Oasis 306

Our family stayed in Oasis Orange Beach for fall break. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the property. Room 306 was exceptional for the location. We were able to walk down stairs and avoid elevator waits. The only negative for the property was maintenance work being performed in the restaurant/lounge area which required closing of these spaces as well as the adult pool for majority of the week. Otherwise, we had a great experiences at Oasis.

We have been staying at Phoenix x for several years and found the complex was steadily going downhill. This was my first time at the Oasis and definitely won’t be my last. The unit was in great condition and had everything needed for a nice relaxing stay. The grounds were great and had so much for both the littles and the big kids (adults). Lol. The staff was very accommodating to our needs without hesitation. I would rate the comfort, cleanliness, and comfort a 9 out of 10!!!

Great unit right off the parking deck. No need for endless waits of elevators. Super nice rooms and amazing views. Quiet and very clean. My family and i already booked again for next year. I was hesitant to write this as i want to keep 306 to ourselves!

This place was great. Not sure about the squeaky bed comment, I tried hard to make that squeak!!! Place smelled great, truly beachfront, killer lazy river, company was easy to deal with but we really didn’t have any issues. Only thing better would be ice cream in the freezer and mints on my pillow!!!

The room was clean, and very very nice. There were a few llittle inconveniences though mostly due to amenities. The pool heater was not working which was a big reason we chose Phoenix West II, the hot tubs in the room with the pool were dirty and only one of the 4 worked regularly. And in our room in particular (306) the Wi-Fi was unsecured and incredibly slow and unreliable and the cell service in the building is zilch.

Recently, our extended family that includes 6 adults and two young children, and a baby experienced a wonderful time in Orange Beach. Our property (306) was well-maintained, cleaned, and allowed us to check in early upon our arrival. The only issue with the property was the squeaky noise of the beds. With small children, it made it very difficult to put the kids to bed and sneak out of the rooms. Other than the squeaky beds (both guest rooms), we enjoyed the property and amenities. We enjoyed beautiful weather, amazing food, and fun nightlife.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II. Loved the lazy river and our grandson loved the slide. The condo location was very convenient. We parked in the parking garage and walked right past the elevators to our condo. The kitchen could use a pan and utensil update and so could some of the furniture in this unit. The unit had lots of space and very roomy.

We enjoyed our stay in Room 306. The room was enjoyed by us all and is a great location in the bldg.

Perfect location. 3rd floor so no elevator to deal with. Hot tubs were great, place is fresh and clean. Def smells like new remodel.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this complex! Both times have been a great experience for adults and kids! We loved the location of 306. We did notice things with the condo and the complex that had changed from 2 years ago. The condo was not as clean as our first condo- floors were really dirty and had to have cleaning lady come do them for us. We were very thankful for her! Balcony had really dirty floors and looked like they hadn't been swept off or mopped for a long time. Furniture is dingy and we put sheets over them to feel more clean. The ice maker dispenser in fridge didn't work. The big ice maker made watery ice and very little.
The complex didn't seem as cleaned as before, lazy river looked like it needs to be scrubbed, tubes were dingy and old, and trash all along boardwalk out to beach. We missed the daiquiri bar being open as well. Sometimes the outdoor pool had music but hardly any days.
Everything as far as issues in our condo was quickly responded to and fixed!

We had a blast! Beautiful rooms freshly painted and clean. Will return for another stay! Easy access to parking no dealing with elevators, very quiet! Place looks and feels brand new!

We had a really fun stay at unit 306. Upon arriving we learned there was parking garage construction and our level was closed- that was a bit of a bummer as we then had to take an elevator to load and unload, but I will say they had a TON of carts on every level to carry your things, which helped.

The unit itself is huge, furnished well and clean. The kitchen is stocked with basics and there is an ice maker that worked very well. The coffee maker is a basic old drip, so next time I'd bring my own. Note there are no cleaning supplies at all (except a vacuum) so bring dish soap, scrub brushes, etc.

Lots of closet storage and the extra bathroom was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and they had lots of extra pillows and blankets available for use.

During busy season the 3rd floor is a great location, but this room is located right off the elevators with 2 of the bedrooms having windows to the front area so could get loud. Also the lights shine very bright into those rooms- we put up towels but highly recommend they add curtains.

None of those items would make me not recommend this unit- we would stay here again, just things to plan for.

The indoor pool was very fun but very crowded and incredibly chlorinated, which you want in a crowded pool. The hot tubs were very small and at least 1 was down every day- mainly a bummer when you are there when it is cold out!

Everything was so nice!!! We will be back!!

Wonderful trip. Accommodations were great. Well stocked kitchen, clean, family friendly. Would stay here again.

Not sure what the previous post was about but we had a blast and thought the place was awesome. Lazy river, water slide, plenty of room for all of us. As for cleanliness, we did not have that issue.

The floor was very dirty. Within just a few minutes of walking on the floor barefoot our feet were black. The furniture was really dirty to the point I felt that we needed to cover with sheets . The recliners are worn out. The indoor pool was very cloudy that you could not see the bottom. And it did not improve through the whole 7 days we were there. The 14th floor hot tubs never got hot. All of these issues are unacceptable considering the amount of money we paid to stay there.

It was a good stay with exception of cleanliness of floors. Filters in refrigerator needed to be replaced. Dryer needed servicing. For the price charged the furniture could have been in better condition.

Condo was very roomy for the 4 adults and 3 kids. Spacious living room and dining room, master suite was awesome! Plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, cookware. 3rd floor location, don’t have to wait for elevators if you don’t want to!
My only complaint is that we spent about an hour sweeping up sand and dirt when we checked in. It was clear that whoever is in charge of cleaning missed that. It was pretty frustrating, but other than that everything else was great . Plenty of towels, washer and dryer in the condo too which is great! Just fyi for anyone staying here There are no other cleaning supplies, just a broom, dust pan and vacuum. A small dish soap (maybe 2oz) container and dishwasher soap is provided, along with hand soap and small shampoo and conditioner for the bathrooms. My advice would be pack your own.
Overall very nice place, and can accommodate 2 families comfortably, there are 2 sofa beds if you have a larger group. Lots of things to do within a short driving distance and can walk to a few restaurants if you wanted to.
The outdoor pool is not heated so beware, it’s cold! The kids made it work and luckily it was upper 70s but the pool water outside was chilly (indoor was heated) . For any future spring breakers bringing younger kids , take note of that, you might be stuck in the indoor pool which takes you out of the sun.
