Phoenix Orange Beach II 305

We stayed at this condo the week of September 14th. Jill, who is the property manager was amazing. We had a couple of issues, and she responded within minutes and had the issues taken care of quickly. Cannot say enough great things about her and her company. The condo was very clean and had stunning views. The security person at the pool was very annoying and if you didn't have your wristband on he would make you go get them. He was not nice to the kids on the slide and was very gruff. Other than him, it was a wonderful week and the facility was amazing. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time with our four adult children and our five grand babies! This was our first time staying at Phoenix Orange Beach and it didn’t disappoint! Wonderful trip!️

This Condo and area was awesome for all in our Family. Being able to park on the same level and not hassle with the elevators was a plus. The Lazy River and Slide was perfect for the big kids and little ones as well. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. We did wish the kitchen had pot holders, scissors and a few more cooking utensils. The guest rooms needs more drawers for clothes. Other than that it was an awesome experience and vacation. We will definitely look at booking this condo again.

This is your 10/10 beachfront stay. Ceiling to floor ocean views on front and side were breathtaking. The decor and unit is very upscale, modern and spotless. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is immaculate with everything needed and thought of for use. The wet bar and built in ice maker were definitely a plus! We spent most of our time on the large balcony taking in the spectacular view cooled with coastal breeze. I can’t say enough about the owners. While the trip was amazing—they also made sure my son’s sentimental blanket that was left behind was sent to us asap. Thank you so much! We can’t wait for our next trip!

This unit was perfect for two family's of four. Kids were 16/17 and 11/13. Plenty of room for everyone and we didn’t feel like we were always on top of each other.

Being on the 3rd floor is super convenient for parking and not constantly needing the elevators. We have stayed in other units in the past on higher up floors and elevators can be a pain with new arrivals and people leaving.

Views are perfect for the beach. We never were up early enough but you should be able to get great sunrises too.

Unit had everything we needed for our stay with regards to dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Also had a Keurig and traditional coffee maker.

Overall property is really nice and clean. The hot tub at the indoor pool is smaller than other Phoenix properties we have stayed at in the past. Outdoor water slide and lazy river are great.

Overall you can’t go wrong with staying in this particular unit or a phoenix property in general.

our family very much enjoy this property, our only disappointment was not clean, bed sheet were all wrinkly not very good smell, floor were duty and bathrooms need a extra hand to look very good, refrigerator was not clean in or out... disappointment they charge you for cleaning and find the property this way.

The rental was great! The rental was clean and everything was as advertised in the online specs. and pictures. The furniture and appliances were clean and the onsite parking was great.

I think I already sent a review. The Phoenix was awesome!! Great for families with kids. The unit was very pretty but needed some cleaning. The patio furniture was broke and the table was rusted. The flooring was beautiful but very slick. No dressers except for Master. We called about hangers and they got them to us within a 1/2 hour. That was great! Toaster did not work. Some handles were off of the bathroom drawers. Other than those few things it was a wonderful trip!!

The condo was just perfect for our family. Clark was so nice and took very good care of us. Enjoyed the spacious garage for parking.

Condo 305 was clean, beautiful and had great views. Parking was on the same level so very convenient.

Phoenix Orange Beach II 305 is a fabulous unit on a prime stretch of beach and a beautiful overall property. The unit is so easily accessible from the parking garage and has a wonderful beach view via the two walls of windows facing the beach. Kitchen is nicely equipped and bedrooms/baths are very spacious. Unit is modern, clean and nicely decorated. The only improvement I'd suggest would be updated bedding. The indoor pool is spacious and great for the cooler days and the outdoor pool and lazy river was a favorite with our 6, 7 and 8 year old. There are grills on property that we utilized. The property was easily accessible to two different visits from friends relative to free parking and access to amenities. The rental agent was extremely gracious, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

The condo was in great shape. Experienced one problem while there, but a call to Clark resolved the problem. The location and views from this condo are wonderful.

My wife and I, along with our three adult children, their spouses, and five grandchildren (13 total), enjoyed a week together at POB II. Unit 305 is awesome, and the resort-style amenities of the complex are remarkable. We do a family vacation every year, and have never gone to the same place twice. Next year, however, will be the exception. We're already booked for POB II 305, Sept 2023...can't wait. And next year there will be 14!

The condo is nice but not as spacious as it appears in the photos and a couple of the furnishings are different than in the photos. I would have to give the cleanliness a one star. The floors were swept or vacuumed but could not have been washed. Our feet were literally black from walking around the condo without shoes on. The shower floor in the master bath was covered with soap or cleaner. The kitchen trash can is gross. While the kitchen is well equipped with cooking and eating needs, there are no oven mitts for those of us who prefer to cook and eat some of our meals in. The sheets on the beds felt like they had sand in them and several of the 'clean' towels were damp. The outdoor rug on the balcony is filthy as well. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. Convenient to shopping and eating out, nice lazy river and indoor pool, and short walk to the beach.

Beautiful condo & views! Nicely decorated. Both king size mattresses need to be updated due to sinking spots in the mattress. Thus makes it very difficult to get out of the beds.

A good time had by all

Unit was ok, but on the 3rd floor which did not offer enough privacy from the partying at the pool. Security staff and property company did not require any of the pool visitors to turn their filthy music down. Some of the beds didn’t have any sheets. Outside patio furniture was missing cushions. Also would recommend a rug or two at transitional points inside to keep from tracking in dirty feet.

Wonderful accommodations. Beautiful Panoramic views. Lots to do close by! Staff were great! Parking on the same level as the condo was definitely a plus. No complaints! Plenty of room for 3 families to spread out and have their own space but allowed us to all be together as well. Kids loved the lazy River and pool. We will be back!

Overall, rental experience was good. KItchen could use a few more larger cooking pans, cookie sheets/baking pans.

This condo was beautiful! Great location and super clean! Will most definitely rent again, only issue we had was the hot tub was cold.

We had two families with 6 kids and had plenty of space. We loved the convenience of the parking and unloading. We had beautiful views and everything we could need in a rental.

It was great . We come down every year and enjoy staying on the beach

This was our first time in Bama gulf area. We have stayed in Destin for years. Feel the areas surrounding Destin are nicer but it was still very enjoyable trip.

The condo itself was amazing. Very nice interior and the balcony space is wonderful.

We had two families with a total of 4 adults and 8 children and we did not feel cramped at all.
