We love it here. The atmosphere is really amazing.

We stayed for my daughter’s bachelorette trip and the stay was superb! Definitely will stay there any time we have a large group!

It was very accommodating for our family. Really have no complaints. Love having all the pools and a splash pad for the youngest grandchild. The oldest grandchild enjoyed the slide from the other pool.

Excellent and very nice condo with plenty of space. Parking situation and the elevators were terrible which made it very inconvenient to go anywhere. They resort needs more quite a few more elevators and parking to accommodate max capacity. Views were amazing and enjoyed all the amenities at the Phoenix West II/Oasis.

Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here and it easily fit the 13 of us with everyone having a place to sleep. The location was good and the complex was great. Basketball courts, pickle ball, beach volleyball were all great. The kids loved the indoor pool, lazy river and slide. Can't wait to see the finished splash pad and adult pool area when we return.

Always a great place to stay. Found the room clean and perfect as described. Will definitely return for another beach trip.

Comfortable accommodations. Clean and overall stocked well with appliances. Decorated with taste. Enjoyed the beach and pool. Was disappointed with no splash pad. Also lack of outdoor grills this year. All due to construction updates.

The condo was everything we had hoped for ! The new renovations were very well done and it was beautiful. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a vehicle but Ubered a few times and the costs were reasonable because the condo is so centrally located.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. We did, however, have a few issues. The master bath shower did not seem to be as clean as it should have been when we arrived. Also, one of the other guest bathrooms did not drain well. The elevator situation was a problem. There are just too many guests for the number of elevators on the property. Our biggest problem was with Ike’s beach rental. They have put so many chairs & umbrellas out that you literally cannot even see the water. You cannot even walk to the water without ducking under & between umbrellas. With all the umbrellas so close together, there is no way for the breeze to get through. This was our 2nd year to stay in this unit but we will not be staying here again due mainly to the over crowded beach issue.

The location was great. The amenities were nice also. The kids loved the indoor pool. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was obvious that the floors were not swept/mopped. The kitchen and bathroom counters were also dirty with sand and dust. I sent pictures to the corresponding email but never got a reply back. Other than the cleanliness of the unit this was a nice place to stay.

We loved the condo! The condo is decorated beautifully and everything was clean. There was sand on the floor when we arrived, but that just can't be helped. The balcony furniture was great and we spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen cookware/utensils are adequate, but not overly abundant. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The parking garage is a bit chaotic and the spaces are small for those traveling in large vehicles. We were able to buy an extra space, as we had 3 vehicles.

Beautiful condo! Great location and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room to spread out. Grandkids loved the lazy river, slide in the kids swimming area & indoor pool. Perfect place to make memories ❤️

Condo looked exactly as pictures. Great week of weather and relaxing Thanksgiving. Cooked Thanksgiving lunch with adequate cookware and dishes. Only complaint was water pressure in showers. Honestly, new shower heads would help so visitors could adjust water flow. Overall - wonderful condo and would stay again.

We had a fantastic time. Everything in the unit was just the way it was described and shown in the pictures. The owner was great! She emailed to make sure we had a good drive down and asked if there was anything else she could do for us. We had figured out that there was something wrong with the dryer, and she did everything she could for it to be fixed promptly, which it was. If we go back to that area we would definitely rent that unit again.
