we loved the condo! It was very nice - great view of the beach. At the end of the hallway so felt a little private. Condo was clean, nicely decorated etc. Would be nice to have had some more patio furniture on the patio attached the the master bedroom.

We found this place to be clean, and accurate to what is advertised. The AC worked great, and beds were comfy.
If I were forced to say anything "negative", there was no tiny dish soap bottle provided like I am use to finding in rentals. This would have been nice for washing hands and keeping up with dishes throughout the week.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was decorated beautifully but it was not well cleaned. There was a nasty build up of hair on the shower drain and several other things that were just not as clean as they should have been. The overall maintenance of the complex needs improving/updating as well. It seemed very dated and unclean- especially the pool area, elevators and common areas. Also lots of rules around the pool so don't plan to toss a small ball.

Great condo and nicely decorated! Everyone we met were super friendly. The couch was super soft and difficult to get out of for seniors. Relatively clean missing dust in closets and high places and corners.

Very nice condo. But, rugs at the doors (inside and outside) would have helped so much. It was very difficult to keep the sand out. More towels and wash clothes are needed. Beds slept well.

Not enough toliet paper supplied so I was glad I brought some from home.
Furnishings not the same in the family room as reflected in the photos. Floor was nasty when we arrived but I found a mop and mopped the condo myself.

What a beautiful condo. It was clean, it was roomy and the views were gorgeous. Plus it had a balcony on the back facing the inter waterway and a big wrap around balcony facing the Gulf. I would definitely stay here again!!!

By far, one of the most beautiful condos we have stayed in! There was ample space for our family of 6 and the furnishings were outstanding! The wrap around back porch allowed for spectacular views and a relaxing place to chill. Definitely recommend this condo!! About the only complaint we had was that the internet was extremely slow and glitchy. Our teenagers were the only ones bothered by that. ;)

We absolutely loved this place! Updated and clean! The only thing that it could use is more furniture on the patio. It only had 3 seats, but it sleeps 8. Also, a sweeper of some sort like a cordless Dyson would be super helpful for the sand. Other than that, it's amazing and perfect for families!

Beautiful view of both the Gulf from the front and the inlet/sound in the back of the property. Condo was very clean and beautifully updated. All updated appliances, furniture, and bedding with subtle beach accents. Only drawback was the bathrooms were a little small. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing, beautiful location on the Gulf.

Very nice condo but needs new balcony furniture. There is only 3 chairs and a table as one chair was broke and placed in front of the storage room when we got there. It looked like it had been there a while too. Overall, we loved the condo.

Best condo rental we had to date. Been going to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach monthly since February and this was by far the best experience we have had w the condo and beach.

Everything was nice and clean and had great views. All was going well until the condo above us flooded causing water to drip out of the walls, ceiling, and through the sprinkler head in the hallway. We had to have industrial fans and a dehumidifier set up in our hall and in the children’s bedroom for three days. The owner was very nice about it all but it would have meant a lot if they would have offered to knock a little of the price off for the trouble. We would definitely stay here again though!

The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable! We all really needed a relaxing getaway and this place was perfect!

We loved that this property was in a secure and comfortable location with proximity to many local top notch restaurants. The condo is on an upper corner with a spectacular view of the gulf and sunsets. One real shortcoming was that the floor had not been adequately cleaned to the extent that one could go without socks or shoes and not get the feet filthy dirty. When I called the owner he explained that he had had some recent work done by the cable company and his cleaning crew had been unable to remove some drywall residue despite two floor cleanings. The unit was short on a couple of things that would have been useful during our stay: 1 The one hair dryer that was provided did not work. 2. Although it is stated in the agreement that only a "Starter" amount of supplies are in the unit, only one dishwasher tab and one laundry tab were provided for our week long stay.Maybe one tab per day would be a more fair amount. No dishwashing liquid was provided. 3.The pillows were not really comfortable. I can usually sleep on anything, but these pillows were hard on my neck and it often made it sore in the morning. These three things said, I'm sure that anyone could still make this an ideal vacation spot to stay.

The beds were so comfortable. Beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings. We loved the comfy couch.
The balcony view is amazing. I wish there were some lounging chairs on the deck, but otherwise perfect. Super clean. Some tv issues but they were promptly taken care of.

Very restful. Enjoyed the condo except floors were dirty and found pizza behind beside table in master bedroom.

Great location, and we really enjoyed the front and back patios. The views from each were excellent. The front was a nice surprise. Property was pristine and the staff were very helpful, especially the older security guy. He gave us all sorts of great info. Thank you.

Very nice And very clean unit in a Great building, we will stay at this unit again.
