Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.
Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-quing.
Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our mattresses were replaced in February of 2024 and all rooms have SMART TVs! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL 1 BR and 2 BR on this same 3rd floor!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The beds in all three bedrooms were the best I've slept in. A/c was cooling room great. Only complaint was check-in was at 4:30. The door code wouldn't work, didn't get any answer from property until 5:30 with only a sorry about that from them.

Renting a condo at the Pheonix will never be something that I ever do again, and I will not be using VRBO again as well. The room did not look like the pictures, it was not clean. The wifi did not work. I was told it did not need a password and it did. Bedding was ripped, there were holes in the wall and on top of that you had to pay an additional $55 for a parking pass to park at the condo. ugh

The pictures online were taken three months ago, they are up to date. I'm sorry the HOA charges for parking, it is out of our control.

The condo is the perfect Orange Beach experience. The balcony allows for an unobstructed view of the ocean and the beach. The amenities at the condo allow endless hours of entertainment for kids and adults. The condo has spacious bedrooms and plenty of room for socializing with guests. I would definitely rent this place again.

We had the best time at this condo. The view is amazing from the balcony. We could just sit and watch the Ocean for hours. The condo is on a low floor which makes it easy to get down quickly, it is also an end unit making it very quiet. The beds are all very comfortable so we all slept so well! I definitely will be back to this unit next year. It is our new favorite!
We enjoyed our stay at 301! The room location was excellent and we enjoyed the spacious corner balcony. Comfortable beds and everything was in working order. We had a little trouble with the access code upon entering however the property manager was quick to respond.
