The condo was even nicer in person with a great view. The in-room ice maker was a pleasant surprise and the entire facility was clean and well maintained.

I just can't believe how first class this vacation was. Gulf Shores is a great spot for families. We reconnected and spent time on the beach creating the family memories we will never forget.

Overall was disappointed with the rental. Michael was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated and the best part of the rental experience. For the money paid, the fact that even hand wash in the bathrooms was not provided is ridiculous. I have never had to purchase/provide that in a rental. When it says no amenities provided, plan on bringing literally everything - including clothes hangers if you are like me and want to settle in for the week and not live out of a suitcase. It was obvious that if you left something for the next renter to use because you no longer needed, they will confiscate instead of pay it forward. The unit says it is updated, but that applies to only the kitchen. The complex itself is great, easy access to the beach and multiple pools.

Great stay and love the Sea Chase. The property is outstanding and all the rooms we have stayed in have always been great. Room 704W was no different. Only thing I would recommend for this unit is new patio furniture. Everything else was great. Communication was easy and any question were answered in a very timely manner.

Had the best time! Very clean, spacious and nothing beats sitting out on the balcony enjoying the amazing view.

Beautiful balcony view. Pools and hot tubs were clean and in good condition. Condo was as listed and I especially liked the appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. Overall, the rental made for a great family vacation.

This is a nice place for a couple, small family, or small group of friends. Furnishings are in great shape and very comfortable. The beds are super comfortable as well and showers have great water pressure. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal; appliances were in good shape.
Downsides? There’s a large, jetted tub in the primary bathroom-which is nice-except for the fact that you cannot fill it above the jet level and still have warm water (small water heater)...and we couldn’t get the jets to work with cold water above that level.
Familiarize yourself with how Dish works for watching TV - and we couldn’t stream anything because there was no WiFi adapter nor Ethernet cable. We did contact the owner regarding the TV situation and he did respond quickly with the name of a company and a telephone number for us to call to figure it out (which we did not do).
As far as cleanliness, the condo needs a really thorough cleaning - socks and bare feet were black from the floors, kitchen cabinet fronts were dirty, toilets had some black under the rim.
It was an overall wonderful stay and we will most likely return.

This was our second time to Orange Beach, AL and we tried a new condo building. We were so pleased and happy with our choice. This condo is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The view was great. We will stay here again and again. Thank you to the owner for taking such great care.

We have stayed in this particular unit, 704 W. SeaChase in Orange Beach several times. It is a very comfortable, cozy unit. A very well established kitchen. A few things that could be updated but we still love this condominium and we love Seachase.

This unit was very clean and spacious. The ice maker was a wonderful bonus. The beach view from the balcony was perfect. We will return.

Very nice rental condo. Was located near several areas of need. Grocery store, general merch store (Wal mart) eating restaurants, ice cream shops, etc.The condo was needing a few minor repairs, it overall was very nice. Beautiful beach, pools, etc. Would highly recommend.

Great condo. Clean, updated. No issues! We have been coming to SeaChase for several years. This was the best condo we have stayed at. A must stay at SeaChase!

When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned from the previous renter and we arrived at check-in time. It took a few phone calls to get to a live person to finally assist. The cleaners were there in about an hour, but then we had to wait to unpack while the cleaners were cleaning - very annoying when we wanted to shower to get ready for evening plans. We were late.

The mattress on the pullout couch is awful and specific directions for how to operate each TV would be helpful.

On the positive, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Having full-size WD is a plus. And positive for the location and cleanliness of the property.

Also the description said no beach chair rental on the beach, but that is not accurate. We paid the beach chair team to set up 2 chairs and umbrella every day.

The pictures are accurate and its a great view from the balcony. We didn't make use of many of the amenities but everything was comfortable, clean, enjoyable. I'd rent this unit again for sure. The only problem was the people who had stayed there before us left some stuff in a closet - and instead of calling me to let me know that 'security' (2 men) needed to come in, they knocked on the door and when they didn't get an answer, unlocked and came in. Then a couple hours later, they did it again! This would have been MUCH BETTER handled by simply calling or texting me to let me know. One time my aunt was in her bedroom getting ready when he came back in (Jessie - great guy, just doing his job - but the system could be improved by simply communicating to me, the guest!) I know that was a possibility because other things were communicated to me - check in, check out, etc. ALSO, there are a TON of condos named Phoenix- just to give the travelers a heads up for their GPS. The only actual unit complaint is that the throws weren't washed.

Condo was clean but outdated. The master bathroom standup shower had lots of mildew between the tile and around the shower door and the sliding door to the balcony did not open but staff quickly remedy.

We had a wonderful vacation and this condo was beautiful! I always worry that it isn’t like the pictures they show but it was perfect! The balcony is nice and private with a beautiful view of the sunset. They had all the appliances and kitchen tools needed as we cooked numerous times. I would highly recommend this condo for the amenities, beautiful decorating, cleanliness and location.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Chase 704W. The kitchen had everything that you would need! Elevators were very fast! We never had to wait. I did have to clean the 2nd bathroom's toilet. It must have been overlooked by the cleaning crew.

Wonderful place to stay with plenty of space and a beautiful view of the beach. It was very clean with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It is conveniently located. Close to restaurants,groceries and airport. Convenient parking and short walk to the beach. Had a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Chase. The condo was beautiful. The e location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. The resort is amazing. We will be back!!
