass table tops are not a good idea for families with small children. We couldn't find a remote for the living area TV that would control both the volume and channels, so had to go back and forth with two different remotes. Everything looked nice though.

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. Four in our group ended up getting Covid the day before our stay so they didn’t come with us. And thank goodness because the two sofa beds were so thin and gross that they wouldn’t have been able to sleep on them. Please market this unit as sleeping 8 not 12. Every thing in this condo was good overall. The view is magnificent. There are several places to sit. There was some crumbs on the floor and sand (understandable) so maybe could have been cleaned a little better.

Beautiful Spacious Condo with amazing views. The Lazy River was perfect. The kids loved the water slide. Centrally located. Very good communication with the rental management.
My biggest concern with this location was the elevator problem which is why I gave my overall stay a 4 star. Only 6 elevators to the complex and during peak times you can wait up to hour for an elevator.
Some answers to my questions before I arrived...
All bedrooms only have a Oceanview, no balconies. Master Bedroom had a jet tube with double shower. The queen Bedroom had a tub shower combo. One king bedroom had a tub shower combo and the other had a shower only.
I would stay here again. Although, I would not stay on the upper floors due to the elevator problem.

This property is AMAZING, the views are absolutely gorgeous! The customer service provided by the property manager was excellent. The property was clean and well taken care of. Sad that some of the outside amenities were closed, but nothing we couldn't live without. We loved time on the beach, at the pool, went to The Factory on a rainy/stormy day, ate at famous LuLu's, hit the outlets, and even spent some time at Fat Daddy's Arcade. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and location. We would go back in a heartbeat!!!

The condo was nice and somewhat clean. It did need a lot of updating. The couches and the rug were dirty. The bedspreads were cheap and looked several years old. The tons of painted palm trees on the walls were a bit much. But, we did have a wonderful time. My daughter did say that the other condos she went in were much nicer.

The condo was lacking many items. It is a 4 bedroom condo and we had 10 people staying. Many of the steak knives were rusted in a dirty crumb filled drawer. There weren’t any large pots... they did bring us some after I emailed. No chopping knives... just steak knives. The condo is way too large for the size pool. The pool and lazy river were VERY CROWED. Some days there weren’t any open areas in the lazy river and size of the regular pool is so small for a huge condo building. The elevator situation for check in day was terrible. There are only 6 elevators for the entire building. The linens and bedding are very cheap. For the amount of money we spend I felt like it should have had nicer amenities in the condo. We have stayed 10 minutes from there in a different condo building that was less money and WAY nicer.

The views from this corner unit are amazing. Every one of the four bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The owners put a lot of thought into the decor. The only thing I would recommend is putting hooks on the back of the bathroom doors. Finally, we were so impressed with Julia Ayers who addresses a couple of minor issues immediately and professionally.

This place was absolutely incredible. And the staff at Phoenix Rentals were amazing. Julia with Phoenix Rentals did amazing at putting up with me and my millions of questions lol. The only thing that was negative was being notified only a week prior that the indoor pool would be closed. We have vacationed at PCB for many years. After the 2018 storms we thought we'd try something different. We found Phoenix West II, and this unit, solely through an online search along the Gulf Coast.
This unit is really beautiful. Very clean and fresh. The view is absolutely stunning. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and sufficiently sized. There was a lot of food storage [walk in pantry] and chairs/beach stuff. This unit is definitely pricey, by any standard. But it's the most amazing unit we've ever stayed in - it rivals units we've had in 5 star all-inclusive Caribbean resorts. Tremendous views. Loads of space/room. Great layout. We LOVED it.
We were afraid the elevators might be a problem since the building was packed but we rarely had a problem. Only during expected busy times [check in on Saturday- dinner time - rain storm]
This is a very kid friendly building. We had our 5 & 8 yr old grandchildren with us and there were LOTS of kids around. The week we were there the beach weather was perfect so lots of folks were at the beach, which I'm sure freed up space around the pool. The lazy river in particular got pretty busy around the hottest parts of the day.
All in all Orange Beach was amazing...we loved the area... so much less congested and "touristy" than PCB. We DID experience a 2 hr "wait" at one restaurant [we left] but otherwise the roads were free from traffic jams all week.
HIGHLY recommend Unit 2801, as well as Phoenix West II and Orange Beach...

