We had a wonderful time. My two grand children, 8 mo and 3 yrs, were well entertained. The condo was clean and the layout worked well for our group of 11. The pantry kept everything organized.

We have stayed at many different Phoenix properties over the years, but this condo was by far our favorite! It was clean and beautiful!! The view was amazing and the condo was spacious with gorgeous private balcony’s off all four bedrooms! We will def be booking this rental again!

This was our 2nd year to stay in this condo. It was wonderful and fits us wonderfully. Ice maker was broke but I called and they came the next day and fixed it.Charlotte does a great job of helping you. We love this place!

Nice place to stay. Elevator was the only downfall

This condo is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and up to date.

No curtains in main room which caused the tv to be useless due to sunlight until the afternoon. Stayed at Phoenix West 3 times before and all condos had curtains. Bar icemaker filter needed to be replaced, disposer did not have a guard cover, fan light over bed in king room did not work, exhaust fan in double br bathroom did not work, food left in fridge, dirty sheets, dirty toilets, dirty king shower, dirty floors kids had black feet, rug near tv was full of dirt, cabinet doors in kitchen were filthy, and shower curtain in first room fell down was not anchored. Left message with Mrs Roberts, no reply

Great condo and fit 10 of us perfectly. We loved being up that high. The view was breathtaking.

My family has been going to Orange Beach for almost 10 years and we have always stayed in the Phoenix Condos - West, West II, V, and Orange Beach to name a few. We are familiar with the layouts and options as compared to other condos. This one failed to meet our expectations. The housekeeping staff is doing a diservice for the owners - our feet were always black from the floors, crumbs in the cabinets and drawers dust on the furniture, and stains on the comforters which did not look to have been washed in between stays. The condo in itself needs a lot of maintenance done to it as well. The beds in the room with the two full-sized beds are barely staying together - literally, a rail was lying on the ground under the bed and I had to caution my kids to get in and out of the bed gently as the headboards did not feel secure. The handrails in the bathrooms were bent/broken and some of the hooks for towels were snapped off. The views from the condo are gorgeous - the east-facing units are the best for sunrises and cool evenings to enjoy dinner on the balcony. If the above-mentioned things were taken care of, I would definitely consider staying here again, but not until the housekeeping does a better job and maintenance services the condo.

Loved the view and accommodations. Place was clean and beautiful. Had internet/tv issues and received prompt attention with issues resolved. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was really nice. The elevators were readily available. Beautiful views from every bedroom. We LOVED this spacious place!
The only downfall was the cleaning company didn't do a very good job cleaning. Found gummy bears under the bed and empty oreo package behind the night stand from previous renters. The floors were lacking in cleanliness. Our feet/socks were black from walking on the tile from the moment we arrived.
Besides the minor cleanliness issues, we had a great time!

Truly enjoyed our family’s fall getaway. The condo did not disappoint. We had 13 people and had plenty of room. Views were gorgeous. All ages, from 66 to 5, enjoyed the grounds. Security was visible during the day and night. The number of elevators was ample. We were on the 23rd floor and had very little wait time, if any. Will definitely return.

We loved the windows, but they were so dirty with handprints. We loved the bedrooms but found lots of trash. Pop bottles under the bed, hair ties left by others, sock under master bed. The comforter in the room with two beds had white crusty stuff on it. The Floors left our feet very black on day one. I contacted the property manager about this and her reply was "Thank you for letting me know. I will let the cleaners know what our found." And No one ever came by to actually clean. We were there for a week and not even an offer to have someone clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Very roomy, easy access to the condo, beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The facility has a great setup for families with the lazy river. The lazy river, water slide, child pool, and other pool are all within a gate. I do think the indoor pool area is rather dark. They could use more lighting in there. Otherwise the facility is nice, beach is clean, the beach staff is also nice.

No dresser in one of the bedrooms no curtains in living room fan in bathroom didn't work. Vaccume was junk

Overall very good. Lots of space for everyone. Great view. Good location on the beach. Short drive to activities. Cons: There were several lights that did not work, more hooks are needed to hang wet towels, swimsuits, some of the bed comforters/bedspreads were stained and not cleaned.

