Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful 3 BR condo at Phoenix VII. Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.
The views are amazing from this 4th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom, a full sized bed and twin over full bunk in the 3rd bedroom. we have also installed a sleeper sofa in the living room for occupancy up to 11. There is a 70'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!
There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.
We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.
Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle.

Condo was great! Had an issue with the tv, but after notifying the staff, the tv was replaced in record time! Thank you! The fourth floor location was perfect. This condo was a comfortable size and accommodated 8 of us easily.

I want to start off saying that our rep was the bright spot in our whole experience. Unfortunately, everything else was subpar – from the call we got less than 48 hours before our Vacation Started that the condo we had reserved would not be available, To the filthy floors (The rest of the condo wasn't particularly clean, but the floors were horrible.), The very minimum of supplies, the broken coffee pot, etc., To the expectation that we were now going to pay more because this condo didn't come with a complementary parking spot, it was not a great experience. Our rep came through and they credited us the cost of one parking spot. We were Surprised that there was no credit to the reservation offered and they didn't even offer to pay for the second parking spot just as a minimum "thank you for understanding and we apologize" gesture. The Opinion we were left with would have been improved had they done any of that.
Manager's Response
Wrong condo removed, you had this one reserved but had to be moved to another unit which your reservation is for. Unfortunately I can not move it from this listing as it is locked up.

It was great. We were able to touch base with management with question. Great stay, beautiful unit. We had the best time. Only thing is it said couch was a sleeper sofa and it is not. My daughter had to sleep with us. We reached and it they were supposed to have that description changed. All else was wonderful!
The condo huge and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
