Phoenix Gulf Shores 302

Great stay with amazing views of the gulf. We had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Loved that we were able to park right on the 3rd floor and walk right to our condo. Quiet surrounding, pleasant guest as well. This unit had everything we needed for our family vacation. We cook a lot when we come to the gulf and we didn’t need one thing. The grills on the grounds were bigger than I was expecting and we enjoyed our BBQ night. My brother and his family stayed on the 4th floor so we were close. The beds were very comfortable to me and I’m kind of picky. There’s not really anything I would suggest changing the owners have thought of everything. We even used the fitness center and it was great!

We love this complex and the 3rd floor condos. The ice maker was broken and the water only trickled out, but all was replaced the next day. Just a few minor things wrong, like bulbs not working over the oven, kitchen faucet loose and headboards in guest room loose and rickety. Beautiful views and overall a great place to stay. We were impressed with all the extra supplies in the kitchen. Would suggest night lights in the bathrooms!

We absolutely loved staying here. The view is unbeatable, there's so much space in the condo, and there were lots of amenities! Our littles loved the indoor and outdoor pool and the water slide. We used the large grills for steaks. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and we loved the big balcony. We will be back to Phoenix Gulf Shores!

My husband and I and our 4 adult children plus their 4 significant others spent 7 nights in Phoenix 302. It was wonderful. This condo was spacious with lots of casual seating (nice for our large group of 10 adults). Both of the extra bedrooms had 2 queen beds (hard to find and just what we need for our group). The kitchen is very well stocked. I was happy to have a good assortment of pots and pans and a griddle, a Keurig (with pods), 2 toasters so I could do 6 slices at once for breakfast, and a crock pot. The condo was just steps from the beach and the large balcony was so nice. Parking on the 3rd level right outside our door meant no long waits for the elevator! The only things that could have made it slightly better....more washcloths (didn't even have 1 for each person so I had to go buy some) and a larger dining table (table only seats 6 and we had 10). But no space is perfect and this one was about as close as we have ever been to perfect. The inside of the oven was spotless which is always a sign the condo is clean over all.

This was an amazing rental. The location was amazing, the check in and our process was seamless and we felt right at home. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, we will definitely be back!

We had a great time in this rental and for sure will be returning. Very clean, lots of items you need and more than you see in most rentals. The view is perfect and the patio perfect for enjoying morning breakfast or coffee, lunch or dinner and drinks. We loved to sit out there and play games. Will definitely be back!

Woke up every morning to ocean views right from our bedroom. This condo is beautiful. The huge balcony was wonderful to spend mornings and evenings eating meals with the family. Besides a beautiful and clean condo, there are some small details that set this place apart from other places we have stayed. They provided travel toiletries in all bathrooms and coffee, Creamer, and filters. There were also plenty of pillows and more than enough towels!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for the past month and it is by far the best VRBO we have ever rented. It is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. It is beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! It was impeccably clean upon arrival. The view from the wide balcony is fantastic! Property manager, Michael, was prompt to answer any questions or concerns we had. Looking forward to returning again next year!

This is a very nice condo and view of beach is beautiful. Condo had everything we needed and decor is nice. Kitchen had extra things that we did not have to buy which was nice also! The area is convenient with restaurants and stores nearby. Tennis and swimming available with hot tubs! Grounds and swimming area was kept clean. Our only complaint was the top blankets/ bedding needed a washing! Some decorative pillows on beds and couch were disgustingly dirty!
People need to make sure their kids are not running around with food in these nice places. Cleaning crews need to be observant and I sure hope this stuff is washed or dry cleaned often. Batteries available for remotes would be nice. Whirlpool tub did not work in master bedroom. That was a slight disappointment but overall stay was nice.

This was our third time staying at Phoenix Gulf Shores. We always enjoy staying here, and this time was no different. The property is in a great location....all of our favorite restaurants/shops are only a short distance. The condo was large, beautiful, and very clean. We loved the spacious balcony & indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Gulf Shores!

This rental was absolutely perfect. Location on the third floor could not be any more convenient. Has incredible views of the ocean. So close to restaurants and things to do. Everything inside the condo was clean and organized. We loved how there were plenty of extra pillows and how every room has their own bathroom. Already planning to stay here again!

We loved the condo! Great location! Spacious with easy access to the beach and pools. The unit could have been cleaner.

This place was awesome! Great view from the large deck, only a few steps to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools plus a water slide that kept the kids entertained all week. The condo was great and we loved all of the storage provided to keep our things during our stay. Being able to walk right in to this third floor condo from the parking garage was a nice bonus. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Loved unit 302. We have been coming to Gulf shores for years and this is our favorite unit thus far. Great views. Easy access from garage. Had all the amenities we needed. Very clean. Would love to stay again!

Unit 302 was everything we needed for a week at the beach. The amenities are endless, the beds are comfortable, the furniture is in great condition. Michael is an amazing property manager, so friendly and easily accessible. Having 3 bathrooms for our family was a luxury. We loved every minute in gulf shores. The location of this building is wonderful also.

Very clean. Nice decor. Loved being on third floor. Easy to come and go without having to take an elevator. We are ready to come back!

I cannot explain how comfortable our stay was at Phoenix Gulf Shores. This unit is in great condition. We loved the well stocked kitchen, patio seating, indoor/outdoor pool, slide, multiple hot tubs. There’s plenty of space for our family within the unit to really enjoy being away at the beach. The chair service beachside was extremely affordable to have someone set up an umbrella and chairs for the family. We cannot wait to come back again next season!!

We enjoyed our stay. Phoenix gulf shores is a beautiful complex. Unit 302 is easily accessible being on the third floor. We had a nice view of the beach (could also see the shore from the kitchen!). Will be back.
