Phoenix Gulf Shores 2002

The condo was very nice and clean. Only complaint I have is that the sofa was not comfortable at all.

WE had a Greta time at Gulf Shores and our stay at Phoenix Rentals was Great as well. This is our 4th time we've stayed with Phoenix Rentals and in the same unit. The staff there was very nice and helpful. It was another wonderful trip.

Just perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The condo was so roomy and accommodated all 12 of us. Just a reminder for others—Check behind the guest bedroom door for electrical box. With the many hair dryers, etc the outlets in the bathrooms may not work. But it’s an easy fix. So don’t panic. Great balcony too.

Clean space, great amenities, we loved the beach and the grilling space. The oven didn't work the best and took a long time, but everything else was wonderful!

We had a fantastic time, it could not have been better. I highly recommend the area, the condo, and the Hangout! We will be back!

A quiet, clean and relaxing condo. Beautiful views from the balcony with nice seating options. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating in. Spacious bedrooms complete with ceiling fans and plenty of storage for the weeks stay. We enjoyed the ice maker option in the wet bar. Highly recommend this unit & complex.

It was a beautiful place and we enjoyed the location. Just note that they don't allow people to leave basic seasonings which can be costly to buy groceries. Most places will allow basic seasonings like salt, pepper, Garlic salt, be left for the next guest but not here. Otherwise, we loved the rental.

Our Condo was beautiful, just as advertised. Elevators are fast, the condo staff is friendly, and the views are gorgeous. The parking garage had high ceilings and easy to maneuver, as we have a large truck and parking can sometimes be a problem. Our condo coordinator with VRBO Michael was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this unit & the beautiful beaches at Gulf Shores.

We had a wonderful time at Phoenix Gulf Shores in unit 2002. This is our third time in unit 2002 and each time we've really enjoyed it.

We took our first full family vacation this year. This rental was absolutely perfect for our big family. We all had plenty of room especially with the three little ones. My family and I will definitely be booking with this rental again. We are already looking forward to vacationing here in 2024! All of the staff from the desk clerk to the security was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

This stay was wonderful, clean and close to the beach. It was just right for our getaway and the view was beautiful.

Condo was grest....kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Nice nice on deck for outdoor enjoyment

Our large family had plenty of room in this beautiful and spacious rental.
Loved that there was a Keurig and a waffle maker.
All of our grandkids absolutely had a blast on the slide in the outdoor pool and also loved the inside pool.
It’s always a challenge to keep up with our special needs grandson at the beach so it was so great that there was a slide that his older siblings
could hold him and take him down the slide without a struggle.
The view was amazing and the whole family had such an awesome and fun June vacation week in condo 2002!!

Outside of the horrible bedding, full sheets on king beds, our stay was great. Condo was not fully clean, I have been renting a condo for 30 years and when you go with a nicer condo you expect the quality you pay for

We stayed for the month of Feb, 2023. PROS: Great location, views & building amenities. Felt safe in the area and in the building. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Rental company was prompt with taking care of issues they could address such as light bulbs out, replaced missing batteries in the remotes and the broken patio chair mentioned in an earlier VRBO review was fixed within a day.
CONS: Still needs a deep cleaning as mentioned in an earlier VRBO review. The living room furniture, rugs and decorative pillows need cleaning or replacing.

Overall the location is great and the time of year meant the complex was pretty empty. The unit itself needs a deep cleaning. There was hair hanging from light fixture in bath with some black looking mold. Dont drop anything under a bed or couch that is super dirty. Also one chair on the patio is broken.

We had a Great time. Rooms were clean and check in went well. Every there was very accomidating.

This was a great property. Very clean, good restaurants close by and just a great property overall for kids and adults.

We absolutely loved our condo and the whole facility. It was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The beds slept great and all was included except a pitcher for making tea. Can’t say enough good things about this condo. We will be back. Elevators are fast and smooth. Loved pools, slide and the whole facility.

First time to Gulf Shores and would recommend staying here. Great location, clean and spacious condo and the pool and beach access were great. The view is beautiful. Definitely will stay here again.

Location, staff and Amenities were great. Condo was as expected but a number of the pans in the cabinets still had food crusted to them. We always wash dishes before using but these took alot of scrubbing before we could even put them in the dishwasher.
