Phoenix West 201

Group of 13 of us comprised of 4 families were able to very comfortably spend a week together in this space. The common areas are large and perfect for large parties. The patio allowed us to eat, some to lay, and the kids (age 1-12) to run around to whomever they wanted to visit with. We will stay again once I recover from the chaos that comes with a large party! Bring paper towels and toilet paper because you will only get a starter kit of low quality. The cleanliness I would give a 4+ if that was a possibility. Our socks showed that the floors needed a good mop job and the ceiling around the fan a dusting. Nothing more than what my own home likely needs after the end of a busy sport season. The ice machine in the wet bar was a nice surprise that I overlooked on the listing. The small ice was great for drinks and to add to 20oz bottles that we took to the pool. I was able to meet the owner and he was incredibly kind and open to hearing any suggestions we had to improve our future stays. I appreciated his genuine interest.

Upon arrival the front desk staff were great, especially Anthony! Second floor was very convenient, especially since we have a special needs son who does not do very well waiting in lines. They’re always seem to be lines for the elevators, and we avoided the wait by using the stairs.

We stayed in a corner unit, which had a spacious deck overlooking the pool. You could also see the beach. This is perfect for families with Older elementary/younger middle school kids. They could go down to the pool, but parents can keep an eye.

Please read the details of this rental very carefully. Very little is provided. A starter supply of dish soap. Laundry detergent were provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one disposable towel and one hand towel. So if you were staying more than one night you will need to use your own supplies. Also to note, no beach towels. I did read this prior to choosing this unit and came prepared.

The space needs a deep clean. Ceiling vents, floorboards, doors, and door knobs, floor rugs could use some attention.

Lastly, we did have an issue with a loose door knob and a bathroom light that didn’t work. I emailed the property managers and they sent someone out to fix within the hour. It was greatly appreciated!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. A tad bit pricey, but we would consider staying in this unit again.

We will not rent 201 again! We will visit Orange Beach again!

Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. We had some plumbing problems (toilet overflowed) and management had to come up and run a very loud fan for awhile, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, we couldn't find the ice scoop, and the back bedroom bed was incredibly loud. Every time you moved on the bed it would squeak very loud. It was very spacious and clean as I said above.

This was a wonderful accommodation for 10 of us 5 grandchildren to enjoy each others company and the beautiful surroundings.

We chose this condo for the number of beds and baths and it was perfect for our family. We lived the location and proximity to our favorite restaurants and stores. Beautiful beach with great amenities.

having 6 kids with oldest being 12, it was great to have 2nd floor overlooking the pool to watch kids late in day swim. plus side stairwell door to be able to walk up to room instead of fighting crowd at elevator was awesome. condo was perfect for us. will consider again if we can get same condo.

We loved our stay in this unit. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and the fact that every bedroom has a bathroom is a huge plus. The location of this unit in the building is perfect to not have to use the elevator and it's right next to the doors for the parking garage and the stairs. We found that very convenient. The unit could use some detail cleaning/maintenance, but was fine overall. We do wish the bunk room had a ceiling fan or floor fan to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Loved the space...but being g woken up every morning ing by 7am from construction machines/tools was upsetting. Management of pheonix condo apologized, and rental management never responded. Other than that it was a wonderful trip

This condo is awesome! 3 families- 6 adults and 4 kids fit easily into the space. There is enough seating for everyone inside. Kids loved the stools at the counter. The deck space is great. Furniture selection outside was comfortable and again, enough for everyone. The location to the parking garage was convenient. The one flight of stairs allowed quick access to the indoor pool and hot tubs or to the beach. The condo was very quiet and private. We grabbed a puzzle from the lobby one night after a trip to the beach and pool. There are plenty of dishes and cooking pans and utensils. The ice maker was a fun thing to have. We used it a lot! If we ever came back as a big group again, would not hesitate to stay here.

loved the location of this unit. we had 7 kids with us and it was so easy to take them up the stairs to go to the restroom or for us to run up to get more snack. these kids eat all day long lol will rent here again

Loved this Condo, beautifully decorated and very comfortable furniture. The balcony furniture was also very comfortable. Would rent this Condo in the future. All the amenities of this facility were clean and well kept. I will come back to Phoenix West for vacation.

Condo was great! The early am trash pick up wasn’t great but I guess that is out of their control.

We stayed mid August and had a great time. Second floor was nice as could take stairs down to first floor and garage parking was in that level.

When we arrived all the outside furniture was still inside. We had to take it out. The ice maker didn’t work and was disgusting. I liked being on the second floor. However I did not like being woke up every morning by 6:30 by the garbage and trucks right below us. This condo is directly over where the trash is picked up and they pick it up early every day. The batteries in the bedroom remote were dead. The floors were dirty. The master shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There is a very aggravating sound coming from the bathroom in the room with the bunk beds. My daughters feet were nasty after walking on them. We needed this get a way but wasn’t impressed with this unit. This was the worst experience we have had at a Phoenix property.

The vacation rental unit was great. Great location, plenty of room in the den and on the deck. Everything was very clean except the floors could have been cleaned a little better. Overall I would stay again in this unit.

The linen service used for this unit is horrible. The towels and hand towels were extremely old, thin and felt like sandpaper. The kitchen could have had a few more utensils to prepare a meal. There were a few light bulbs that needed replacing and the TV remotes needed batteries and were missing battery covers. The toilet seat was broken in the master bedroom and standing in the corner when we arrived. Nothing major wrong with the unit, it just needs some attention. The condo association needs to enforce rules regarding drinks / food in the pool. Regarding parking, it was a nightmare for us. No spaces are marked corresponding to the units owned / rented so it is first come, first serve and the spaces are very small. We had to park on the 14th floor several times for a 2nd floor condo unit.

Great getaway not too far from home! It’s Ana i g what the sun and sand can do for your soul especially during this pandemic. Nice condo with lots of room and beautiful views and balcony. Liked being on second floor with stairs so handy too.
