Phoenix East II is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Enjoy the best views of the Pass and convenience of vacationing in a complex with so few condos!!
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix East II. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen sized beds in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 10. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Beautiful white Sandy beach walk out of condo. Good view of the gulf from patio. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was very spacious and anything we needed in the kitchen. One of the best beach vacations we have been on.

Phoenix East II was everything described in the details of the rental. Clark was amazing to work with and answers any questions that I had. The weather was great for our week at the beach. Would definitely stay at Phoenix Eat II again!!!!! I would consider replacing the living room couch. Extra cushions were needed to help make seating more comfortable.

Poorly cleaned. Had one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag. You would think I’d you pay an absurd amount of money the unit would be somewhat accommodating.

Our week at the beach was great, the weather was perfect ! The condo was spacious for my family.
It was vert clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. Had trouble with door, being hard to open. I would recommend the condo to rent.

Front desk staff was pleasant, but made sure to tell us if there were any problems to NOT call them because we did not rent through Bret Robison. Mid week there was construction in another unit that was quite loud, sawing,hammering,drilling, irrigating , they worked about 9-5.

The sunrises and sunsets are amazing from this unit. The furniture is new in all rooms. It feels much bigger than any other unit we have stayed in the Orange Beach area. GREAT LOCATION to resturants and other entertainment. The zero entry pool is great for children and the walk to the beach is effortless..
Easy to book rental. Good communication and instructions on checking in and out.
