Phoenix Orange Beach 401

We stayed with our 3 adult children and their families.

This 4th floor four bedroom condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Our family of eight had plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We certainly enjoyed our week there.

Great

The condo was in pristine shape upon arrival. There were 6 adults, 2 children in our group and there was ample space for everyone. The kids loved the lazy river and pool area. We will definitely book again in the future.

8 of us stayed her for 8 nights. Condo was clean; parked on same floor which meant we avoided taking things up and down an elevator; kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware (most we've ever experienced); small Wal-Mart, CVS and some restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We traveled with 4 kids and a pregnant wife and my parents, one of which as handicap. This place was just what we all needed and everyone had a great time!

We were in Unit #401 for 4 nights in March of 2024. We have a large family, 8 Adults and 6 smaller children and the unit worked well.
PROS....Plenty of room, great location, great parking, great view, very nice condo.
All staff we had interaction with were extremely nice and helpful.
Condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped as we cooked most meals in and only ate out 2 nights.
Check in and out couldn't be any easier.
CONS... Really none. A few of the appliances were starting to show some age like the dishwasher but it got the job done. Furniture in living area could use updating soon along with the bed covers.
Any other negatives would-be things that were personal preferences like thin pillows as opposed to thick and soft.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

The pictures for this location were deceiving. It was not as nice and clean as pictured. The floors were dirty, the couches had huge dirty spots on them, the patio cushions were in such bad shape that we removed them before using the chairs, mattress needs to be replaced in the second bedroom that shares the jack and jill bathroom and there was black mold in the grout in that bathroom.
We enjoyed our familt time, ate at some good restaurants, highly enjoyed Big Mikes.
We will be returning in the future but not at this property.

Overall we had a great vacation. Location was perfect. A few things that we didn’t like. The floors were disgustingly dirty. There was no broom to sweep the floor. Some of the living Room furniture could use a cleaning.

The trip was enjoyable and the weather was perfect!

Spent the week with my wife and our 4 kids as well as our best friends and their 3 kids. Everyone loved it! The building is so well maintained and clean and the location is perfect. The pools were great and the kids loved swimming in them in the morning and then walking to the beach! Friendly staff as well. We will for sure be back!

Property was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Charlie was great to work with. Only complaint... floor was filthy. Everyone’s feet were black. Tile need deep cleaning.

We rented this condo for a girls getaway. We had 5 in our party & the 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. We enjoyed the large balcony over looking the Gulf for our morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need. We all enjoyed our stay.
The only negative I could state was the tile floors, which appeared clean but when I went to get in bed I saw that after going barefoot in the condo the bottoms of my feet were black. I had to scrub my feet before getting into bed. I would suggest a thorough floor scrubbing!

The condo was very nice. Rental company was excellent to work with. The overall stay was very good, the condo could be cleaner at check in.

Great family vacation

We had a great time at Phoenix Orange Beach 401! The condo is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need. Crock pot, batteries, blender, etc. You need it, it’s probably there. We needed a few more towels than were provided but that’s not a deal breaker at all. We got there earlier than check-in but the cleaning crew was just finishing up when we got there so they allowed us to take the condo early so we didn’t have to keep two small children entertained for several hours before we could get settled. The check-in process was a breeze, though one complaint we had was that check-in is at 4:30 and they do not sell parking permits after 5:00 so one of our group had to go back in the morning to buy the permit. The condo was very clean although the floor was still fairly sandy from the group who stayed there before us. I think a Roomba would be a great addition if I were to improve anything. The view from the condo was amazing and the tennis court was an awesome perk. The beach was clean and the lazy river and water slide were a much appreciated change of pace from a standard swimming pool. If you’re looking for a big swimming experience, this may not be the best place though because the deepest the pool gets it only five feet at the base of the water slide. The indoor pool may be deeper but we did not use it. Our biggest complaint of our time there was that most of the surrounding restaurants had significant wait times regardless of what time we went there. Most said it was due to being shortstaffed but several places had 1.5 to 2 hour long waits. Hopefully that will improve over time.
All in all, this was a great condo and we’ll definitely be planning to come back in the future.

We have rented from Cayce for several years and have never been disappointed. This was a very nice unit, probably the best equipped we’ve ever stayed in. A great, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy beds and beautiful decor. It’s so close to stores and restaurants. You’d never have to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to. Will definitely request this unit again!

What a great place for all of us, Easy check in upon arrival, Plenty if space for all of our family, The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds slept good too,

This unit was a perfect fit for our family. Very spacious for our group of 12. The kitchen is stocked. The room with the rooms with 2 beds stays a little warmer. I’m sure it’s due to the afternoon sun. Only thing missing was a few blankets to keep you cozy. Would book again.

This property was just perfect for our family get together!! It is in a great location, beautiful view and the lazy river is always a hit with the kids and adults!! Highly recommend!! We did not want to leave!!

Our family vacation condo was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. It was a great unit. Spacious and well kept. It had everything we needed. The complex was ideally located across from a Publix. The premises we very good. We had no problem getting a grill the night we cooked out. It was perfect for us.
