Great condo! Equipped nicely. One minor flaw that I am sure can be easily fixed. Keurig coffee maker needed to be scaled, so it did not work.

I stayed 6 nights in this condo with my mother and sister. We had a wonderful time. It was very clean and has such beautiful decor. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and cookware we needed for cooking breakfast each morning. We love the ice maker! The beds were all very comfortable.

Great. 3rd time staying at Oasis. First time in condo 707 and it was perfect.

Our family took a much-needed break from our busy lives to unplug, relax, and enjoy each other's company. As our time got closer to leaving, I reached out to see if we could come in a day earlier because the weather was going to rain us out one of the days. We were able to get in the condo a day earlier and we pleased with the condo. It was clean and comfortable from the minute we stepped into the unit. This condo was 3 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, which was awesome for our group. This was our favorite condo so far out of our 5 years of coming here.

We loved our room, very spacious, had most everything you could think of for cooking. They had some construction going on at the time so areas by the pool were a little crowded. Elevators were a little slow to get to 1st floor where the beach/pool access were but loved the covered parking on the floor we stayed on. Parking deck was very spacious and easy to get around other vehicles. We will definitely visit again.

My family stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in Feb 2024, and it was better than expected! Very neat and clean and in very good condition. I am hoping to be able to stay again soon!

Our vacation experience stay was outstanding. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Master bed was more comfortable than our own back home. Would definitely stay at this condo unit again.

We’ve stayed in Destin for 25 years. This was the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in. Well maintained. Lazy River was awesome. Felt safe with security. Great value, great week. Definitely will do again.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! We had a beautiful view to see all day long! The lazy river was so much fun! The walk to the beach is not too long and on a boardwalk so easy to walk. Umbrellas and chairs are available if wanted. I cooked half the time during our visit and ate out the other half. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans! An extra ice maker was luxury! I would definitely return to this condo!

Loved the Rental Unit and access from the Garage. Very spacious. Most Amenities were great. Need to replace curtain rod in 2nd bedroom. Master could use a new mattress on bed. The greatest con was all the commercial umbrellas on the beach. Plan on walking a long way if you want to use your own umbrella.

This was our first time staying in this condo. It is beautiful! Very Clean, kitchen is well stocked along with the bar for dishes.
We had only rented it for 5 nights but loved it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. A great family place. The pools are great and the toddler splash pad was a hit. We will definitely go back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is super nice, clean and comfortable. So many amenities. We always enjoy our stay here.

The bed in the master is awful. I had read the same review and the management said the beds were replaced. They were not. I have never had so much back pain.

We have been winter guests for 2 months at this same unit for the past 9 years. The owners take pride in maintaining and updating the entire place. Every year we come there is something new, like lamps, rugs, etc. We are also very pleased with the good services of the property manager. We feel very fortunate that we have been able to book this place as returning clients every winter.

We have rented this condo at least four times over the years of visiting Gulf shores. We consider it our home away from home. I wish we could meet the actual owners and give them a hug and thank you because each time we stay in this beautiful place our family is tremendously blessed to have spent time in such a wonderful and comfortable condo.

Upon arrival, it was so nice to park on the floor that we stayed on. Entering the condo was easy and contactless. Having an oceanfront view with a spacious and secure balcony was loved by all. We all slept well. The bedrooms have the best mattress and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware and dishes. We recommend and will gladly use Phoenix rentals again.

Wonderful condo. Clean and comfortable with a great view from the balcony. Stayed here several times and never had any issues. This resort has it all!!

We rented through VRBO, and it was probably the easiest rental experience Ever. At check in we just went straight to the room and used our access code and at check out we just left. The condo was spacious and clean. It was as close to a perfect stay as you could imagine. We had plenty of family friendly ammenities, and we could drive right up to within steps of our condo. We'll definitely be back.

We have just completed our sixth winter season as snowbirds here in 707. It is a perfect unit with comfortable beds and furniture and beautiful decor. The owners take pride in maintaining and upgrading the furnishings. Every year we come we find something new like this year 2 new area rugs in the dining room and living room; last year new living room furniture and two years ago a new larger refrigerator. That we have returned to 707 for 6 years will tell you how pleased we are - and we have already booked for winter 2023!
