What a beautiful, clean condo with an amazing view of GOD’S creation. Thank you for sharing your home.
Few concerns: cold water handle in sink of master bedroom very loose; screen door to balcony loose that when one of our Grandchildren opened it she heard a rip ( detached on side);crack in ceiling kitchen light (preexisting); needs new light bulb in master closest; could not get service on our iPhones (spectrum) unless we went outside;needed direction for television in master bedroom; when arrived home I inadvertently packed a white wash cloth, so sorry will return it.
We had a wonderful time and all 9 members of our family were thrilled with the beauty and cleanliness. Thank you again.

Perfect from parking on the same level as condo to views, lazy river, pools, spacious, plenty of space for grandparents and grands! We will def return!

Overall very nice property and stay. Easy checkin process . Only recommendation would be to leave extra toiletries such as trash bags, dish soap , and toilet paper. Ceilings in bathrooms need some maintenance.

We had a great time getting away with family. There were a few cleanliness issues in the master bath. An issue with the oven that was quickly resolved. The parking passes had the wrong check out date at check in due to a system issue that I think security should have resolved instead of asking guests to take time out of there vacation and wait in line for new passes.

This was our first trip to the Alabama shores. We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful week at the Phoenix West property and surrounding area. Check in was quick and uncomplicated. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was just as exactly as pictured. It provided easy access to our vehicles and all the amenities. Everyone totally enjoyed the beach, pools, and lazy river. We would definitely do it again.

Had a great week staying in the 506. Was clean, in good shape, and exactly as advertised. It checked all the boxes. Floor five perfect for the elevator situation and parking. The disposal was stuck, sent an email and it was fixed within the hour. We had a great time. Highly recommend. Oh and Roll Tide.

My family has been vacationing at Orange Beach for over 30 years and Phoenix West has become our favorite. It’s always clean and is centrally located to all of our favorite places to eat and experience (we especially love that Doc’s is now basically across the street!). But this particular room . It was BY FAR the best we’ve ever stayed in. Not only was check-in and communication with Phoenix Rentals easy, but the space was clean, very well decorated (none of that kitschy beach/floral themed mess. It looks EXACTLY how it is pictured in the photos), extremely spacious for our party of 7, and just overall amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. The security on site was attentive and made us feel safe and looked after. We will DEFINITELY be rebooking this room in the future. Thank you for a memorable week at our favorite vacation spot.

The condo was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing. The unit was very spacious and decorated nicely. The complex was great. The zero entry pool was great for kids and adults alike. The staff was super friendly, helpful provided anything we needed including help not related to the condo. The unit is in a great spot for parking, access to amenities, and views. Communication was great as well. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

We had a great stay at Phoenix West 506. Positives were the spacious unit, beautiful pool area and WOW the view! Negatives were minor overall, but there was sand in our bed when we arrived and we hadn't even gone to the beach yet. Internet was shaky. Master bed was squeaky and not the most comfortable.

Overall, we had a great week and positives definitely outweighed any negatives. Location was close to everything either walking or driving. Beach access was very quick and easy.

Stayed for 2 months during the winter. Clean, comfortable, well furnished kitchen, and very good location. Will book again.

We stayed for fall break and we are so happy with our stay in this condo. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen wear and had gorgeous views. We will stay here again in the future.

The condo was perfect for our group of six adults. We had more than enough room everything was clean and ready to use when we arrived. I am very picky about where I stay and can honestly say I would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo on garage level. Awesome views. Lazy river is the best, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Only drawback is that there is only 4 elevators for 25+ floors.

First time experience on a 'Spring Break' family vacation. Excellent facility. 5th Floor location was ideal - easy access to the parking garage and all amentities. The beach, lazy river, slide, pools (both indoor and outdoor) and hot tubs were all used and appreciated.

Very good experience. Room and facility were excellent. Surprised that maintenance fee was nearly as much as room rent. This should be explained better in promotion material. Overall - excellent.8

One of the best trips and best condos that we have ever stayed in while visiting Orange Beach. This condo was immaculate and had everything that 10 people needed for a very fun filled trip. Balcony is perfect size for lots of Uno games being played at night while listening to the waves crash the shore.

Everyone was clean and so nice. It’s a large room and you aren’t in contact with many people. Right beside food and beach. Love!!!

Condo was perfect for our birthday week celebration. Being able to park right outside our floor was so convenient for loading & unloading all the necessary items for a baby.

Nice place.

Loved the property. Loved the lazy river, outdoor pool and beach.
Our condo needed a bigger cutting board and sharper knives. Everything else was perfect.
We would totally come back again.