Our family was overall very happy with our rental. It was clean. It was large. The furniture was in good shape.
The kitchen was adequately stocked with pans and trays, but it would have been difficult to cook a big meal for a large family. There were no measuring spoons or cups. However, who wants to cook on vacation?
The outdoor area was large and wrapped around the side of the condo. The views were amazing.
The condominium public spaces were well maintained and had a great "lazy river".
We would recommend this location to other families. For restaurant recommendations: Big Fish and Louisianna Lagniappe are two favorites. And, no beaches in the world can beat the Alabama Gulf Coast. The water is not as clear or blue, but the sugar sand beaches are amazing.

Beautiful View. The microwave didn't work ,called and very quickly had a replacement .Highly recommend it. The rental was far better than I anticipated. The beach itself was not very wide.

From the moment we stepped in the view took our breath away. Everything was fantastic. We have no complaints at all about the condo. The filter light came on in the ice maker, and it was replaced the next morning. It was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed.Would highly recomend this condo when coming to Orange Beach area.

the condo was large with great view of the gulf. large kitchen, dining room, living room combo. bedrooms were comfortable and roomy.

Booking agents outstanding, we enjoyed the decor and the roominess, disappointed you canceled our stay due to the hurricane, hopefully I receive a refund before 20 days.

Incredible view, location, and space. Beach just a few feet away with lazy river, water slides, and pool. Only downside was we experienced a few rainy days and electronics would have been nice to use (Tv's, etc) but half were not functional. Otherwise, everything was perfect for our large group vacation.

We had a great experience staying at this property. The location was great. The views of the ocean from every bedroom as well as wall to wall glass in the common area. The condo was spacious and very functional. The place was as good or better than advertised. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation experience with the whole family.

We had another great time.. this is the 11th year in a row we have stayed with Phoenix West!! The people at the front desk was awesome to work with. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

The property was beautiful. The view was amazing. The pools and lazy river were also wonderful. The only complaint were the pillows/mattresses. Not very comfortable and made for not the best sleep.

We booked this unit for a few nights to get away and just relax. We like to come during this time of year when we know the kids are back and school. The beaches are significantly less crowded. The weather was hotter than usual this year so we found ourselves in the lazy river for most of the time. It was a great trip for a little R&R before heading back to the real world. We were delighted with this condo. Gorgeous view from the living room and big corner balcony, plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the lazy river and the water slide. Will be back next summer.

We like staying at Phoenix West or West II when we come down. This is our second time to rent from Phoenix Rentals. They are a great company to work with. We had a great trip to the beach. Hope to be back soon.

The unit has fabulous views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon. You HAVE to visit Ruby Slipper for breakfast - it was fabulous!

We have stayed at the Phoenix before and are always very pleased. This stay was excellent.

We had a great time in this spacious condo. It is on the 23rd floor on the east corner so the views of sunrise and the beach and ocean are so gorgeous.

The condo was clean and well equipped in the kitchen, we did a lot of cooking. The facility was great, kids loved the water slide and us adults chilled on the lazy river. We have found our new spot!

Our family stayed here for a week and generally was not impressed with the unit. NONE of the furniture is comfortable and there is no way to put up your feet. We arrived on a Saturday and getting unloaded and to the condo was a nightmare. There are only four elevators and they service all the floors. However, one was not working. It took us (and others) about 4 hours to get moved in. As far as cleanliness goes, going barefoot in the condo and your feet would turn black from the dirty floors. Also, beach service cost us $140 for an umbrella and two lounges. You would think with the rate paid some or all of that should have been included. Overall, this place was a disappointment.

The condo was beautiful and spacious inside but whoever decided to design this unit with 4 slow elevators for 28 floors was a moron. 15 minute waits for an elevator were normal. Once you get downstairs the pool and beach were packed. Typical Phoenix - how many units can we cram into a building.

This place was amazing, when we arrived we couldn't believe how large the condo is. We had 12 in our group and it was never crowded at all. The resort is also awesome, spent a lot of time with our toddler in the zero entry pool and also in the lazy river. The older kids were constantly on the water slide. First time here and we will definitely be back!