Only negative was the elevator availability on check out day. We had to wait nearly 1 hour for an elevator but this was due to multiple elevators being out at the same time.

I thought the unit was overpriced but once we arrived we were very satisfied. Very clean unit and building. Plenty of space for 8 people to have their privacy but family time also. The saying "You get what you pay for" is very true in our stay at Phoenix West II. All the guest were very polite and respectful. That was worth the extra money we normally would pay for a condo unit. The lazy river and slide was so much fun. We enjoyed the huge indoor pool when we were tired of the sun and heat. Plenty of delicious places to choose from to eat plus the well equipped kitchen for breakfast and lunch. I would love to stay in this unit again on our next trip to Orange Beach.

You cannot beat the view and location of this property! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. The unit was very clean. The recommendations for improvement would be to replace the pans in the kitchen as they were warped and scratched up and look in another mattress for the master bedroom as it was not very comfortable (all the other beds were in much better shape - not as hard). The pool and beach were very well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

We had three couples, 3 kids and grandma so a full condo but it was perfect! It was large, bedrooms good size all with floor to ceiling windows that you could open and get ocean breeze and to hear ocean. All had their own bath plus hall bath. The master closet was large and we used as room for kids to sleep. Kitchen was great size (does need addition pans) and living area nice size. Great balcony (could use more chairs) The facility was awesome, several pools and hot tubs, kids slide and play pad. And of course easy ocean access. We were on 28th floor, had concern about elevator wait time but never waited more for Han a minute other than checkin when there were large amount of people waiting. Parking was good, never problem finding spot and short walk to elevators. We were here in September and it was not crowded at all,sometimes feeling like we were only ones around. Already recommended to several friends

Very nice property. I had some concerns based on a small percentage of negative reviews on trip advisor, but all proved to be unfounded. Lots of space, beautiful furniture and wall murals, immaculately cleaned, bathroom & shower for every room, fantastic view from large balcony, easy beach and pool access, indoor pool when weather doesn't cooperate, plenty of activities close (cruises from nearby marinas, wharf attraction, good restaurants, beach shops etc all 5-10 min drive. Fun dive bar walking distance across street). Biggest problem we encountered was there's no pizza stone or cookie sheet big enough for a 12" frozen pizza (we cooked it directly on the oven rack). Would definitely stay again.

This vacation trip included three generations with numerous wants and needs and this spot has fulfilled it all!
First of all, I cannot say enough about the professional customer service all the way from booking through end of stay. All of our needs were met in a most timely manner.
Upon arriving, we found the condo to be clean and ready to go. The view was incomparable to any other condo in which we have stayed. It is jaw dropping. The layout provided a generous amount of common use space and we never felt crowded. Everyone enjoyed all the facility amenities especially the lazy river and slide. The beach was awesome as well.
There were plenty of carts to use for taking things to and from the condo. The elevators were prompt 95 percent of the time. There was a delay one day when we were told they were being cleaned. It was during a busy time and we were confused why they would chose this time to clean them. The rest of the stay they arrived in reasonable time.
We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony. It was a great place for everyone to hang out. If you are looking for great family dining, try Cosmos Restaurant & Bar or Cayman Grill. And if you are looking for great food and total laid back atmosphere, just go across the street to The Flying Harpoon 2. Their fresh oysters are out of this world!
This was one of our favorite vacations! Overall, it was a most enjoyable time and I would recommend this facility!

We had 8 adults and two babies, so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and we had plenty of room in the kitchen, dining, living room and the balcony. This unit had awesome AC and we could not have been more pleased!! This is definetly a 5 star, A Plus! If I had to say improvement needed to take place, it would be with the speed of elevators.

