Phoenix East 305

We loved how close it was to everything and within a good proximity of The Wharf, Gulf Shores and Foley. The condo was cute and nicely decorated. The balcony was amazing and we enjoyed how large it was and we were able to spend a lot of time out there snacking, sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful beach view. However.... The first night we were there a cockroach emerged from the bathroom sink. I killed it and we plugged the drain to stop any others from coming into the condo. There was sand on the floor and a few crumbs on the kitchen floor, which my wife swept up the best she could to deter any more critters. We did enjoy our stay, but the cleaning staff may want to be more thorough.

We took our 6 year old grandson with us and it was perfect location for the condo itself being on the 3rd floor, using the stairs was convenient if elevator was busy. The condo itself was clean and simply decorated and updated. Kitchen well equiped for cooking. But the oversized balcony was awesome. It was right over the pool area and boardwalk right in front of it with beachview. Hope to come back next year and use condo 305 again.

The condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and wonderful patio furniture for relaxing and laying out. The bed is horrible and mattress seems like is due for an upgrade. There is ONE mirror in the whole condo and that is over the bathroom sink. When two people are getting ready or you need a full length view of sunscreen application, etc, it’s not possible. The couches are as uncomfortable as the bed so watching a movie at night was not very enjoyable. Loved the location and patio but would not recommend for those who want comfortable relaxing time and sleep!

Love this get away location! Of course the atmosphere was amazing, but the condo made it better! Great area for young kids and just a great time! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and the balcony is so large! Couldn’t have been better!

Overall things were great. We stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the beach. Having the covered balcony was great since there were some bad weather days. The only issue is the gate going onto the boardwalk. It has a spring closing device and everyone going in and out just lets it slam shut. It is very annoying if you are at the pool or the balcony.

This condo unit was immaculate! The property description and pictures were accurate. The kitchen was well stock with kitchen housewares. The patio deck was wonderful with great views of the beach and the extended deck to enjoy the sun. Overall, Phoenix does a great job maintaining the building. I would highly recommend this property!

Very easy to get to and loved the ocean view. We hiked and biked the state parks near by . People on the street and beach were very friendly letting us know the best places to dine out . Never had a bad meal anywhere . Would and have recommend this place to our friends

Wonderful condo. Amazing views and location to the beach. We enjoyed our time and look forward to our return.

Pros: Updated Condo, big balcony with nice furniture, kitchen has both a keurig and regular coffee maker, big tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime for movies, and perfect location in Orange Beach near the yeti.
Cons: Condo is older, Shower needs a mat to prevent falling, balcony is great but your in view of everyone above, beside and below, air condition in bedroom blast you, comforter on bed is hot, and mattress needs to be replaced. I woke up every morning sore and back hurting.
Otherwise, Condo was nice, however, it would be nice for owner to provide salt and pepper shakers.

Everything was good, staff was nice, great beach access.

Was a wonderful place to stay and can’t wait to go back next year.

Clean unit! Huge balcony with great views. I was a little nervous with it being so close to the elevator but noise was never an issue. Great condo!

Room was very clean and nice! Balcony is HUGE and gives you a great view of the beach and pool! Location was amazing and right by the elevators! Never had any noise issues from being close to elevators or pool! My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! My boys called it their second home while we were there!

Everything was great with the rental. It was perfect size for me, my husband, and my mom. The balcony is huge with a great view. Very close to a lot of restaurants! Everything was great with the rental during our stay.

This was a great unit right on the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. The grounds were beautiful and security was always around. I felt very safe traveling with just myself and 2 kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Phoenix East 305! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for making our vacation stress-free!

The condo and property were wonderful. Everything in the room had been remodeled and looked restocked. All appliances were new. The balcony furniture is the most comfortable I have ever been in. Two small things: 1) Maybe a little moore cabinet stock and 2) A new living room rug, that old one is a straight up trip hazard.