It was nice having the ocean, 2 pools, a slide, and the lazy river. The floors need to be cleaned better.

The condo was nice. More space here for our large family than in hotel rooms. Pools and the beach were nice. The weather ended up being too cool for me to swim, but the kids did and loved it.

The floors were not clean in the condo. As soon as we got here, we all took our shoes off after our long trip here. Our toddler's socks and our bare feet were black after walking in the floor for a few minutes. The floor was especially dirty in the kitchen and living room area. You could feel the dirt on the floor.

The kitchen equipment could use some replacing. There was no can opener to be found in any of the drawers. I had to use a knife to punch open our canned food. It wasn't easy or very safe to do so.

I reached for the wisk in the drawer when I made pancakes one morning. It was a good thing I have an updated tetanus vaccination since the whole end where the handle was supposed to be was rusted, and the handle was missing. I was afraid to use it and had to be very careful stirring my pancake batter.

The stockpot I cooked spaghetti in had a big crack/cut in the metal along the rim and could cut someone if you were not careful. The nonstick pans need replacing because they were all scratched up.

The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The bedding was not in the best shape. It could use updating since the comforters were not fluffy anymore. The extra bathrooms and laundry room were great to have with a large family.

Wish we could have stayed another night. Condos are definitely the way to stay for a vacation for a large family. We would consider staying again in the future. Overall, we had a great experience.

Recently spent a 3 day holiday weekend at this condo. Went with a group of school teachers and throughly enjoyed ourself even though the weather caused temperatures below freezing. The condo had plenty of space for sleeping, eating, and sitting around and visiting. There were some things that need to be fixed and taken care of but we didn't let those inconveniences put a damper on our stay.

Our stay at Phoenix West was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more. The weather was nice. We took nice long walks on the beach. We almost had the whole beach to ourself. The building was very clean and quiet. We were one of only a few people there. We had the pool to ourselves and the hot tubs which were so nice to soak in daily. The exercise facility was of great use for the times it was raining. This unit is very comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed and more to cook some great meals. 2309 is on a great floor. It felt like we are right out on the water almost like being on a cruise ship. It's heavenly to look out and just see ocean. The manager was so nice and easy to work with and was very helpful in sending suggestions for places to eat and things to do and let us check in a little early since it's a slow time of year. The Ruby Slipper across the street is to die for. Best breakfast we've had in a while. We will be back soon. If you haven't tried the fall at the beach, then you should. It's such a lovely time to go and get away from the hustle and bustle and bad weather at home. Just what we needed right before the chaos of Christmas.

I will start by saying that the cleaning crew should be fired. Your telephone recording should be replaced and you should at least have the courtesy of a phone call.

1- The condo was full of sand, we had to vacuum clean it. Dust bunnies in the n the middle of eachiceiling.
2- The "white" towels are dingy and stained.
3- The vents are "clanking" most of the night. We called the front office and there was nothing they could do about it. ("Sorry")
4- On Wednesday night we thought that the ceiling was going to come down on us, and it was the walls were flooding and the water was coming out of the light switches and out of the ac vents. This was happening in all three rooms. We ran to the front office and we were told not to touch the light switches because it was a fire hazard. We went down to the front office and requested to be relocated, to be told that we needed to get in touch with our "facilitator". We were bluntly dismissed since we did not rent from them.
5- We called your office and the recording would not let us leave a message. It kept interrupting three times then disconnect. I sent you an email, again not response. We left the Condo fearing a fire. We went back on Friday night to pick up the rest of our belongings and found huge fans in the middle of each room. We were told not to touch them, because the inside walls had to be dried and that this is the fourth time it has happened.

We want to be compensated for the week from ****. By the way, my son is a Fire Inspector with the City of Orlando, My son in law is a Lieutenant with the City of Orlando Fire Department. According to their findings you should not be renting this apartment to anyone until an full investigation is done.

1st time in Gulf Shores wasn't sure what to expect. Lack of eateries near by was disappointing for us. People are super friendly and helpful.

