Our condo is perfectly situated on the 9th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and we offer FREE WIFI ! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious and beautifully furnished!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen bed and three twins in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 9.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court. We also have both of the 4br units on this floor should you need two condos on the same floor to go with this one.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Our stay at the Phoenix Gulf Shores was wonderful! The property was well maintained and very clean. There are so many good restaurants and shops within minutes of the Phoenix Gulf Shores property. Customer service was excellent! I would recommend this property to a friend and plan on returning again at a later date.

Great condo to stay in. Friendly people and easy to deal with. Location is great. Covered parking etc. Kids loved the pool with slide. Access to the beach is great. Family enjoyed this visit to Gulf Shores. Would stay here again.

This rental is absolutely wonderful, the beds are beyond comfortable, the unit was spotless and as spacious in person as it looks to be in the photo's. 100% hands down the nicest rental we have ever stayed in.

We had a great time at Gulf Shores. Condo was perfect location and size. Only complaint was it wasn’t very clean. Floors and bedding were dirty. Comforters in bunk room had stains on them and sheets were dirty which we washed. Besides that everything was great.

This unit has been the best unit we have ever had in GS or OB.. Best views, amenities, cleanliness and great communication from the host..Not to mention in has a slide!! We will definitely be back in this unit again next year.

This was a great condo! Perfect location with lots of extras (heated indoor pool, outdoor pool with slide, grills, etc). Clean with lots of room. The only complaint would be lack of some items (salt and pepper shaker, extra kitchen towels and wash clothes) but besides that it was great. We would stay again!!!
We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren. The location was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better place. It was perfect!
