Phoenix West 1604

3 bedroom condo was very clean upon arrival and the complex/building was well maintained. The balcony was our favorite as we sat out each night and overlooked the ocean. The location was central to restaurants and the fresh seafood was fabulous. I would highly recommend this property as would the other 2 couples we vacationed with.

This was a very nice place and my family had a great time. The TV fell off the wall one night and was replaced the next day, i was impressed with that. My only complaint is the washer machine would not work. For the amount of which this room cost a night that is an essential need and a must. We had lots of laundry to do when we got home. Other than that we had a great time.

Great family vacation plenty of room for everyone. Location is very convenient to all activities. BEACH WAS GREAT!

We had a blast staying in Orange Beach! The condo is very clean and very updated compared to our friends condos. Everything we needed was easily accessible as well. Only complaint was that the elevators are pretty slow, but that’s it! We would absolutely stay there again!

The unit is not fully renovated by any means, the pictures are generous. When we got there the unit was very unclean. The property manager sent the cleaning lady back over and you would be amazed the amount of food she swept up even before mopping. The slipcovered chairs were so horribly dirty that I personally took them off and bleached them. Throughout the stay we continued to find dirty utensils in drawers. There were no measuring cups or spoons. The tile on the floor is so old the color is worn off in places and the grout is filthy. This unit needs a major facelift.

Condo was not clean. We had to sweep the whole condo due to sand on the floors. Beds very uncomfortable because of the exaggerated bed frames. Furniture in living room is uncomfortable and way too big for the space. We had to basically move the couch out of the way to get to the balcony. Spent more money than it is worth for the week.

We loved the condo. There are a few things we should bring to your attention. the Bedroom on the right of the entry fan doesn't work. The floors were very dirty. ( Our socks and feet were black). And the shower curtain in the front bedroom had mold on it. But we truly enjoyed our stay!

Can’t beat the location or quality of this place. Hope to return in 2023

The place itself was great. Location, pool, lazy River , the room and hot tub were all very nice. The only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi was terrible. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best and did not work more than it did.

We had a wonderful time, this unit was absolutely amazing, very comfortable. Great location. Will definitely recommend this unit and try to use it again.

We stayed here for a week in March. Both the condo and the property were excellent! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The only negative I could say is that the French doors into the master bedroom had no blinds so everyone could see in from the dining room/living area. Blinds are needed for privacy, also to keep the sunlight out in the morning. We hung towels there during our stay. Other than the blinds, everything was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix West 1604. Unit is very large with wonderful view of the gulf where we watched the dolphins and manta rays. Easy access to the beautiful beach. We found our cell phones had to be left in the back bedrooms to have coverage.