Pictures do not do this condo justice. The views are just amazing and from all rooms. Very spacious..had 12 here and never felt like we were on top of each other. Great amenities at the resort as well.

Loved Phoenix West and condo 2309. Loved the layout, 4 bedrooms, super large balcony, and awesome kitchen and living area. Lazy river, pool, and beach were wonderful.

Everything was great except one of the beds in the room with two full sized beds had not been cleaned. The sheets had not been changed.

The only negative from this beautiful condo is the fact that it wasn't completely clean when we checked in. A couple of the beds had stains on the comforter and one of the beds had Cheetos from a previous guest under the bed and hair on the floor next to the bed. Other than that we had no issues with our stay.

We needed an alarm clock replaced that did not work and we called and it was replaced within 2 hours and they also delivered a can opener on a different day within 2 hours.

Had a great time! Beautiful place! Would definitely stay again! The only thing I can think of is the refrigerator wasn't as cold as it should be and we couldn't get the temperature to change and get colder. Would for sure recommend it to others!

the unit needed maintenance . the dining room light didn't work-all - the light bulbs had burned out and had not been replaced! the master bedroom footboard was falling apart, and several other lights did not work. it took two days for maintenance to appear, and another two days for him to return with a ladder. the rules of the condo were to wash the dishes upon departure, and also return the clean dishes to the cabinets. (this was a first for us, to have to wait for the dishwasher to complete its cycle before leaving. it must have been a first for the previous guests too, because they stuck all their dirty dishes back to the cabinets, so we were washing dishes when we arrived. I would not stay there again.

I have stayed at rentals in Gulf Shores three times and in other rentals at beaches around the world at least 10 times. This is the absolute BEST place I've ever stayed and the best experience I've ever had. Everything you see in the pictures is 100% true and 150% better, larger, cleaner than you could imagine when you get there. Rent this property!

We had a very nice week staying at 2309 Phoenix West. The Condo was beautiful and the views breathtaking!!! Our only problem was with getting the TV's in bedroom to work - had a hard time working the cable system. The property was very well maintained. I can see how you may have to wait on elevators during peak seasons- but we did not have any problems as we were not in peak season. Cayce was very nice to work with. Thanks you!!

The condo was very nice, great location, lots of room and the kitchen was equipped well. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. Two of the bedspreads had large visible stains on them, stains on the sofas and it was apparent that the cleaning crew did a spotty job...crumbs in chairs and under the tables. For this level ($) you don't expect to feel like you need to wash your sheets first.

This was our first time trying Orange Beach, and after using we discovered this unit. The amazing part about this unit was the corner position. The living room and kitchen had a solid glass wall and gave an amazing view! We had 4 bedrooms and everyone had an ocean view and small walk out balcony. The only heads up would be the elevators. They are fast, but the higher up you are, the more times each trip will be interrupted by other guests getting on and off. If you are prepared for this small wait (mentally), it really becomes a non-issue. The kids loved the beach and the lazy river and pool!

This Condo unit was the most exquisite we have ever stayed in. There was enough room for everyone, plenty of seating, and the dining table accomodations were perfect for our group(8 children and 7 adults). The kitchen was just adequate and there was no working coffee maker(which almost incited a riot our first morning) and one had to be secured by our party. However, we really appreciated the crock pot and in fact used it 3 times while we were there. The balcony was unbelievable, with views that were indescribable. The whole experience was wonderful and lifetime memories were made. The only concern we had was glass shards on the living room carpet that had not been vacuumed well. Apparently someone before us broke the glass on top of the living room table and we were cleaning up still to keep anyone from getting cut feet. Overall it was a dream vacation, and it was all due to this glorious condo!

We really enjoy our trip to Gulf Shores each year. The stay at the Phoenix West is one of the highlights of our season. We try to go every chance we get and we will be there again in the Phoenix in 2016

My family used to go to the Carolina/Outer Banks beaches but since the first time we went to Orange Beach, this is the beach we will keep going back. After spending a month on the beautiful white sandy beaches & staying in the Phoenix West Condo, no other place compares. So many things to do for the whole family.