Omg. The condo was like a penthouse, amazing, beautiful panoramic view, clean, balcony huge, we just loved it. Easy access to beach, quiet surroundings. And most of all we were on the 28th floor and the elevator is really fast. I would recommend this condo for family or or just a group of girls. Had a great time. However, upon departing, we were stuck in an elevator for a little over an hour. Our first distress call was never reported to security, the second distress call ask us to hold the line and she never came back and the man that answered on the 3rd distress call hung up on us. Finally, my husband went to the guard shack for help. They inform him that we were out of the elevator but we werent. He demanded someone help us and when security finally can to check on us, they new absolutely nothing about how to get us out. Finally, my husband ask them to call 911 and 20 minutes later, the rescue crew knew what to do and freed us.

We had an excellent stay and our accommodations were excellent. The only negative was the lack of drapes in the family room. This unit is on the west side and the sun was brutal. It heated up the room quickly and made it very difficult to see the TV. The glare was awful. Also hard to enjoy dinner due to the sun shinning in your face. I would not stay in this unit again unless the sun issue was corrected. Beautiful unit with a stunning veiw.

The Phoenix West II proved to be as enjoyable as ever for this year's fall break. Although the management has instituted the wearing of wrist bands by guests and owners to prove they belong on the property, it was a very minor inconvenience for being able to provide a better level of security and accountability. While it is a beach location, I do wish that the unit's floors would be mopped between guests. Otherwise had a great time!

Went with the Bros for a getaway and had the time of our lifes! Florbama is dope, and the view is like looking from the highest tower of Asgard. Staff is super chill and the lazy river allows beer while you float (mega win)! Doesn't matter if it's a family trip or a shenanigan filled week with the homies check this place out!

The condo was amazing and well maintained. The grounds and pool areas were well cared for and all the people were quite nice. I was quite disappointed that to took so long to get elevators and buggies and carts were essentially non- existent.

The Condo (2801), was great as far as the living experience. They lay-out of the condo and the stay there was great! The wait of, 45 minutes plus, for the elevators was horrible! The beach was so crowded, it was like walking through a maze to find somewhere to enjoy the beach! It was umbrella on top of umbrella! I will never stay at Phoenix West II again.

Phoenix West II Unit 2801 was simply beautiful. It was spacious, well decorated & comfortable. Had a couple of things damaged on our arrival that we did report. The front desk was extremely helpful & very polite. Pools & outside area were spacious also. All felt safe with excellent security.

Our only complaint with the property was the lack of drapes in the living and dining area. This made the large room very hot and bright with afternoon sun. Some sort of shade needs to be placed in the room.

The view is absolutely breathtaking!!! The unit was very comfortable and spacious. Took a very long time to get an elevator during peak times. Front desk personnel were ok, not very knowledgable on the area regarding local eateries and such.

The rental unit is extremely nice, and very spacious. We had two little kids with us so we had pack and plays, high chairs, walkers, strollers, etc. and there was more than enough space for everything. The beds were comfortable, nice showers and tv's. Our only complaint was with the cleaning service. The floors were not swept or mopped before we got there. If you took your shoes off, your feet were black within minutes. We had to go buy a broom and mop to get everything cleaned up. We are hoping it was just a careless, one-time mistake. I would rent this unit again, I would just make sure it was cleaned properly, or be giving someone a call to handle things immediately. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Being from the Northwest we couldn't be more pleased with what southern Alabama had to offer. The condo was remarkable, spacious and wide open to enjoy the beautiful views from every angle. I woke up Sunday morning to some beautiful music. Upon further inspection, I discovered an Easter service in progress on the beach which I attended. I would highly recommend this 28th floor west facing corner unit. We will certainly consider coming back.

We rented 2801 for the family overflow for a surprise birthday party and it was perfect. The rooms accommodated six adults and two toddlers comfortable. The furnishings are premium quality. The location of Phoenix West II is ideal for being able to shop in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. Both are equidistant, giving us several choices of stores to choose from.

We enjoyed the place it is needing a few updates(lazy river) the room we stayed in needed lots of updates to all rooms and bathrooms, larger frig new oven. We loved the stay there but probably wouldn’t pick that room until updated as it wasn’t worth the money. Room 2801
